not adhering to posted hours of operation
We went to Taco Bell in Vicksburg, MS on Friday night. Posted time says the inside dining is open until 11:00pm. At 10:42pm, the inside was already closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Have also been to the drive thru during posted hours that they were supposed to be open, only to be told they are already closed. They are one of the few places that is supposed to be open late at night here. Then went through the drive thru and got the triple double crunchwrap combo and the crunchwrap was basically burnt in the middle of the outer shell.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday at taco bell 021200, it was 33 minutes from when i pulled on till i got my food. I thought you served fast food, i could of went to a restaurant and had my food in that amount of time. If i lnew it was going to take that long i would of left, but you cant. Once your in line your stuck. I was told they only had 2 people making the food. The time on my ticket is 6:20, dinner time. Sounds like the manager isnt managing the employees work schedules very well. I was also told by someone else that its always really slow there. I wont be returning.

The most disgusting meal ever. My hubby is a TB lover but not this time. My taco salad was uneatable. The shell tasted burned and the lettuce was wilted and nasty. Husband tostados and burritos were gross the sauces were spoiled and they had to be trashed. My husband went in the store and said, it appeared not one was in charge and employees were standing around and on reflection he wondered why the sauces were just sitting on the counter. We could not go back to the store because we were traveling thru. No dinner that night. I think a full refund is in order since my husband is a major taco bell lover and worked there in high school.
disgusting environment
We went to Taco Bell in Troutdale Oregon on our way home through the Gorge. The gentlemen was quick to take our order but from their it went down hill. After getting our drinks we went to find a table to sit at. There was only 2 other customers in the place. No one at the drive through. Every table in the establishment had food scrapes on the tables, and benches. We had to dust stuff off to sit down. There were no napkins in the napkin holder. I went to use the women's restroom and low and behold it was just as discusting. No toilet paper, bits of things all over the floor and there was something on the toilet seat.
I have never seen this place look discusting before. The employees did not even seem to have a clue. One of the employees sat at a table down from us to eat his lunch I assume and when someone came in to the front he left his leftover junk on the table and went to take their order. He never came back and picked up his stuff while we were there. I seen a family of 4 come in and walk through searching for a table to sit at and finally reached down and used there hand to clean the stuff off the table so they could sit down.
You either have workers that don't have a clue or care about the looks of your facility or you have bad management. Maybe they were new and needed training but it was discusting. I just thought you should know.

We are here for dinner and cashier was so rude. He dont know what to put in system and then when my kids wanted to drink water so we asked for water glass and he said they dont keep that. Then i ordered other food to take home. So he gave food to eat in here then i asked to packed it he didn't even pack nice open empty box he have me to put my food in it.. ridiculous service. triple double crunchwrap
Me and my family went to Taco Bell on Browns bridge rd in Gainesville ga and we all ordered the Crunchwrap box and there was either hardly any meat or mostly lettuce with little to no meat or no cheese this is very disappointing store they can never get an order right won't be coming back to this store ever employees more worried about talking than doing there job
late night drive thru order
I just recently got food from a nearby Taco Bell ... after biting into my second taco of a crunch box... I bit into a used tissue... that is pretty gross.. everyone at the store was Attentive and helpful... but cleanliness and healthcide should be taken into consideration ... I don't want to get sick especially taken the time of year in Michigan ... but maybe have a little more cleanliness please... you serve millions... let's not take that for granted ...
cold chalupa not cooked
My husband brought me home a chalupa that was not fried or warmed up it was white and cold. Apparently this happens alot to my husband at the taco bell location on in Clovis CA on Ashlan and peach. Not to mention they forgot to put his food in the bag just my daughter and my food was in the bag. My husband had to go all the back to Taco bell. They apologized and gave him some cinnamon twist. We're not happy customers. We love taco bell but this location is giving taco bell a bad reputation.
location issues
Upon entering the establishment there are boxes on the counters, stuff on the floor, crumbled receipts and trash on the counter where food is being picked up. There was no one at the register to take our order. Then we were told there was no ice for the drinks. There seemed to be two young men "hanging out" in the food preparation area who are working but not working. Customers frustrated with the wait to get their food. It took 35 minutes for our order to completed. 1 burrito and 6 soft tacos.
wasn’t open for breakfast
On October 4, 2018 early Thursday morning ard 7:30ish I pull up to Taco Bell in Lake Mary and notices that there was 2 employees standing outside. I proceeded to pull up in DT and waited for someone to greet me so that I can place my order. I waited about 3 or mint and said Hello. And no answer. Then I drove around to talk to the employees that was in front. It was a black male and a White female. I ask are you open n they said No. With a loss look. I stay in Orlando and could have stopped at other Taco Bell but I waited. Since I had to be in a meeting in Lake Mary. So I drove to Taco Bell because I wanted the signature mini skillet and pull up and they are not open. This is poor customer service.

I had a very difficult situations with one of your managers the other day. She was beyond awful and completely unprofessional and REFUSED to give me her name AND corporate's number. I have never experienced such a terrible visit. The women has red hair. A heavier set and she carries a red purse MK bag I believe. She was walking out the parking lot and was yelling on the phone. I noticed that she dropped something so I picked it up and said miss. You dropped something and as I handed it to her she was screaming at me. Calling me a thief and a [censored].

I tried to visit my local taco bell and it was 30mins till closing. As I approach the bell employees are outside chatting with nonemployees. Now there is nobody else around. I heard the "manager say is she really going to try and order. I didn't even make it 10 feet thru the start of the drive thru and David "manager " which is probably a lie. Tells me that they can not serve me because I'm on a bicycle. I said OK I went and stood in the parking lot texting my mom to see where she wanted me to go she tells me to check what time lobby closes a we know for the future. So I ride up to the door getting the hours now i move a couple feet from the door outta the way of anyone coming or going. I start typing the hours out to my mom. And David yells at me that I can't be hanging around the parking lot. While him and his friends are just hanging out in the parking lot. I told him I just needed to finish my text and I'd be leaving. Not even a minute went by when he tells me again even more rudely that I need to leave because he can't go inside till I leave and that cars are starting to line up at the drive thru. Now I'm not sure what drugs or power trip he was on that night but there was still nobody around except him and his friends. No cars in the drive thru nothing nobody but him and his friends. Let me paint this picture for you... I am female I look like I'm 16 I am not nor was i presenting a threat. David was very very rude. To the point he made me cry. All because I rode a bike. I can understand if there was other cars or something but how does riding a bike thru the drive threw pose a threat? What is it easier for a cyclists to get in the drive thru window? Come on now be real if somebody wanted to rob taco bell that what they are going to do whether they r riding a bike in a car or floating on a magic carpet. Lost a customer that has already gotten 15 family's to agree not to visit ur restaurant and those 15 families are getting there friends and family to join in. We are suppose to working on saving mother earth and protecting our environment how can we when we are not able to be serviced at a window of a restaurant or even store my bike if I went inside to order some major changes must be made are you man enough to do it? I guess we will find out
poor service
We went for lunch to taco bell, my husband and I. There was an older gentleman ahead of us with his grandson waiting to order for a few min. Before a guy came to the register. The man started to order and the cashier cuts him off mid order to tell him he going on break, finishes typing at the keyboard and leaves. No one to cover him, and the line has grown. 6 min. Later finally someone comes, doing double duty, both window orders and in house orders, its 15 min before me and my husband can order and nearly 30 by the time we get our order, which btw they messed up. When my husband goes to get his drink filled the same rude and completely unprofessional guy that blew off the older man CUTS infront of my husband to get his drink FIRST and walks off while there's chaos going on in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen staff were yelling, screaming and cussing at each other behind the counter, the whole lobby had to enjoy that. Terrible customer service!
drive thru
Me and my husband went to the Taco Bell on Annapolis road in Hanover md tonight. Drive thru failed to mention that the car in front of us was waiting on food far from the window so when my husband did a nice little honk the employees gave us dirty looks and pointed at us and the customer in front of us almost got out of their car and yelled for us "to mind our business". We immediately left drive thru without paying and as we drove away one employee gave us another dirty look. Never again will we go to Taco Bell.

I am not happy with the service received today, I ordered beans, but did not specify pintos and cheese, so what I got was only beans (my fault) but I went to the cashier so he could fix my order, kind of surprising that he did not offer to do so. I was charged .50 cents, I would have been happy to pay the difference but no offer was made to fix it.
There also was a person sleeping accross a bench taking up 2 booths, if you need more
proof I took pictures. Employees were cleaning repeatedly and saw the person sleeping during my visit, but did not try to have this person exit. Maybe he is an employee, but did not appear to be. Can you look into this please?

cold food
My husband and I went thru Taco Bell E. Brainerd Rd 37421 drive thru and the food--Tacos, etc, were as cold as if they had been in a refrigerator. Not fit to eat. And the amount of meat put in the food is shameful.. It is such a small amount it's hard to know if there's any meat at all. Taco Bells have gone down the drain since several years ago.

my whole order
On October 1/2018 I ordered in the drive thru. My order consisted of 2 regular tacos, burrito supreme, easy red sauce, no lettuce, extra cheese. The burrito had extra red sauce in it, there was no extra cheese and they put lettuce in it. The 2 tacos were cold and there was hardly anything in them. I visited your business 220 nw 23rd sstreet okc, ok #030377. The employee, carlos j was ver effiencent and polite.
When i got home, what i received wasn't what i wanted! i called location back, the phone rung for several rings. Someone picked up then hunged up.
So i had to go back to taco bell to get another item to replace the item i recieved.
I explained to carlos j. He called the manager over. She listened but had her mind made up, i could tell from her deminure, also, a former employee told me she figuireds our how to take thier wages from from thier check.
She refused to replace my order, but did refund my money. I did not want money, i wanted a taco,
i informed her again, she refused.
Another customer wanted an explaination on my situation, at first i didnt want to tell him. But, after i didnt get a taco, that i wanted. I did tell him.
I am a senior citizen, and it wasnt easy to travel back to taco bell.
Train your staff. To be courteous and considerated to customers, especially senior citizens.
chicken chalupa
I ordered 2 Chicken Chalupas via drive thru tonight after a long day. The cashier was kind, there was no problem there. I got home, opened up the wrapper and started eating one and within the first 3 bites, to my horror, my tongue was tangled with a piece of hair! Immediately after I pulled out what was a long, blonde hair, I threw up and couldn't eat another bite. I was mortified. I've always enjoyed my Taco Bell experiences but I absolutely will not ever come back.

People, People, People please take the extra few minutes at the drive thru or at the inside counter to remove your food from the bag or box and check to make sure you have received the correct order BEFORE You walk away or drive away.
Also take the time to unwrap and check ever single item you ordered to make sure it is filled to look exactly like the photo on the board inside or open the Taco Bell Website on your phone and check the photo of the item.
If the cashier says step aside stay at the counter so they cannot dismiss the problem.
If you are at the drive thru just sit at the window until you check the food and do not pull forward until things are corrected.
If we do not start standing up to these Corporate Giants then it's OUR FAULT when they cheat us or take advantage of us.
I complained today to my local Taco Bell over the phone (wrong thing to do unless talking to Corporate) The Manager on duty said I did not see that Beefy Crunch Burrito with 1 Tablespoon of meat and 1 Tablespoon of rice so I have no way of knowing if it was made correctly! I am a senior so in other words he believes I am lying.
