I purchased a cleaner from two salemen who came to my door. They cleaned a bit of the brass on my door that i have been trying to clean for years, by spraying a bit on the door, then rubbing with a soft scrubber. In seconds my brass was gleaming! After they left, i went out to use this magic cleaner, only to discover that it did not work, no matter what i did. I tried to contact the company through email, and had no response. I stopped payment on my check, since i had bought a magic cleaner, that turned out to be scented water. Today i got a call from a check agency, who had me call the company. They gave me all sort of arguments, such as i should have cancelled my order within a 3 day period. I was ripped off, and they think that i should follow their procedures! I will fight them on this. If they had sold me what they used on my door, i would not have complained! Someone needs to find out what they use in their spray bottles, as it must be toxic, and the sales people don't wear any protection!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
looks like the stuff theyre using is called pro-tek and the fake stuff theyre selling is alot cheaper... 1 gal of pro-tek is 83$ and makes alot of spray bottles

I had a guy catch me when I got out of my car. I heard someone yell, "There he is!" I thought it was my neighbor and I looked up my driveway and saw this AA man running down to talk to me. I was completely caught off guard, but decided to watch his presentation. He told many jokes, mainly jokes about how black he is and his "blackness, " which were kind of funny, but I don't think it's right a person has to degrade themselves like that in order to try to sell a product. Anyway, he was fairly nice and, after a bit, for some reason, the conversation segwayed into basketball. We talked for a good 20 minutes about basketball and I could tell at that time he wasn't acting, but he was being genuine, which was good because I got to see the real person. Needless to say, I purchased a bottle, not because of the sales presentation, but because of our conversation afterward when he was being his true self. I could tell he was just trying to make money and, in all honesty, he didn't like his job. The day was pretty hot too and, in hindsight, I should have offered him a glass of water, but it completely slipped my mind. Anyway, I still don't even know if the product I bought works, in fact, I really don't care, because I helped this guy out just a little considering the tactics the company uses.
None of you got ripped off. The product comes with a brochure and it tells you the ratio to mix for whatever your cleaning. The sales people that come to your door add a little more cleaner in their bottle because they demonstrate on various surfaces. I am a friend of the owner and I have been using the product for yearsss! When I have a stain on my sheets or clothing I spray 3 - 4 squirts and it comes out without me even scrubbing it. And for the one saying he was mistreated, why should the owner pay for your ride home? He paid for your ride to the company to come work for them, you can't expect him to pay for your ride home you should have been making money that you could've used to get home, it's not the owners fault you couldn't sell anything.
I worked for Mr. Edwards (the master mind behind this crap). He's from my hometown and doesn't know it. His driver left me stranded in a state I knew nothing about. Much to their surprise I made it back to the Hotel. Boy we're they ever shocked! LMAO! I knew it was a scam but I was trying to relocate. Most of them are either drug addicts, alcoholics, rapists, women beaters (I actually witnessed Mr Williams son beat the crap out of a dope feind sales rep. he was sleeping with). It was a dark and evil experience. Yes, they just might come back and break into your house after they demonstrate the product while casing your place. I'm almost certain that they traffic drugs. They travel all over the country and always have weed, meth, heroin and coke. Some of the sales reps are heroin addicts and I've never seen any of them dope sick. You do the math. It's a cold and heartless business and I've seen it first hand. I've sold lots of their product and it works but so does formula 409 and several other dollar store products. Now please believe that they employ goons and thugs that are always ready to beat the hell out of rebellious sales reps. They even travel with pitbulls an lol and some of the managers and reps carry guns. I'm really surprised that the feds haven't shut them down. All they have to do is raid their hotel rooms and the trucks and I'm sure they'd find guns and drugs. Mr Edwards is connected to a murder in Harvey IL. His son got high and started running his mouth about it. Well I could go on forever...so many unpleasant memories. I did 5 states with these creeps. Mr Edwards...send your son to rehab!
Went through the same. They tried to move hotels after they left me a black man in Oklahoma on a Friday night when both the Oklahoma football teams was in a crazy rivalry. So half the town was drunk and pussed off. They told my girl to pack our room up and I would meet them at the next hotel. I didn't even have cab money to get to the hotel. Thanks God a nice lady that had bought a bottle gave a ride to the hotel as they was trying to leave. They left me and my girl and went to Texas. And didn't pay me my last two checks.
Sounds like a WAB to me 😉 seriously dude a man gave you a opportunity to learn how to be successful and your weak [censored] punked out. I've made 6 figures for years on the skills Mr Edward's taught me and your description of the people there is ridiculous.
