Beer was awesome and I had a subscription for a year, but then I decided to cancel. I sent an email to cancel, but they said I didn't have an account. I sent a screenshot of my account to prove it, but they still said I wasn't in their system. But they keep sending me beer and charging my card every month. It's impossible to cancel with them. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

This beer company is not very trustworthy. They don't tell you that they can't ship beer in the US. They charge your card when you add stuff to your crate and then say they'll ship it monthly. But they use weird shippers that no one knows. The tracking numbers they give you don't help. You're supposed to sign for delivery but you don't know when it's coming. When you ask Tavour about it, they don't care. They won't give you your money back if they don't deliver. Don't use them if you're not in their area. It's not legal to ship alcohol in some states so you'll probably have problems. When you do, Tavour won't help and you'll have to fix it yourself. They even charged me more after I complained. I had to report it as fraud.

I had some problems with this company. First, they charged me twice for 2 beers that I didn't even want. If I didn't notice, I would have never known. When I asked for a refund, it took almost 2 weeks for the money to come back to my account. Next, they use the cheapest shipping possible, so you hardly get any shipping updates and your beers are sure to arrive hot, even though the cans say to keep them cold. Lastly, out of the 19 beers I paid for, I only got 15 of them. I deleted my credit card from the app because I didn't want them to try and charge me for shipping the remaining 4 beers. I asked the customer service rep a few times to have someone call me so we could dispute this, but all they did was give me a number that's already online, and no one answers no matter what extension you call. Instead of sending me the beers I already paid for and paid to have shipped, they refunded me for the products I've been waiting for for TWO MONTHS to ship. They haven't done anything to make this right. I'm really unhappy with this business and how they handle customer service.

When you add stuff to your cart, it tells you how many days you have left to shop before they ship your order, but it doesn't show you how much it's gonna cost. You can't take stuff out of your cart after an hour, but they don't tell you that upfront. You gotta look under "cancellation of orders." It was shipped on May 9th and it's been almost a month. When Tavour finally responded, they said I would get my delivery by Monday 5/30/22 (I have a screenshot). But it's now Thursday 6/2/22 and there's still no movement. At this point, I don't even want the beer that's been sitting in warehouses for a month. *** needs to get their act together if they want to stay in business.

This lady named Rose got back to me the next day and said she'd give me my money back. But when I got the refund, it was only for $128.47, even though the beer I didn't get cost $210.88. So I'm still owed $82.41. I've sent six emails to their support email explaining what happened and asking for the rest of my money, but nobody's gotten back to me. I even tried calling their support phone number, but it just tells me to leave a voicemail and they'll call me back, which they haven't. I don't know what else to do 'cause Tavour won't talk to me.

But when I asked about it, Megan said that only the top spenders got access. I was pretty upset because she had told me that I would qualify for the loyalty program. She even wrote it down! But now she was saying that it was only for the biggest spenders. I feel like I was lied to and tricked into spending more money. It's not fair to do business like that. I hope they fix this and make it right.
