I ordered a mug from tee chip on 1/13/17 they charged my account I also received an email that it had been delivered and I never got an order number. I have tried several times to call customer service. I tried to email the company but without an order number it won't let me send it. I would like to get my money back but don't think that will ever happen. I will never order from this company again!

I bought a mug over two months ago and you cannot read the type. I called multiple times, emailed at least 20x, and I believe they ignore you until you go away. Shameful company with substandard products and a non-existent customer service department. Shame on them. it's not the $20 I paid for it, it's the principle of the matter. They promise they will have someone contact me and they never do. you can only reach sales on the phone (of course) and not customer service (of course). SCAM

I bought 3 mugs from tee chip. On Monday January 23, 2017 I received two of the mugs. They were in separate containers and did not have the tracking number on them that was provided by TeeChip. I waited for 2 days hoping that I would receive the third mug. It is now Thursday the 26th and I still haven't received the mug. I have 3 children and wanted to give each one a mug. I have tried to contact TeeChip but they do not answer their phones. Everything is automated and I can't get any answers to were the third mug is. I would like to have the third mug, but if that isn't possible a refund.

I ordered a sweatshirt as part of a campaign for the Women's March on Washington. They were supposed to be sent out between January 15 and 18. It is now the 19th and they still have it listed as 'printing' which means I will not have my order in time for the March. They have now stopped answering their phones and refuse to cancel my order or overnight ship the items. This is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with and I have Comcast!

Placed an order in October still have not received it or heard anything on it 3 months later! Was originally supposed to be a Christmas present well so much for that. I have sent numerous emails with no reply and have been on hold for hours just to talk to no one! The one time I did talk to someone I got put on hold only for the person to never come back. Be great if the customer service didn't SUCK!

I ordered a shirt from teechip. The Love purple rain campaign. Order # [protected]. The shirt should have said " I only want to see you laughing in the purple rain." Instead it said " I ony want to see you laughing." The word only was misspelled. Completely unacceptable. You should spell check your merchandise before printing and definitely before shipping. The shirt was also too small. I would either like a reprint properly spelled and 2 sizes larger or a refund.

I ordered a lest we forget coffee mug for my dads 93rd birthday which was the 5th may. I have still not recieived this item though was told the delivery would be by end of april. cannot contact this site no matter how I try, email, phone... they seem not to even exist... they either tell me it is not a valid order number which is rl-[protected]... or my email address does not match the order. I will be contacting consumer affairs, dept of fair trading and current affairs regarding this low life # business.!

My customer ordered T-shirts and paid for it. The order was shipped on Dec 14 and arrived at destination on Dec 19. Shipping label was incomplete, only New York, NY 10003 with the rest of the address (name, street number and street, suite number, etc) missing. According to USPS tracking info, the shipment was deemed undeliverable and returned. It arrived in 46226 Indianapolis on Dec 27. I immediately filed a claim with TeeChip and contacted seller support via email but never heard back. I tried to contact TeeChip via phone but could not reach an agent at seller support.
I would advise not to do business with TeeChip.
I have the same problem, only my address wasn't on the mailing label. The USPS sent it back to Indianapolis, Indiana. So much for that Christmas gift
sweatshirt - very wrong size, yet no refund or exchange offered
I ordered and received a sweatshirt that was purported to be a medium, but is indeed too small for me before washing, and I am not a big guy at all (5`9", 172 lbs). They refuse to take it back or exchange it. Warning to all.
The order was placed on 7 november. (Order:[protected]) and was received on 19 november. I contacted them on 19 november by email and told them of the problem. I first heard from them on 3 december that they had to forward the complaint somewhere, and that I would hear from them again. On december 8th, I wrote again and asked about the status. On 22 december, I received a very vague email telling me to photograph the product, measure some things, but at the same time it said that they would not exchange for size issues.
In the meantime I have found hundreds of complaints on the internet about the lack of credibility of this company.
If you want to help all of the other potential dupes out there, please pass this message on.

Dealing with teechip has been hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I ordered a shirt on 11/24/16 and never received any correspondence from them. No order confirmation, number, email, nothing. They had no problem taking my money right out of my bank account the next day though. Still with no order confirmation. I waited over a week and decided to contact their "customer service department". What a joke that was. I could not email the dept due to never receiving an order id and when I tried to use my email and zip code instead, it said that the order was not found. Then I tried to call their "customer service dept" several times and could not get any where due to having no order id so I pressed "0" to speak with someone. Every time I was told to hold for a rep, I was then disconnected. I then emailed and called their "seller support" department to try and reach someone with no luck or response to my email or voice mail. I then messaged the company on their facebook page twice with zero response. Their facebook page literally says "usually responds within an hour" on their main wall. Then out of the blue I get an email from them three weeks later saying they've shipped my order. This was the first time I received any type of contact from them. Seriously? I had already filed a dispute with my bank who agreed with me and deposited the money back into my account the next day after I contacted them. I have also filed a complaint with the bbb with whom teechip have an "f" with a 100% negative experience rating. I know I am not alone here when I say they are shady and should be investigated for fraud. Go look at teechip's facebook page. You can read the hundreds of comments from customers, including myself, asking where their orders are and why the company will not respond to any of their attempts to contact them. Also, if you google the company name, everything that comes up is how they are frauds, thieves, and warnings to never do business with them.
I also read a comment of someone who worked for them on one of their facebook photos. He confirmed that this company is fraudulent and that whoever is running that mess, actually tells their employees to do illegal, shady things. It was also confirmed that the company steals other companies artwork and pawn it off as their own designs. Teechip needs to be investigated and have criminal charges filed against them. Do not order from this company
Now their website will not let me email them or file a claim. There isn't a way to return my order on their website. OMG!

I never got my item & I tried to cancel it from the beginning & I can't get any response from them over the phone or via email. Contacted PayPal to get my refund since I got no response from anyone. I never got an order # or anything or any emaila about my order except a confirmation saying that I received my item, which I did not. I will never order anything from TeeChip EVER again.

Ordered a mug (I may be in Portugal but on Sundays my heart is in New England), order # [protected] on November 12 2016 to send to my brother.
It shipped Nov 22 to Portugal, according to DHL it arrived in Portugal on December 7th but it has not been delivered yet and DHL doesn't provide anymore tracking information.
Have been trying to call and email TeeChip about but no one ever answers.
The [protected] drops overtime after 1 ring, the seller # [protected] transfer to an automated voicemail, the "contact us via email" doesn't allow you to write an email, just enter my email address and order # and the # [protected] puts me on hold forever and no one ever answers...
Just trying to know what's going on with my order. If it's not delivered in the next few days, I want my money back

Where the he'll is the other one I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and if I would have been smart I would have read up on you before I ordered any damn thing from this company. Guess I was lucky to receive the one that I got. This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau so something can be done about it.

Did not receive entire order! In the middle of november, i ordered two black friends coffee mugs, one for my best friend and one for me. I was charged around $45, can't remember, but i ordered two. I just got my package today, filmed an unboxing, and only received one -_- so yes i have proof that you can't do something as simple as get someone's order right. And i can't get a hold of anyone, ever! I've been calling this company since the day after i ordered from them. Had i known this company had terrible customer service i would have never ordered from them, believe me. I've been on hold with them going on a half hour now!
