with great it is stated, that the sui gas bill for the month of 2/2011 payable in3/2011 is not received uptillnow not only to me but to many other consumers of this area.after searching the bill in streetshops and mosques we are going to internet cafee of the city to download the bill for giving mony as they demands for downloading.and some of the consumers r faild to pay the bill in time, and so they r fined/surcharged.

I'm presently posted in rawalpindi whereas my father in law (Professor Khalid Mahmood) alongwith family is residing in H.No:29B Block No:35 Sargodha..
Since the start of winter season normally there is no gas or if at all gas is available it does not come in the pipes being already filled with water due to some leakages in pipes which needs to be rectified..two three times the concerned quarters have been requested for doing the needful but even after a lapse of about four to five months no action has been taken..this fault has caused unwanted botheration to residents of block no 35 in general and my home in particular..
In view of above it is requested that either the fault in gas pipeline be diagnosed n rectified accordingly or old pipeline be replaced on priority basis.
Priority responce will be highly appreciated

Block no. 84 - b, flat no. 16, sector g - 9 / 2 islamabad pakistan is facing acute shortage of sui gas for domestic use since last some weeks particularly in the evening the gas escapes creating great difficulties for the people to cook meals, tea etc. And breakfast. From 9. 00 a. M. Till 11. 00 p. M. Night, the gas is completely shut down resulting in difficulties in preparing meals and tea etc. Due to load shedding and low pressure of gas. There is no alternate of the gas in islamabad to be used in the absence of gas. Despite repeated reminders to the sui gas department, nothing has been done. As a result of load shedding, most of the people are forced to purchase gas cylinders and to use dry woods in their homes which is not affordable.
2. At present, the people are surviving without heaters and purchasing meals and tea from hotels due to complete load shedding and low pressure of gas every day which the poor and middle class people cannot afford daily and the hot water has become a luxury. The telephone numbers of sui gas department are continuously busy and nobody picks up the phone when the line is free.
3. We always pay sui gas bills but we are continuously deprived of sui gas without any solid reason.
4. In view of the position stated above, please look into the matter and direct the concerned department to address the problems of sui gas in block - 84 - b, g - 9 / 2, islamabad and surrounding area immediately. Moreover, if there is any problem in the gas pipeline, the same may be checked and repaired immediately to provide gas facility to the people without break.

Its a normal routine that our gas supply shed down from 12:00pm to 12:00am daily. Some time gas supply shed down from morning to late night. We didn't seen yet in whole december month normal pressure of the gas. Ok its acceptable due to heavy load but why only these 02 street gas totally shed down while other area have normal supply. SUI NORTHERN GAS PIPELINES LTD AUTHORITIES,
It is complaint against the violation of Gas Connection Rules that in my vicinity a person named Ch. Zahoor who is constructing his house has violated the Sui Gas Connection Rules by bribing some of the Department Officials. According to my information Sui Gas Authorities do not offer gas connection where gas main line is not laid in a relevant street so in this case for a consumer a gas meter can be installed at the near possible place where the main approved pipe line is laying, whereas in this case aforementioned person, he by applying his unfair means two weeks ago in night times he called some persons who came without Sui Gas Connection Official Vehicle and they had a welding plant they illegally weld a half inch almost 80 feet JI pipe line with that main line and carry it to his residence and at the front of his house they fixed the Gas Service pipe, just for some money they have committed a heinous crime which is the open & clear persisting violation of Sui Gas Authorities Rules and Regulations. . On such actions the nearby inhabitants objected/ tried to stop him but he didn’t listen to them and had a severe wrangle with them.

Sui Gas for domestic consumers in the area of Saeed Abad colony near GM Abad Faisalabad is totally stoped since last one month.Dozens of complaints have been submitted on Sui gas help line 1199 about the issue.
But no action has been taken by Sui Gas technical Teams.Perhaps they have stopped Sui Gas for this area intentionally by shifting the Gas qouta of this area to another area of the city.
As per SLA the complaint resoultion time set by SNGPL is 24 to 48 hours.But they are not complying that SLA.
It is request to the high autorities, if they are reading this complaint, kindly take immediate action for the rectification and investigate the issue.

I undersigned applied for a residential connection to SNGPL in last year. Then i got Demand Note in OCTOBER-2010 and i paid that on 17-02-2009. The people paied their demand note in MARCH 2011 got their connection but still i am waiting for that. On the other hand a big ditch dogged in front of my house and it is dangerous for me and my family. Even i picked out my daughter from this digger site twice as she is just two years old.
I requested the same to MR FAWAD ALI CHIEF ENGINEER CHARSADDA NWFP. But every time i feel dis-hearted that only those people were awarded connection who paid bribery / extra money. Should i pay or may i wait till my turn in the next two three years. But if i advised to pay MR FAWAD ALI CHIEF ENGINEER CHARSADDA NWFP in terms of Demand note? Please do reply and either closed that digged place or install my meter to avail the facility at my residence. The same was asked to MD SNGPL Lahore and chairman OGRA. And it was promised in a written letter that they would install the connection in OCTOBER 2010. But still no response. please accecpt my application.

Dear sir, I belong to mianwali city. I applied for gas connection in feb., 2019. I was glad when two workers of sui northern gas pipelines mianwali visited my house two months ago. they dug a pit for purpose of installing a meter and told categorically that meter would be installed next morning.
two months have passed. the pit is lying open. none came to install a meter.
this reflects gross negligence of duty, inefficiency and slackness of the local staff.
may I presume that the staff expects handsome amount as gratification for installation of the meter.
quite recently, in the last week of aug., the staff dug a pit in front of a house in hashmi street, mianwali city and took a few days to instal a meter.
perhaps the people were influential or they or they offered bribe.
this selective and arbitrary policy is against the spirit of justice, fairplay and principle of first come. first served.

I have made many Nos of complaints to you but it seemed that you are not fearing from ALLAH and the AAZAB of allah which will soon be revealed upon all cruel officers of SNGPL in their graves.
IT IS A REPEATED BAD ROUTINF ADOPTED BY GM SNGPL ISD OF DISTRIBUTING OF THE SUI GAS BILLS IN WHOLE AREA OF RAWALPINDI/ISLAMABAD JUST THREE OR FOUR DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE WHILE YOU ARE FULLY awared THAT ALL the BANKS are always remained closed on saturday and Sunday. And Nadra is also not collecting bills after 2-00 PM on the last due date.

It is better to kind set right the working position of SNGPL offices and kindly take stern action against GM SNGPL and his Contravtor. I am also submitting a detailed report to Prime Minister of PAKISTAN for taking drastic action against irresponsible officers of SNGPL who are worrying their consumers most intensively.

If one says "shortly'' it means that same massage will be delivered in Urdu after 40 days but this time '' shortly'' will be omitted. Please look into massage wording. Hope this time, UR rep will pay visit cause I myself had paid three visits.

Sir,
We want to bring in your kind attention that we suffering from the day of installation due to your department. First of all, the meter numbers installed in our premises are different from the ones that appear on the monthly bills. The installed meter numbers are as under
