Synergy Home We moved into a new house what had a geothermal unit installed by Synergy

We moved into a new house what had a geothermal unit installed by Synergy. We called them about the water temperature problem but it's still not fixed after 7 months. The people they send are nice but don't know what the previous person did. They scheduled a "specialist" but the Synergy employees didn't know about it. We paid for a solar panel last year but it's not installed yet. I told them 7 months is too long to fix the problem. They took our payment but didn't fix the water temperature or install the solar panel.

Synergy Home Synergy Home put in 30 solar panels on our roof on May 27

Synergy Home put in 30 solar panels on our roof on May 27. But on July 12, three panels were only producing half of what they should have been. We told Synergy about the problem, but it took a lot of emails to get them to fix it. They didn't respond very quickly and the work they did wasn't very good. Finally, on January 12, they came back to fix the installation problems and check for warranty issues. They also got the required licenses and inspections. As of March 8, most of the issues were taken care of, but we're not sure about the warranty fixes. Synergy Home doesn't seem to have good supervision over their crews and they don't fix problems very well. We're still waiting for them to replace the three panels that need it. We were going to hire them for another job, but we're not sure now.
