Taco Bell Staff, my order, manager, food thrown by staff

Staff was throwing food at each other. My order was wrong, Manager was sitting in the back on his phone. My missing order Sat on the counter nobody said a word to me till I had to find it.

The food staff threw at each other was sitting on the ground in the kitchen area the whole time I was there.

Was at 6pm 7/6/23

Was an unbelievable

I have NO reason to lie about any of what I described.

Staff is very rude. I am a handicapped individual and physically challenged asked someone to help with order and was told only way was thru kiosk. Very unprofessional and no customer service. Taco Bell Unauthorized 2nd transcation made against my credit card

I made a purchased @ the Lancaster Taco Bell on 06/24/23 @ 8:11 PM for a total of $18.58 for order #433 shown on my receipt with a total of 6 items by cashier Daniah C.

I received a notice today around 4:17 PM that my charge was being upgraded to a total of $37.16.

No additional purchase was made or authorization given to have the additional fee taken on order 349133

Desired outcome: A full refund of $18.58 taken twice incorrectly with out approval back to my card.

Taco Bell Tostada shell in Mexican Pizza tastes like plastic!

6/21/23 6:30pm Waukesha, WI Just bit into a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza - disgusting! Tasted like the tostada had been fried in plastic! I immediately got sick to my stomach! This is actually the second time this has happened. The other time was a few months ago. Out of concern, called the store and spoke with a manager thinking I might have been poisoned or something. The chemical taste was burning my mouth. I suggested they not serve any other tostada from that package. She agreed and explained that they fry them, but seeing other postings, says they are packaged fried? Weird! I also wanted an explanation from the a District Manager, with a phone call next day. I called the store again where the day Manager said they cleaned the grease and all was corrected. Hummm...not so sure I liked that explanation either! Was the oil rancid or what happened? Truly, truly tasted like melted horrible plastic! Need better policies or procedures! I will be calling a District Manager. And..free food offered but offer rejected! I see other people posting this type of issue too 😕 Please taste your childs meal before serving!

Taco Bell Taco Bell Review: Breakfast Mishap Leads to Surprising Lunch Success

So, I had a hankering for some breakfast and decided to hit up Taco Bell. I was feeling pretty desperate and thought to myself, "they can't possibly mess up a breakfast burrito, right?" I pulled up to the drive-thru and was surprised to hear a voice asking me what I wanted. I had driven through the parking lot and only saw one car, so I assumed they were closed.

I told the voice that I wanted breakfast and asked where the menu was. To my surprise, she said it was only available inside. I asked if the lobby was open and she said, "not until ten," which was another half hour away. Frustrated, I asked what was on the breakfast menu. She replied, "well, there's an app." I was taken aback and responded with a not-so-nice expletive before driving away.

In hindsight, I shouldn't have reacted that way. It's not the fault of the hardworking employees that they're put in that position by the overpaid corporate bigwigs. I mean, how do these idiots plan to stay in business if they can't even provide a simple breakfast menu for their customers?

Despite my initial frustration, I decided to give Taco Bell another chance. I went back later in the day and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options on the menu. I ended up ordering a Crunchwrap Supreme and a side of nachos, and let me tell you, it hit the spot.

Overall, I would recommend giving Taco Bell a try. Sure, they may have some hiccups here and there, but what fast food joint doesn't? Plus, their prices are pretty reasonable, so you won't break the bank by indulging in some delicious Mexican-inspired cuisine.

Taco Bell Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell: Burnt Quesadilla and Watered-Down Cheese

Taco Bell is a place where you can get some pretty good food. I ordered the nacho cheese box and it tasted pretty good. However, the only thing that I found to be not so good was the watered-down cheese. It just wasn't the same as it used to be. I also ordered a quesadilla, but it was horrible. It was burnt to a crisp. I even have a picture to prove it. I don't know why they would even sell something like that. If they know it's burnt, it should be thrown in the garbage. I ended up giving it to my dogs because it was that bad. The people running this company should be ashamed of themselves for selling burnt food.

If they can't make a product correctly, they should just close down the place. They think people don't notice the changes they've made, but we do. The nacho cheese is not real cheese, it's just processed and disgusting. However, the sour cream and guacamole were good. The nachos were also good, but the watered-down cheese just ruined the whole plate. This location is on Hanley Road and Water's Tampa Florida.

Overall, Taco Bell is a decent place to get some food, but they need to step up their game when it comes to quality control. They need to make sure that their food is not burnt and that their cheese is not watered down. If they can't do that, then they should just close down the place.

Taco Bell Terrible Experience at Taco Bell: Severe Food Poisoning and Rude Manager

So, I went to Taco Bell's website to leave a review about my experience. Let me tell you, it was not a good one. My husband and I decided to grab a box of tacos for lunch, but boy was that a mistake. We both ended up with severe food poisoning. It was so bad that we had to miss two days of work. After three days, I finally felt well enough to call the store and let them know what happened. The Taco Bell we went to was on Ireland Road in South Bend.

When I spoke to the "manager," Grace, she was extremely rude. She told me that it had been more than 24 hours, so there was nothing she could do. She also said that they had to use the same meat from the days before, so there was nothing that could be done. And to top it off, she said, "I am not losing this crap job over your call, lady." Can you believe that? I was so angry that I recorded the call.

I did call corporate to let them know what happened, but they haven't even reached out to me. I just wanted to inform them of what happened, but Grace's attitude made me even more upset. The tacos were just thrown into the bag, soggy and greasy. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend going to that Taco Bell location.

Taco Bell Disappointing Service at Taco Bell in Colorado Springs, CO

I recently visited the Taco Bell location at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO. I was in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes before I was able to place my order. The person taking my order sounded like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh, but I was just happy to finally get my order in. However, my happiness was short-lived as I sat in the drive-thru for another 30 minutes waiting to get to the window.

When I finally pulled up to the window, the employee asked if I was the one with the two party packs. I confirmed that I was, and then he delivered some bad news. They were out of soft taco tortillas. I was frustrated and asked why they couldn't have told me when I was placing my order. The employee didn't have an answer for me, but he did give me two free taco coupons as an apology.

To be honest, I haven't been to a Taco Bell in about five years because of terrible service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has reminded me why I don't go to Taco Bell. The service has only gotten worse, and it's not worth the frustration.

Taco Bell Inconsistent Orders at Taco Bell Drive-Thru: A Frustrating Experience

I go to this Taco Bell drive-thru twice a week, but I gotta say, they mess up my order about one out of every three times. It's frustrating, you know? Like, I paid for a chicken quesadilla and they forget to put the chicken in it. Or I ask for soft taco supremes and they don't come with all the stuff they're supposed to have. And don't even get me started on the diet Pepsi with no ice that somehow ends up with ice in it.

It happens so often that now I try to check my order before I leave the drive-thru. But every time I do that, the person at the window gets all mad at me. Like, sorry for trying to make sure I actually get what I paid for, right?

Anyway, the latest time I went, I checked the bag to make sure they had the Chicken Power Menu Bowls in there. And they did! I was relieved. But when I got home to feed my dad and me, I found out they forgot to put the chicken in them. Like, not even a little bit of chicken. None.

If they can forget the chicken in the Chicken Power Menu Bowls, I'm pretty sure they can forget to wash their hands after they take a crap. You know what I mean?

I'm gonna see how good their complaint department is compared to their delivery department. Maybe they can make it right. But honestly, I'm getting pretty tired of having to deal with this every time I go there.

Taco Bell Unprofessional Employees Ruined Our Taco Bell Experience

Me and my girlfriend Sydney decided to hit up Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. We were both craving some delicious tacos, so we headed straight to the drive-thru. However, our experience was far from satisfactory.

When we pulled up to the speaker to place our order, the lady taking our order seemed to be more interested in chatting with her coworkers than taking our order. She kept laughing and talking, which made it difficult for me to even place our order. I was surprised when she finally got our order right.

As we pulled up to the window to pay, the lady completely ignored us and continued talking to her coworkers. We waited for what felt like an eternity, at least three minutes, before she finally acknowledged us and took our payment.

We then had to wait even longer for our food. While waiting, we noticed the same group of girls laughing and throwing things at each other like they were in the middle of a school recess. This was very unsanitary and unprofessional, in my opinion.

Finally, after about ten minutes of waiting, we received our food. Unfortunately, it was cold by then. We were so disappointed that we didn't even bother going back in to complain.

Overall, our experience at Taco Bell was terrible. The employees were unprofessional and seemed more interested in socializing than doing their jobs. We hope that the management takes action and fires these ladies, so that other customers don't have to waste their time like we did.

Taco Bell QuesaLupa from Taco Bell: A Disastrous Experience

I recently tried the QuesaLupa from Taco Bell and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. The first bite was just awful, the taste was so bad that it reminded me of something that I can't even describe. It was like eating something that was crusty and poor, almost like the flesh of a dirty person. I know that sounds gross, but that's exactly how it tasted.

Despite my initial reaction, I decided to finish the entire thing. That was a BIG mistake. After a few minutes, I felt like my insides were on fire. It was like the heat of a thousand men was burning inside my large intestines. I couldn't even produce any waste, my body was just completely blocked up.

Eventually, I had to call the police and paramedics because I was in such a bad state. They arrived and saw me in a completely disembodied state. It was so humiliating and I felt like my dignity and integrity were completely gone.

This experience has left me severely mentally and emotionally impaired. My IQ has decreased by 37% and I have little will to live. I wish that God could help me, but I feel like I am subject to the lustful caresses of the evil Lord whose name starts with S and ends with -TAN.

Overall, my life has been completely ruined by this experience. I would not recommend the QuesaLupa from Taco Bell to anyone. It's just not worth the risk.

Taco Bell Poor Customer Service and Mistakes in Order at Edmonton Taco Bell

I recently visited the Taco Bell located on 156 street in Edmonton. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was not up to par. The woman who assisted us was very short and rude. When I asked for a separate order, she informed me that they were too busy, even though there was no one behind us in the drive-thru. This left us feeling quite frustrated.

To make matters worse, when I was placing my order, I had to repeat myself multiple times. It seemed like the woman was not paying attention to what I was saying. When we got to the window to pay, she quickly took the machine away, almost causing my card to fall to the ground. I waited patiently for my food, but unfortunately, the wrong drink was given to me. I had to yell back at the woman to let her know that it was the wrong drink. She gave her coworkers an annoyed gesture with her hands up and went to get me the right drink. At this point, I was just over the poor service.

When we finally received our food and pulled out of the drive-thru, we realized that we did not receive the fries we had paid for. Additionally, they made a crunch wrap with chicken when we had asked for a chicken quesadilla. This was a huge disappointment.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Taco Bell location. The woman who assisted us was rude and unprofessional, and the mistakes made with our order were unacceptable. I hope that the management takes steps to improve the customer service at this location in the future.

Taco Bell Terrible Service and Food Quality at North Ridgeville Taco Bell

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Taco Bell. I mean, who doesn't love a good taco? But let me tell you, something's gone seriously wrong with the Taco Bell in North Ridgeville, Ohio. It's just the worst. I mean, if there's even one person ahead of you in line, you're gonna be waiting for like 20 or 30 minutes. And when you finally get your food, it's all cold and soggy. It's been like that for at least six months now. And don't even get me started on the people who work there. They're just plain rude. And the food? Terrible. I mean, you're lucky if you even get what you ordered. It's just been a total disaster for the past six months.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever go back to that Taco Bell. I'd rather drive out of my way to find a different one. This one is just the absolute worst. And even if they do happen to have what you want, it's like a miracle or something. Their service is just terrible. I mean, seriously, it's just the worst.

Oh, and by the way, this review thing is asking me for proof of purchase, but I didn't even buy anything because they didn't have what I wanted. Of course. Ugh, this Taco Bell is just the worst.

Taco Bell Taco Bell's Disappointing Service: Barely Any Meat or Cheese in My Order

I recently placed an order on Taco Bell's website for a total of almost $40. I was really excited to receive my order, which included three tacos and a crunch wrap. However, when I opened the bag, I was extremely disappointed to find that there was barely any meat or cheese in my tacos and crunch wrap. I was so upset that I decided to call the store to complain.

To my surprise, the manager on the phone told me that they were out of some of the ingredients and that they didn't inform me about it. I was really angry because I spent a lot of money on this order and I didn't even get what I paid for. I'm pregnant and I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal, but instead, I got a half-assed taco and meal.

I think it's really disrespectful and ridiculous that Taco Bell can't even inform their customers when they're out of certain products. It's not fair to pay for something and not receive what you paid for. I think Taco Bell needs to get their act together and start being more honest with their customers. This is complete bull$#*! and I'm really disappointed.
