This company shipped my car to my new crib in Honolulu. The price they charged me was way better than the other companies I hit up. Riley was super helpful and her customer service was on point! The driver, Michael, was a total pro and his rig was top-notch. You can definitely trust these guys.

The dude who drove my car was cool and got it to Cali from NC in only 5 days. This is hands down the best moving service I've ever used!

This company is so unprofesh. One of their reps kept texting me, buggin' me about cancelling my order. They were all up in my grill about payin' $124 plus $150 for cancelling. Before I paid a deposit, I cancelled my order since I wasn't buyin' a car from outta state no more. I didn't pay no deposit, I didn't give 'em no info 'bout the car, pickup spot or nothin' and the rep is sayin' they "dispatched" a driver in less than 2 hours. The rep was pushin' me to pay money for a service I didn't even get. They are so unprofesh and bully customers! I ain't never usin' this company again.

I jus shipped a car from Florida to Connecticut and Tci Logistics was great! Alice was awesome from beginning to end. She made me feel real comfortable from the start, explaining the whole process clearly and the costs. She communicated with me on email and phone regularly to get the shipment done. Not to mention I got a good price. I needed to ship from a dealer where it was being repaired in Boca Raton. But the car repair took longer, so I needed to change delivery pickup date. Alice lined up another truck that met the new schedule. The driver communicated regularly with us and linked up with my son for a painless handoff and the car was fine. They are the best car shippers I have ever used by far. I look forward to shipping my next car with Alice again and recommend to everyone to contact her at Tci Logistics.

So I signed up with TCI Logistics Inc
So I signed up with TCI Logistics Inc. and they didn't keep their word on the pickup dates. They overbooked and canceled just 25 minutes before the pickup. They wanted me to pay more and come back later, but that didn't work for me. They didn't communicate well and they promised to give me my refund last week, but I haven't heard back from them after calling and messaging them.

So, I paid a deposit of 175 bucks to TCI Logistics Inc. to transport my 2009 Harley-Davidson Glide Ultra Classic from one place to another. They said it would cost me 575 dollars in total and the pick-up date was 02/04/2022. But, the driver didn't show up on the day he was supposed to. I called TCI the next day and they said the driver was on his way and would arrive that day. But, he didn't. The TCI contact wasn't communicating with me or the person at the pick-up end. We waited for two days and got the same wrong information. So, we called another logistics company. But, TCI refused to refund my deposit. Can someone help me out? Thanks.
