So a Sunrun sales representative came to my house and said ca had a free solar installation program going on and Sunrun solar was chosen to do the install. I listened thinking it was time for a change. There was another representative who over saw the sale. Well they came and installed the panels. I was happy thinking I only had to pay $211 per month Sunrun. Then after 12 months I receive a bill from Edison saying I owe $2200 to them. I was confused so I reached out to Sunrun and was easily able to get into contact with them and speak to someone. They asked for 12 months of bills which I had mailed to me, scanned and sent to Sunrun. I called the better business bureau and got a call the next day from Sunrun. The lady made me fill comfortable and confident there would be a resolution. Unfortunately the lady I was in contact with replied back to me thru email. She also would not answer my call thru phone or call back. She is stating the bills I sent them were not complete so I sent them again scanning 70 pages and sending an email thru PDF. Again saying I’m missing 3 months. Going back to the file that was send it shows all bills for the 12 months requested. They have me putting in significant amount of my time to get the info they are requesting then ignored and still have an unresolved issue. Now looking at the utility for the recent 2 months I’m being charged $363 plus the $211 per month. My highest bill ever was $3300 with no solar. I want them to remove there equipment for breach of contract and taking financial advantage over the consumer.

Desired outcome: I want what was promised $2400 annual electric bill entirely or removal of components and repair of roof.
