Dear sir/madam
When flamingo opened it's doors for the very first time... I was a punter and right up to this day but now I and so many are fed-up! Really would like to know what is wrong with me and so many others that can never win a r1 at flamingo casino... Only certain people win at this place.
For the last 3 years I was present at each draw and never have I won any of them but the same names will win and win the huge amounts... Funny hey! Tumi assegai I fully understand as he bets maximum but the kester husband and wife bet like 50cents or r1 the fruit machine but forever winning the draws of either r5000 or r10 000 please and thank you man! Then its for 2nd time husband and wife joseph also keeps winning... Why? There are people that gets r350 credit per week? The 1 that won the tv and gave the her old tv to the employee of flamingo... I know what happened to chris and why! Want to ask the manager... Don't they look at these things?
The e-draw... Your program must have rom (read only memory) ram random access memory and it is here where they manipulate the draw which to me is pre-selected and that is where the [censored] happens if you not friends with flamingo employees... Bake a cake... Make trifle etc. You will not win... Well that is what I noticed.
The tuesday 50 plus is a disgrace before we used to r50 and the place was jam-packed now the pensioners must pay r50 to get r50... And the place is empty. The horses is pathetic... Playr350 plus for 1 point to win r59... A joke that is why the the damn place is empty even draws on thursday is empty to because everybody is realizing only certain people win
The machines are set so tight or let me say double happiness that I play hardly pay when I play but others win so easily and like I said I what happened to chris

Want to know what the manager is going to do about it or is he just sitting and waiting for his salary at month-end.
I sincerely hope things will change as so many are being ripped off at this so called place of entertainment!

I never was a [censored]-creeper and never will be, I like to keep things simple and fair but when I notice I then refrain from scummy [censored] but what they doing to the rest of the punters is so very unfair!

Just look how many times did these kesters win and tell me is it possible... What about the rest of your 3000 plus punters... Please tell me.

Well for example if the kesters and the others that keep winning can keep your door opened and afloat then say and let me know. I am mentioning names because I like I said I am at every draw and know what I am speaking about!
Draw a report from inventory and look how much I personally lost over the last 2 months!

Good Day, to who it may concern, My Husband and i have been supporting Flamingo Casino since there door opened and still do, We enjoy going there as its an enjoyable outing out.My concern is that for a few years its as if we just have to contribute and receive nothing back.A person cant expect to win every time you go there but really lately its been just giving from our side and its as if we are not recognized at all.We don't go there to win we go there to enjoy ourselves but like i said lately its as if you can play and play feed and feed the machines and nothing happens, I must add i love the sounds they are making when a jackpot gets won if only it can happen to me and my Husband that would be a great feeling, i'm hoping this email makes sense in a way as i am not the only person complaining, word of mouth does get around fast and also if a person hears someone won they are there that same day.
This is not a complaint email its more of a concern one like i said i think we were the first to enter those doors when they opened...Many Thanks
