Service and food quality
8/12/2023 approximately 2:30pm I purchased 2 cheese burritos. I threw one away because the rice was hard. Upon opening the other it had blonde hair cooked in the wrap. I took it back inside and the manager with a NASTY ATTITUDE tried to convince me it was cheese. Her name is Cashena. It could have been her hair because she has long blonde braids. At home I heated the burrito up in case the second had hard rice, that's when I discovered it didn't look like cheese. I have always gone to that Taco Bell at 25 N Lafayette Drive, Sumter SC. Please screen persons who you have employed better, and managers are trained better. The young lady at the window was very efficient at her job with customers. Cashena need to be moved to another location or take her out of management. I must also say the managers and workers refused to throw away the item and insisted in a nasty tone I needed to move it. I moved it because it wasn't a big thing because I placed it on the counter. I would like feedback from this visit. Hairnets should also be worn. As a result of these employees, I will not recommend any other person or group patronize that location.
Desired outcome: I have my refund that I requested.

6/21/23 6:30pm Waukesha, WI Just bit into a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza - disgusting! Tasted like the tostada had been fried in plastic! I immediately got sick to my stomach! This is actually the second time this has happened. The other time was a few months ago. Out of concern, called the store and spoke with a manager thinking I might have been poisoned or something. The chemical taste was burning my mouth. I suggested they not serve any other tostada from that package. She agreed and explained that they fry them, but seeing other postings, says they are packaged fried? Weird! I also wanted an explanation from the a District Manager, with a phone call next day. I called the store again where the day Manager said they cleaned the grease and all was corrected. Hummm...not so sure I liked that explanation either! Was the oil rancid or what happened? Truly, truly tasted like melted horrible plastic! Need better policies or procedures! I will be calling a District Manager. And..free food offered but offer rejected! I see other people posting this type of issue too ? Please taste your childs meal before serving!

Taco Bell Review: Breakfast Mishap Leads to Surprising Lunch Success
So, I had a hankering for some breakfast and decided to hit up Taco Bell. I was feeling pretty desperate and thought to myself, "they can't possibly mess up a breakfast burrito, right?" I pulled up to the drive-thru and was surprised to hear a voice asking me what I wanted. I had driven through the parking lot and only saw one car, so I assumed they were closed.
I told the voice that I wanted breakfast and asked where the menu was. To my surprise, she said it was only available inside. I asked if the lobby was open and she said, "not until ten," which was another half hour away. Frustrated, I asked what was on the breakfast menu. She replied, "well, there's an app." I was taken aback and responded with a not-so-nice expletive before driving away.
In hindsight, I shouldn't have reacted that way. It's not the fault of the hardworking employees that they're put in that position by the overpaid corporate bigwigs. I mean, how do these idiots plan to stay in business if they can't even provide a simple breakfast menu for their customers?
Despite my initial frustration, I decided to give Taco Bell another chance. I went back later in the day and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options on the menu. I ended up ordering a Crunchwrap Supreme and a side of nachos, and let me tell you, it hit the spot.
Overall, I would recommend giving Taco Bell a try. Sure, they may have some hiccups here and there, but what fast food joint doesn't? Plus, their prices are pretty reasonable, so you won't break the bank by indulging in some delicious Mexican-inspired cuisine.
Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell: Burnt Quesadilla and Watered-Down Cheese
Taco Bell is a place where you can get some pretty good food. I ordered the nacho cheese box and it tasted pretty good. However, the only thing that I found to be not so good was the watered-down cheese. It just wasn't the same as it used to be. I also ordered a quesadilla, but it was horrible. It was burnt to a crisp. I even have a picture to prove it. I don't know why they would even sell something like that. If they know it's burnt, it should be thrown in the garbage. I ended up giving it to my dogs because it was that bad. The people running this company should be ashamed of themselves for selling burnt food.
If they can't make a product correctly, they should just close down the place. They think people don't notice the changes they've made, but we do. The nacho cheese is not real cheese, it's just processed and disgusting. However, the sour cream and guacamole were good. The nachos were also good, but the watered-down cheese just ruined the whole plate. This location is on Hanley Road and Water's Tampa Florida.
Overall, Taco Bell is a decent place to get some food, but they need to step up their game when it comes to quality control. They need to make sure that their food is not burnt and that their cheese is not watered down. If they can't do that, then they should just close down the place.
Terrible Experience at Taco Bell: Severe Food Poisoning and Rude Manager
So, I went to Taco Bell's website to leave a review about my experience. Let me tell you, it was not a good one. My husband and I decided to grab a box of tacos for lunch, but boy was that a mistake. We both ended up with severe food poisoning. It was so bad that we had to miss two days of work. After three days, I finally felt well enough to call the store and let them know what happened. The Taco Bell we went to was on Ireland Road in South Bend.
When I spoke to the "manager," Grace, she was extremely rude. She told me that it had been more than 24 hours, so there was nothing she could do. She also said that they had to use the same meat from the days before, so there was nothing that could be done. And to top it off, she said, "I am not losing this crap job over your call, lady." Can you believe that? I was so angry that I recorded the call.
I did call corporate to let them know what happened, but they haven't even reached out to me. I just wanted to inform them of what happened, but Grace's attitude made me even more upset. The tacos were just thrown into the bag, soggy and greasy. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend going to that Taco Bell location.
