My name is Nguyen, Minh-Dung Thi. My address is 901 North State Street, Aberdeen, South Dakota 57401. I have registered at Swagbucks.com to take surveys or to play games in order to get points then redeem for gift cards.
On June 26, 2024, I redeemed 1500 SB for $15 to PayPal. The redeem process first asked for password, So I had to use the option “change password” to continue the redeem process. (I should not have changed password because the way I logged into Swagbucks is through Google account – not through individual password created at Swagbucks). The redeem process continued after the change of password, but then the redeem process asked for “Nickname of childhood” (as a Security Question). There is no option to change Security Question, so I had to exit the redeem process.
I am sure I have never used an option such as “childhood nickname” for Security Question because I myself does not like a nickname. Thus, my complaint is why Swagbucks created this abnormal Security Question for my account. And as a result of this abnormal "childhood nickname", I could not have $15 to be redeemed to PayPal.
There was no email address to contact Swagbucks, and there was no problem support for changing a Security Question at Swagbucks. Thus I searched on the Internet to get to this complaint form now.

Claimed loss: 1500 points at Swagbucks for $15 in form of a gift card
Desired outcome: $15 PayPal (in addition to an explanation why the "childhood nickname" as a Security Question is added to my account)
