terrible company
I have no words to describe how angry I am! I had the worst experience with TeeChip and there was nothing I could do to change that.
I made my order and purchased a T-shirt from them and they delivered it to the wrong address. I have no idea how that happened and how is it possible to ship to the wrong place. They had my address but still made a terrible mistake. Ok, things like that can happen, but the worst part was when they refused to fix their own mistake!
They said that there was nothing they could do and said that refund was not possible because item was shipped. I lost my money and never received my order. Terrible company to deal with!

I ordered 3 BEDORE hoodies and when I received them there was a misspelled word on the printed back.
The word "wouldn't " was spelled wouln't which should have been addressed by your quality control prior to printing.
I have sent emails along with a picture of the printing to your customer support and have received no word of any action taken.
I would appreciate it if this matter is looked into as soon as possible telling me what your company plans on doing .
I may also add that I am getting tired of the back and forth emails and the lack of action taken.
Hope this matter is looked into asap and some compensation is offered to me as these three hoodies were Birthday gifts for my two sons and myself.

I bought a tee chip shirt and it is the wrong size
The label must be mismarked. I ordered a 3 xl shirt and it won't even fit my husband who wears a large. I want the right size sent. I have purchased a poster as a present for a friend. And when I received it I was disappointed with the quality of the poster, it looked absolutely terrible!
Paper was very thin and see through, picture was dark and blurry. When I sent them my picture and asked about the quality they assured me everything would be fine.
I tried to get my money back and contacted TeeChip many times but they were rude and customer unfriendly and did not want to give my money back.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please buy elsewhere!
I order a very nice mug. It arrived broken into many pieces. On of the pieces cut me badly. It was still bleeding the next day.. I called customer service number but got no answer. Left a message with phone number etc and no one called back.

DO NOT trust this company. This company literally prints photos off of google (stealing others work) onto poster paper. We were unlucky enough to purchase 2 Andrew McMahon posters at once and are now stuck with terrible, pixilated posters and they refuse to accept returns. $60 wasted. Also- The Andrew McMahon official website has these posters on offer AND autographed for $6 less.
I was sent the wrong phone cover and can't get through to anyone to fix this.

When the order came I was sent an ugly purple case with a thumb print on it saying "it's in my dna". That is NOT what I ordered. On February 8, 2017 I ordered 2 DR. Seuss t-shirts. Today is March 2, 2017, Dr. Seuss birthday and I never received either shirt. My order number is #[protected] and total amount charged to my charge card was $47.36
I have tried various ways to reach this company, both e-mail and by phone with no success. I would like a refund. The t-shirts were advertised on facebook and the name of the company is TeeChip.com. I ordered them in advance for anticipation of needing them by March 2, 2017. I have tried tracking my order, and all it tells me is that they have been shipped. Phone calls to this company do not allow you to talk to a person, everything is automated. Very frustrated.

I ordered a sweatshirt Feb 2017 and received it but it was a faded screen print. I have ordered one other sweatshirt in the past and I absolutely loved it. The screen print was bright and clear. I purchased lady t-shirt and mug with Totoro motive on 14 February 2017, order no.[protected].
Today 28 February 2017 I received only a mug, no t-shirt at all. And the motive of Totoro on the mug is upside down and it is wrong obviously, viz. supplement foto.
You charged my credit card for 52, 82 dolars but this delivery is completely wrong. Let me know when could I receive my t-shirt or If you rather send my money back for it. I would like to exchange a mug for the correct one, what should I do for it?

I ordered 3 different items of the Conor McGregor Limited Edition items. I ordered a Samsung S7 edge phone case; a tee shirt and a poster. I ordered these in desperate times. But straight after one another. I got an email about the tee-shirt with a tracking number which I received shortly after the email. However; I haven't received any emails or products of the other too I have ordered. I would like my products or a refund as I have waited since the 6th February for the other two products which cost me £60.

teechip took money that wasn't theirs
Ordered a tee-shirt and decided that the 4-6 weeks wasn't acceptable to wait for dispatch so I cancelled. They still hadn't taken the money at this point and I thought they would just cancel the transaction but no not teechip, they refunded me the money for the order on the Wednesday and then too the money for the order on the Thursday BUT the amount they refunded was LESS than what they took the following day. They also used aNissan unusual way of processing the transaction that cost me 58p to get the refund and £1.08p to make the payment THAT THEY COULD OF JUST CANCELLED AS IT WAS STILL IN LIMBO AT THIS POINT. they have since (for the last 9 weeks) refused to refund the difference even when I have emailed them a copy of my bank statement showing they have taken more than they refunded me and that the refund happened a day before they took the money proving they could of just cancelled the transaction.

Ordered two shirts only received one. Filed a claim explained the situation to teechip company, was told that I received package and claim was denied. Tried to file another claim and was told package was delivered game over. Explained exactly what happened to teechip again. They told me both packages where shipped the second tee shirt was an add on order and it was also shipped, but both packages have the same tracking number and usps says they have video of only one package and it's weight is in line with only one shirt. Now what's a customer too do, no cooperation from teechip at all pretty much has a system that simply screws the consumer till they give up
Teechip company is a total rip off, and should not be allowed to do business on the internet! Totally dishonest

I placed an order with Tee Chip fr the above mentioned campaign.. I waited until the campaign was order and my item was shipped.Unfortunaltely my itwm went to the wrong address and now trying to reach them and get this corrected is useless. They are never availabe and they don't reply to the emails I have sent them through their chat method... My last attempt is to call my credit card nuber and see what they can do.

I ordered a product Gildan Hoodie - Heliconia on Wednesday, January 4 2017. I paid by credit card in total: $49.98 (shipping included). I received my order on January 19. I noticed two stripes in front of the hoodie I received.
I immediately contacted TeeChip Support and reported the flaw. I received an email in which I was sent a website address to fill in a complaint. However, when I filled everything in it didn't work. I have not received any response since then. I am very dissapointed. I am sending you the photo of the hoodie and emails from TeeChip. I want my product to be replaced by a new one.
