The TV was delivered 1st Oct 23 and after many phones calls & emails (I can give names & dates if required) - I am still having problems with the Channels.
The problem is the TV only allows me to Scan Channels for the UK. It does not give me the option to choose a Region. Therefore, I have all the Channels for the UK which is 4093 ! EG I have 10 x Channels for BBC which includes Wales, Scotland etc. It has taken me this long to find ITV which is Channel 3072 !
Gwen has been very helpful but her Technical Dept have told her it is the Freeview APP. I have contacted them and they have confirmed the APP is only in regards to Online TV like BBiPlayer which I have & is fine. I want to have BBC1, BBC2, ITV in order instead the 1st Channel I can access is Channel 85 ! Last week I offered to pay for Engineer to check this for me but now I am convinced it is because the TV does not allow me to choose a Region, only choose UK (USA). Obviously I do not want 4093 Channels & this is now 19days after the TV arrived & we are still no clearer forward. Plse resolve asap I do not want 4093 Channels. Plse advise thank you
Desired outcome: I suggest an Engineer comes on site to check if there is anything else that can be done or are we correct in saying the TV wont allow us to choose a Region
