Complaint against Home Depot's appliance installer Temco Logistics
This is the worst experience I have ever had and I will NEVER purchase any appliance ever again from Home Depot. When I arrived at my rental house, I asked the driver if he can wait just 5 minutes for my tenant to arrive and he said that he has other jobs that he needs to go to and refused to install the stove unless I open the door to let him in. I reluctantly let them in without my tenant's presence. He started to install the stove without asking me to inspect it and I then told him to wait until I inspect the stove for damages. He said again that he has other jobs to go to and didn't have time but I inspected the stove anyway. As I inspected the back of the stove, the second worker said there's no damage on the back and if there were any, no one would notice it anyway. As I argued, the worker refused to install the stove. That's fine with me. The worker was in a haste and careless in installing the stove and I didn't want to risk him damaging the stove anyway.
I cancelled with Home Depot and purchased the same stove at LOWE'S and the difference was like night and day. They were careful and patient and immediately asked me to inspect the stove for damages, if fact, they inspected the stove as well. As I made my complaint with Home Depot, the Home Depot rep said Temco is a 3rd party vendor and they're trying to get rid of them and use their own employees. For their sake, Home Depot needs to do this ASAP, otherwise, they will continue to lose more customers. Read the other 1 star reviews of customers who say the workers try to find any excuse to NOT install the appliance. The comments are TRUE. Don't have appliances installed through Home Depot until they get rid of Temco!
Recommendation: Avoid purchasing Home Depot appliances due to rude and careless Temco Logistics appliance installers.
Hello, we ordered a fridge from Home Depot and paid for our fridge to be delivered and for our old fridge to be picked up by Temco
Hello, we ordered a fridge from Home Depot and paid for our fridge to be delivered and for our old fridge to be picked up by Temco.
This was the second attempt with Temco to remove and replace the fridge we purchased about a month ago. They first stated they could not install due to not being able to disconnect water valve which may cause a leak. We hired a plumber to fix the issue the next day. When the manager stated they would come out in two days.
Second attempt now two weeks later. Temco workers came two weeks later after several calls (over 5 attempts )to speak to a manger who denied an override to expedite delivery services. After being told by Diane the manager that they would come within two days. Customer service gave us the run around and stated no supervisors or managers were available . On second attempt delivery drivers came and said they did not want to take out or replace our new fridge. Due to a narrow hallway when the LG we bought years ago is bigger than the Samsung refrigerator we recently purchased. They would not even bother moving the fridge we paid them to remove-( stating that is not their protocol) Which is fradulent! We had to hire movers to move both items which were done in less than an hr. While Temco has stole our money and did nothing to help with the issue. But basically stole our money. Do not use this company or delivery service from Home Depot. Horrible service! Fraudulent ! They did not even call us to resolve the issue meanwhile it has been over 4 weeks and they are still giving us the run around.

Ordered a Refrigerator, washer and dryer for our son as a housewarming gift on 11/26, were told it would be delivered on 12/10 and we gave specific instructions noting that it was to be delivered to a brand new housing development and provided the logistic information. The delivery team didn't try to deliver the items and did not call. We called to find out what happened and they said they could not fund the address, so we rescheduled to the 19th, they didn't put it in their system correctly so they rescheduled to 12/23. On 12/23 they delivered the items to my son's garage but said they couldn't install them since it was a one person team and they needed two people to carry the items up the stairs and install them. He was then told they would be back on 12/26 to install the items, when we called to confirm, they said that they didn't have that on the schedule so pushed it to Jan 2,2022. On Jan 2 no one showed up and we were unable to get through to anyone. As of today, they still do not know what they are doing and how they are going to fix this. This company is totally incompetent and Home Depot should not be connected to them, if they don't want their reputation to be harmed. Temco needs to get their act together and deliver/install items as promised.
worst delivery co. ever. after arranging my morning to have all appliances delivered to my parent's house and after paying a tech. for insulation to make sure all appliances are good to go...(at 11 am) 4 hours AFTER the scheduled delivery window (7 to 11) on the same day (and after me calling them for any updates) they did not even bother to let me know that, they canceled it, and THEY reschedule it for the following day. the customer reps. are very rude and unprofessional they are trained NOT to transfer calls to any supervisor, kept giving me the roundabout, and NO supervisor called me back,, my advice: DO NOT use this company Extremely frustrating experience with this company, TEMCO is held responsible for my time and in paying the elec. twice, because of their ignorance.
Bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot delivery date was for Jan. XX XXXX, nobody showed up and after a few calls to Home Depot and temco nobody had any answers. Later on in the evening Jacob from Temco called to tell me a manager would call me but no call yet. Called Temco again and a rep. told me there were notes stating driver felt unsafe delivering but nobody called me to tell me that, after I waited all day at home for delivery. Now I have a date set for Jan. XX XXXX, I'll see what happens.
The worst business I've ever dealt with; they're so bad that they inspired me to make my first report to the ComplaintsBoard.com
The worst business I've ever dealt with; they're so bad that they inspired me to make my first report to the Complaintsboard.com. Our dishwasher that we ordered from Home Depot never arrived on the first scheduled delivery date, which was confirmed the day prior and even that morning when the delivery folks (Tempco) missed their 4-hour window. No calls to explain what happened or to reschedule. I had to call Home Depot myself to reschedule the delivery. I was also advised by Tempco customer service that a manager would be calling me. Never did. For the second scheduled delivery, the delivery guy arrived and on the phone. He told whoever was on the other line that he would "be there in 30 minutes." We thought that was strange given we had paid for installation and that time table didn't seem possible. He then got off the phone, looked at one of our pipes and said he couldn't install the dishwasher b/c we had a copper pipe. Then he claimed it was too corroded (even though it hardly was). My husband asked him to hang on a second so he could get his wife (me), and instead of waiting, he just bailed, leaving the new dishwasher in our garage without our permission. I called him on his cell, which I had b/c he called me before the delivery, and told him to return to pick up the item as we weren't accepting the delivery. I could literally see his truck half a block down. He then hung up on me and drove away. Amazing that Home Depot does business with these folks. The worst customer service and they don't even get the job done to boot. We cancelled our order and will never be doing business with Home Depot or Tempco Logistics again.
If I can rate this a zero star I would. I ordered a Samsung gas range two weeks ago that was prepared for a new tenant moving into my property. The window they gave me was Tuesday 4 to 8 pm with a 30 minutes notification when they would arrive. Tuesday comes, I arrive at the property 2 hours before their offices closed. No show and not a single call history on my phone. Called Home depot for assistance and the associate's response was he could not get a hold of anyone at Temco nor figure out who in Temco is actually doing the delivery. This is very frustrating and a waste of time. I hope Home Depot picks another company to make deliveries when Temco can't even notify the customer if there are any issues that comes up.
Temco Logistics investigator is not helpful. she is making it hard for the customer to get resolution to the problem incurred by their people. I bought a dish washer through Home Depot and made arrangements for it to be delivered. The delivery person came and and took out our old dishwasher before they will install the new one. After attempting to install, the guy found out the new dishwasher is defective so he ordered a new one, but I did not know the delivery guy touched the water valve connector and forgot to shut it down. After the guy left , I also left for Doctor's appointment and when I came back in the afternoon, I was surprised to see water on the kitchen floor. Because I have no idea how to fix it, I did not touch it and called Home Depot right away to send someone to fix the water connection, but took many hours before they sent a plumber and the kitchen cabinet flooring was soaked with water. So I started to filed a complaint as the water weakens my kitchen cabinet floor and I was referred to Sedgwick, HD's claim administrator and submitted the complaint and said that Tempo Logistics will call and send someone to fix it. But to my surprise, the lady investigator (as she described herself) was asking for too many evidences. Why not just send someone to my place and check the condition of our kitchen cabinet flooring or ask the delivery person about what happened or HD plumber...the investigator also said that they need the evidence to start the process. I feel like we are treated unfairly ..we are the victim of a mishap but they keep delaying the process. I do not deserved this. Until now there is no schedule when they are going to replace the dishwasher. My rating for Temco Logistics is below 1 star.
Temco installers damaged my floor and ceiling as a result of failing to turn off shut off valve for washer connection. Purchased washer and dryer from Home Depot to be installed by Temco. They installers removed old washer and dryer to install new. However, both were damaged and had to be returned. I the meantime Temco installers failed to ensure shut off water valve was completely turned off. I've filed a complaint with the company, and no one has responded.
Temco delivered and installed a Washer and Dryer we purchased from Home Depot. The installers ripped a large hole in our vinyl in the laundry room while installing. We didn't see it until the next morning. We called to file a claim that took them 54 days to decline. Aside from the rip in the vinyl, the installer hooked the cold/hot water up backwards (took us several loads to figure that out) and squished the vent behind the dryer so tight that it was pinched to the point the brand new dryer could dry in once cycle. We paid for the install yet we had to pull both units out and fix the issues ourselves. Misty, the rep we worked with at Temco was extremely rude and unpleasant to work with.
! HOME DEPOT & LOWES BUYERS BEWARE !
! HOME DEPOT & LOWES BUYERS BEWARE ! I purchased an LG dishwasher from HD in May with a TEMCO delivery for 29 May. Delivery team was on time but they damaged the drain hose upon installation which I did not know until I started getting an error code about a week later. Called Temco to report damage and they sent another team out to inspect. That team confirmed that the drain hose was damaged and because the hose comes attached from LG they could not repair so down I went the rabbit hole trying to resolve with the Temco monkeys. Call after call after call speaking to incompetent customer services reps, supervisors and managers; all promising to call me back with a resolution; never happened. Now 2.5 months later I gave up and went straight to HD where I purchased the unit. HD did the RIGHT thing, came by today to pick up the damaged unit and provided me a full refund. All HD personnel I spoke to said that due to all customer complaints they are ending their contract with Temco but that it may take a while. As an FYI, Temco manages HD & Lowes appliance inventories and deliveries, no exceptions. So if you can't pick-up your appliance directly from HD/Lowes storeroom the Temco monkeys will be delivering your appliance. And because they probably already know HD is about to dump them, they won't have a care in the world on the quality of service they provide you on delivery, installation and if necessary, problem resolution. As a Logistician myself I can say that this company should NOT be in business. I still need a Dishwasher so now have to go to either Best Buy or Howards since I heard they don't use Temco (I will verify just in case).
Extremely frustrating experience with this company as contracted delivery for Home Depot. I'm canceling the order and will no longer shop appliances at Home Depot. I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot in Seattle with a long morning delivery window. I received a call around 7:30 letting me know they would be arriving in 30 minutes, so I set down my phone and started to take all the items out of the refrigerator and freezer and put them in the garage in preparation for their arrival while the whole family was having breakfast prior to school. At one point I looked out the window and noticed a delivery truck leaving the house and shortly after received a call from Home Depot that the delivery driver was unable to deliver the refrigerator and waited for 15 minutes. The delivery driver didn't come to the door to notify me of their arrival or ring the doorbell; they just waited in their truck outside before leaving. I checked my phone and they did call me at 7:58am but I was busy taking all the items out of the refrigerator and had set my phone down. If they had simply knocked on the door one of 5 of us would have heard it and answered the door. It's ridiculous that the delivery driver was too lazy to walk to the door and knock or ring the doorbell. The customer service at Home Depot were unable to reach the delivery company and contact the driver to come back and deliver the appliance to us, and their customer service line said that they were closed even though it was within the hours of operation. I'm shocked that Home Depot continues to use these contractors to deliver their appliances. I will no longer shop at Home Depot for appliances again and recommend that you do not either.
I bought a dryer through Home Depot and made arrangements for it to be delivered on 10/29. I was told I would be contacted the day before and given a delivery window. I was also told I would be contacted 30 minutes before the delivery. Neither phone call happened. I was not home when I did get a phone call on 10/29. I was told the delivery person was at my home and would wait for 15 minutes before leaving. I could not meet that window. When I called Home Depot they told me that Temco Logistics was to make the delivery. I called Temco and was told basically I would need to make new arrangements. I wanted to speak to a manager and was told I would be contacted. I waited for a day and was never contacted. So I have no dryer and must wait another week for it to be delivered.
Temco Logistics I rate them a minus -100. I have all of the texts I have received, all of the phone records of when I called Temco. And now I need to collect all of the names of the reps I spoke to. The staff I've spoken too, which at this time has been 12 staff members. I was told, because I have already took time off of work 5 times when they dids not show, they promised to give me 30 minutes notice of their arrival. Not once did this happen. This is the 6th time they haven't shown up. I do not know how to rectify this situation as I have requested to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was told they can not connect me, they would leave a message for the manager/supervisor to call me back. This has been going on since 09/16. To date I have not received a call back. DO NOT LET HOME DEPOT GIVE YOU TEMCO AS INSTALLERS FOR YOUR ITEMS. You will be in for a barrel of deceit with no way to resolve. You'll be like me, having a $2,000.00 item sitting in the living room unable to be installed.
As so, so many have said, this is the most incompetent, unprofessional company I have ever seen! Shame on Home Depot for continuing to use their services. In doing so, it has only made Home Depot look like an incompetent and unprofessional company as well. One of the appliance managers at our local Home Depot told us that they know these driver/installers damage appliances on purpose if they don't want to do the job or don't know how to. How pathetic is that! They are aware of what is going on, but still continue to work with this horrible, disgusting company. We had a Temco employee tell us we had to remove some of our tile backsplash to make the new microwave fit. It was a lie, the installer just didn't want to do the job. I am shocked how disgusting this company is and these horrible people they find to work there. It's unbelievable! Temco needs to be shut down! Period!
I bought an LG washer and dryer through home depot on Feb XX XXXX, it was backordered and delivery for Tuesday March 30th
I bought an LG washer and dryer through home depot on Feb XX XXXX, it was backordered and delivery for Tuesday March 30th.
The 30th came and they said it was out for delivery between 12pm- 4pm, took the day off work so i can be there for delivery. Waited all day and no one showed or called, so i called Home depot and they apologized for the mistake it was pinged for the wrong address and they will try to make a delivery for Thursday April 1st 7am-11am. Once again took the day off work to be there for delivery.
11:30 am came around and once again a no show, called them said they attempted but couldn't find the address, gave them details on how to find the place and confirm the address and this point i was starting to get frustrated. So they told me they would try for Saturday April 3rd but no guarantees because that is local delivery only if no contact on friday it would be guaranteed delivery Tuesday April 6th between 8am-12pm.
Well as iam writing this it is currently April 6th and still no washer and dryer delivery. This is now the 3rd day i took the day off work for the delivery. He called at 8am to make the delivery by 8:15am and i missed the call by 1 minute, let me just say the voicemail he left was very hard to understand with alot of static and the phone number he said to call back was hard to hear. Finally got the right phone number to home depot at 8:18am and they said the driver had already tried and was to far away to turn around. He never attempted, i was outside waiting and never saw a truck.
They now want to make a delivery for the following Thursday. At this point i have called and yelled them to voice my complaint ive wasted days off work and still no delivery.
I recently remodeled my kitchen. So I decided to get a new dishwasher and a new refrigerator so I shopped around online and find out Home Depot had some good deals. So I ordered online and everything seemed to be ok. Until the delivery guys came . First they came earlier that expected so I have to run behind them to asked to please come back and second the main delivery guy and driver was very unprofessional with a big stinky attitude. His name was Dwayne and never let me explained to him what was a better way to bring in the appliances. Once inside he started again with his bad attitude and started to asked technical questions. I told him I wasn't a technician that he should know this. He got offended I guess, and decided to walk out and instructed his helper to put back the appliances back and drove away. I've got so frustrated and dissatisfied with this service. So I call HD and cancel my whole order. Advice don't buy from HD if they will keep using this temco delivery company. They're terrible .
Horrible, unethical, and unprofessional company! Home Depot can do and should do better! Temco Logistics was meant to deliver a dishwasher: First Attempt: Showed up 5 minutes before the 4-hour window was over. I told them I had to leave so they rescheduled Second Attempt: They were a no-show on the scheduled day and time. I had to call their customer service, and I was told the dishwasher was damaged so had to reschedule Third Attempt: They finally arrive but said the water valve connector was plastic and it has to be changed to metal so they couldn't install the new dishwasher. (We got a plumber to change it) Fourth Attempt: They show up and took pictures of my closed garage door and they claimed there was nobody at home without coming to the front door to ring the bell. (This was unbelievable and frustrating that their lazy drivers would lie and write false notes)
This is actually a 0 (zero) rating. Be aware - when ordering appliances from Home Depot, have them installed by someone other than their services. Temco showed a lack of respect for property, didn't clean-up the mess they made afterwards (we have pictures), and butchered/hacked the inside of our cabinets - just trying to install a microwave oven we ordered through Home Depot. Plus, not all new parts were used. In order to secure the microwave, they had to drill new holes. Fine, but they kept missing the mark. They were using a spade/paddle bit which kept slipping. They should have used a center punch and taped both sides so that there wouldn't be any slipping and splintering. There are now multiple holes in our cabinet, with one that is huge - we have pictures of that too. Based on what we read, we went straight back to HD - not going to deal with Temco - and may not order appliances for delivery ever again.
I would give Temco a lower rating if it was available. Our delivery window began at 11:00 am, the driver called at 10:15 am to say that he would arrive in 30 min. He never showed up. We called him on his cell phone 5 times throughout the day and he never answered. We gave up our Saturday, waiting for the delivery. The dispatcher tried to reach a supervisor and they did not answer either. Come to find out he also did not arrive at the delivery after us. The driver lied on his paperwork and said that he came to our house and we were not home. He then lied again by saying that he took a picture of our house and we were not home. My husband was doing yard work all day and we have 2 ring cameras that showed that the truck never came. Also, the old washer and dryer were sitting in the driveway all day. Temco would not send us the picture that they took, which was most likely a google earth download. I was told by delivery support that we would receive compensation for their error and to call when my appliances were finally delivered. My husband had to take a day off to wait again for the re-scheduled delivery. Temco refused to compensate us after saying they would. I am surprised that Home Depot uses such a dishonest company when servicing their customers. Dishonest and unethical company.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! This was the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a third party delivery company. A team of three installers came to my house to install a dishwasher. All of a sudden two left leaving one guy who's English was limited, to say the least. When I asked where they had gone he said, "go deliver three house." ? Now his broken English would not have been a problem if he hadn't encountered difficulties installing the dishwasher. All he could communicate to me was, "too big, see this little (pointing at my old dishwasher), this big." Are you kidding me! I asked if I should return it he did not understand me. Together, my husband the installer, and I carefully pulled it out and tried again and guess what it fits. And guess what, it fit, amazing. Meanwhile, the rest of the posey should up. One guy took away my old dishwasher. Leaving behind a huge puddle on my wood floor and under my china cabinet. Taking six bath towels to soak up the water. Mind you I have tile floor everywhere from my kitchen to the front door. But, this guy takes the old appliance through the dining room. When I freak out on the guy for spilling water and yes, I freaked out. He let me know that happens all of the time and that it's my fault because I did not empty the dishwasher of all water. Huh? He informed me the company only does disconnecting, connecting, and haul away not emptying. I called the company to complain but the man who answered the phone who claimed to be a supervisor said it was my fault and it was common sense to empty the reservoir. I told him I did not even know where the reservoir was and he explained he did because he works with appliances. The thing that makes me so mad is the fact that the guy could of cared less about making a mess. He was all about blaming me.
I have been doing business with this company through Wayfair and Home Depot since January 10
I have been doing business with this company through Wayfair and Home Depot since January 10. It took 5 different washers and dryers before I received one that actually works properly and that one was received at the end of May. I had also purchased ranges during the same time period and I am still trying to get one that is not dented or have other things wrong. The final straw began yesterday when they were to deliver the next range between X:XX-XX:XXpm and at 1:15pm I called since it had not arrived. The guy told me it was never put on the truck because it came after 7:30am when they load but I had received a message the day before stating it was coming. I called GE to complain and while on the phone Temco representative called and told me it would be delivered today, 7/15/XX X:XX-XX:XXpm, so at 1:30pm I called and they did not put it on the trust AGAIN. I hung up the phone and spoke with a manager at Home Depot and waiting for them to contact Temco. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are totally unprofessional, they do not check the products BEFORE they send the drivers out, I do not understand why they think people will accept damaged goods all the time, unbelievable! They should not be in business. No one should have to deal with something like this for such a long period of time. They expect you to just wait at home for them for 4 hours and do not have the courtesy to call and say anything so you are not wasting your time, totally unprofessional! Unfortunately, this is the only delivery company that Home Depot is working with but I am going to send them an letter also. I know I am not the only person this is happening to and I hope if enough people complain they will get a different and hopefully a better company to service their customers! If I would give them -0- stars, I would.
I was scheduled a delivery between 8:00am-12:00pm on November 18
I was scheduled a delivery between 8:00am-12:00pm on November 18. I kept checking the status on the website and the entire time it keeps saying 7 deliveries ahead. After continuing to check and calling at around 11am, an hour before my delivery window closing, they said they could get a hold of the delivery team and they weren't sure why it was not updated on the website. Finally when the window closed at 12pm it was updated to "6 deliveries ahead of you." At that point I called again since the delivery window had closed. Again, I was placed on hold after waiting 20+ minutes only for them to tell me they weren't sure what happened and placed me on hold again. To make matters worse, they again said they weren't sure what happened but they couldn't get hold of the delivery team and that at that point all they could do is reschedule my delivery for a week out! Mind you, it was not the first time it was rescheduled! The original delivery was supposed to be on October 3rd! (More than a month before their dialed 2nd attempt on November 18. I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone in delivery day trying to get answers and just get my refrigerator delivered but they were not helpful and gave me the run around. I had no choice but to reschedule since they clearly weren't going to honor the delivery day. I had to make arrangements again and once again the website is not being updated on today's delivery and I'm on hold with someone from Temco Logistics and continue to hold after going on 18 minutes. At this point I may have to cancel my refrigerator order all together. What good does a new refrigerator do me if it's sitting in some warehouse getting damaged. It's been over 60 days that I ordered my refrigerator and with the delivery delays I'm over it. Absolutely ridiculous and never got a call back from a supervisor. I highly recommend you DONT USE TEMCO LOGISTICS! I will also be escalating with The Home Depot as they are using a delivery service that's useless.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
We ordered a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven from Home Depot and they were delivered by Temco Logistics
We ordered a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven from Home Depot and they were delivered by Temco Logistics. All units were delivered at once, but during the first delivery, the delivery crew dropped the fridge door scratching the stainless steel and making it so the door water system couldn't be set up. They told their Temco team what happened and left the fridge as a lender fridge until a new one could be replaced. We waited an additional month for the new fridge to come, and when it came today, that unit came dented. After waiting for an entirely new unit for an additional month+, we were forced to accept just a new fridge door, which we could have accepted the week after the first delivery. The reason I wanted an entirely new unit is because I wanted to ensure that since I paid to purchase a whole, correct unit, that it came correct the first time and would therefore likely last longer. I am so disappointed with Temco Logistics. Additionally, when Temco arrived the first time to install all kitchen units, including the dishwasher, they notified me upon arrival that they would not be able to install our dishwasher because we have plastic water shutoffs under our sink for the dishwasher, and they would only install if the shutoff valves were metal or copper, causing us to call an emergency plumber on the weekend and pay an additional $280 to have a metal shutoff installed so we could have our dishwasher installed. They told us this was their company policy, but that information was not included anywhere on Home Depot's install info. When the plumber completed their install, while Temco installed the dishwasher, the installers bumped the sink pipe under the sink breaking a pipe attachment. They said they did not have a piece to replace it, so it was up to us to replace the piece ourselves. So disappointing! This process has been nothing but frustrating! Overall, I do not plan to order appliances from Home Depot in the future if they continue to use Temco Logistics. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This is what I know: Home Depot contracts Temco Logistics for customer home deliveries
This is what I know: Home Depot contracts Temco Logistics for customer home deliveries. On July 1st, purchased a dishwasher and a refrigerator from home depot. Home Depot scheduled the delivery for July 20th. On July 19th, I received a call that my delivery was rescheduled for another week due to an "overload" at their distribution center. The agent explained that an overload is not a backorder, but rather a situation where the merchandise is sitting in the warehouse in their Pomona location, but they do not have enough workers reporting to work to deliver the items. On the day that the delivery was due, a crew showed up to pick up our old refrigerator. They said the new refrigerator was scheduled for delivery later in the day. The new refrigerator did not arrive. When I called Temco, an agent stated that we had received the new refrigerator and dishwasher. I shared with them that the delivery documentation we signed off on was only for a pickup. I provided a copy of the paperwork for their review and it clearly stated that it was only for a pickup and not delivery. What happened next was a surprise. The agent I spoke to stated that Temco did not have my items in their warehouse. They stated that I would have to contact the manufacturer and resolve the issue. I decided to go to Home Depot on 19th in Upland, CA, and see if they could help me. A sales agent named Cowboy did a great job of contacting the manufacturer and getting a credit issued on our credit card. Unfortunately, we had to pay the card off before we received the credit. So now we do not have access to the funds we used to pay for the refrigerator and the dishwasher ($4000). The good news is we went to Best Buy and purchase the same items, for less, and had them delivered in three days. Conclusion: Do not purchase home appliances from Home Depot if they are being delivered by Temco. If you look at all the comments that have been posted by other customers regarding Home Depot's ability to deliver through Temco, you will have a better idea why I am giving this advice.
This company inspired me to write my first ComplaintsBoard.com review
This company inspired me to write my first Complaintsboard.com review. They crossed the line and people should know. We ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and Temco was responsible for delivery and installation. 1st attempt: they did not knock or ring the doorbell. They just left a note saying that they missed us, which is a bunch of bs because our whole entire house was home and waiting for the delivery. 2nd attempt: they could not install because we did not have a stacking kit. I then ordered one and rescheduled for them to come back. 3rd attempt: we received the stacking kit, but now they said that the stacking installation was not in the work order so they can't install. I called Home Depot and they said that the issue has been resolved and that they will install on the next delivery. 4th attempt: they still refused to install because apparently the stacking installation is still not in the work order. I called Home Depot and they said that the stacking kit is indeed on the work order. I had Home Depot send me a copy and it does include the stacking installation so I don't know why Temco does not have it on theirs. 5th attempt: I've lost confidence up to this point, but hey Home Depot said that there shouldn't be an issue this time around. The delivery guy arrives and guess what, he still refused to install because the stacking installation is not in their work order. Unbelievable. I knew that this would never get installed by this company so I requested for them to just leave the new washer and dryer with me and I would just hire someone else to install. When they unboxed the units, both the washer and dryer were damaged. There were huge dents on the side of both units as if someone kicked it in. This is completely unacceptable. I told them I'm not taking these damaged so I had them take the units back with them. We did not want to order a replacement from them so are cancelomg our order with Home Depot and are trying our luck with Lowe's. This processed dragged out almost 7 weeks and was a waste of our time. I would not recommend others ordering from Home Depot if it requires delivery and installation from Temco.
The worst experience with Home Depot, ever!
The worst experience with Home Depot, ever! Ordered Dishwasher on Nov 26'20. Delivery delayed due to COVID until Jan 9'21 (understand, no issues). For context, HD subcontracts delivery, installation and demo (DID) to 3rd-party company called Temco Logistics.
1. Get call from automated system saying delivered delayed and pushed until Jan 16 (ok, understand).
2. Get call from Temco Logistics on Jan 15 confirming DID for next day, Sat Jan 16. The morning of Jan 16, Temco calls saying they can't make it. Delivered to be rescheduled until Jan 24. Reason - "driver fell sick. Sorry."
3. On day of new delivery Jan 24, driver calls, schedules delivery, but misses 4 hour-window. We were home so ok, whatever but over 6 hours late, making us wait. Delivery truck shows up with broken Dishwasher! Brings it out of his truck, looks at it and says, 'we should have checked before loading. Says not my job, guys at the Warehouse messed up." Takes it back. New delivery scheduled for Feb 6th.
4. A 4-hour window established the night before, same drill by Temco Logistics. Driver calls in the morning and confirms - says he's on his way and will be there in 30 mins. After 2 hours of wait beyond scheduled time, someone else calls sayings driver had flat-tyre and can't make it. Sorry. Delivery rescheduled for Sat Feb 13.
5. Day of Sat Feb 13: Guys show up finally but do a terrible job. First, they say: my work order only had delivery (not installation, demo and overhauling old D/W). When I show them a printout of my order, they say "not my job" - it doesn't say it on his work order. I called Temco Logistics immediately and sort it out. They agree and start rushing, leading to forgetting to install the insulation that came with the D/W and spread water all over my floor. When I bring this to their attention, say "not my job." By now I'm frustrated to request them to at least finish doing the basic installation. They agree but refuse to do a demo and clean the mess left behind.
6. I call HD informed them about my experience. Rep apologies on the phone and promised to send a different vendor to fix the installation error and perform demo. Appointment schedule for Sat Feb 20. As feared, get a call from Temco saying we'll be there on Fri Feb 19. I clarify the date and they agree for Sat Feb 20 but say their work-order only shows "install repair, no demo." Ask me to call HD.
The ordeal hasn't ended...
HOME DEPOT DISHWASHER NON-DELIVERY FROM TEMCO LOGISTICS May 1: delivery rescheduled to May 7 due to an "emergency" with the driver May 7:
HOME DEPOT DISHWASHER NON-DELIVERY FROM TEMCO LOGISTICS
May 1: delivery rescheduled to May 7 due to an "emergency" with the driver
May 7: delivery not fulfilled. Drivers, who didn't speak much English, took out the bottom plate on the old washer and said it is bolted to the floor and they cannot remove it.
They were asked to wait until my tenants contacted me, but left and took the dishwasher after being asked to leave it. Their paperwork at the office showed they had done a "drop off" only. First lie.
I spent 2 full hours on the phone trying to reach the delivery company to tell them to return the washer to the condo. The first time I got through, I was told they couldn't get ahold of the deliverers and would call me back. After not hearing back, I called again. Tried 8 times to call back, but their automated answer says their phone isn't set up for voicemail. I also texted.
I finally got ahold of a live person, and after being put on hold for long time twice, and being told they dropped it off and left it, which wasn't true, she finally talked to the men who said they had the washer. She first said they had left it, that the paperwork said it's drop off only, not true, then said they couldn't install it because it's bolted to the floor. I asked for them to return to the condo and leave the dishwasher there, but she said they couldn't do that now.
New delivery time is not for another week!
May 13: I hired someone to remove the old dishwasher, which was done Thursday, the night prior to delivery.
May 14: They were supposed to arrive between 1:30 and 5:30, but no call from them and they didn't show...My tenants waited until 6pm. When I called the following day, I was told the paperwork says they showed but site wasn't ready, which was a lie.
She said this would be reported to management.
May 21: No deliverycalled at 8am saying the machine had been damaged and couldn't be delivered. New one won't be available until July.
Tried calling HD many times to cancel the order, then disputed the charge on my cc.
May 22: Called Temco Logistics, explained the latest, and suggested she have someone check the actual dishwasherI think they're lying about it being damaged and their drivers are untrustworthy. She told me she would report this to management.
I have now purchased a dishwasher from another company and disputed the Home Depot charge with my credit card company.
May 23: I used live chat on Home Depot's website to cancel my order. Nothing has happened yet today, so we will see if I actually get my refund.
I told the woman I would be reporting the last 3-week nightmare to Complaintsboard.com, but I don't think she was concerned. After reading some other reviews, I can see why. Nothing changesHome Depot continues to use them, regardless.

Temco Logistics a contracted delivery service of THE HOME DEPOT
Temco Logistics a contracted delivery service of THE HOME DEPOT. I hold Home Depot just as responsible for the $15,000 of damages that occurred to my home and property on Jan 12th 2021. I ordered a new dishwasher and range from the Home Depot and my items were delivered by Temco Logistics. On January 12th, My adult children and I were sitting in the living room visiting, waiting for the delivery truck to arrive as scheduled. All of a sudden the house began to shake, there were crashes like an earthquake. I was saying what is that?! looked outside to see the Temco Delivery truck backing into our Cable/Power lines! My son ran outside to get the driver to stop (they were oblivious and would have kept going!) We realized our power pole was snapped in two- roof, ripped apart and later discovered chimney cracked! Portland General Electric (PGE) advised me to turn off the power because it was the lines holding up the pole. Temco acting very un-alarmed by the situation. The Home Depot didn't have a clue how to handle the negligence of the trucking company THEY hired!
PGE sent out 7 guys and 3 trucks to repair the pole and lines. This bill was $8000! I had a roofer come and give me an estimate to repair the roof $2000! and at that time the roofer noticed my cracked chimney. I had a Mason come out to do an estimate for the Chimney $5000 to repair! The Home Depot told me it was "out of their hands" since it was the delivery company that made the mistake. I spent WEEKS trying to get Temco to give me answers. PGE also had a part to play in thwarting my home repairs because instead of billing The Home Depot or Temco Logistics they sent the bill to our Local Cable Company! This has been a huge problem for me to resolve on my 2 days off per week. Every Tuesday and Wednesday for the last few months I have spent trying to get answers, trying to get re-imbursement! I paid for the roof damage out of pocket since I did not want the attic exposed to the elements and pests. My local Home Depot was absolutely NO HELP and referred me to the generic 1800# they give to everyone else! After months of phoning and e-mailing Temco Logistics (the person assigned to our case was unfriendly at best! She did not answer any questions directly and waited 1-2 weeks to respond- I'm not even sure she read the emails or listened to the messages I left, since there was no legitimate answers to my questions). Finally, I heard from The insurance company representing Temco. I have not received resolution (today is April 6th) but they did send out an adjuster Saturday to review damages to our chimney. I expect full payment so we can finally get our chimney repaired. Our woodstove is our ONLY source of heat! I WILL NEVER BUY ANY APPLIANCES from The Home Depot AGAIN! this was entirely a waste of my time and energy. The Home depot absolutely does not value their customers or customer service. and Temco Logistics is not a trustworthy delivery company.
Our Washer that we bought online from Home Depot should have been delivered on Apr 2nd by this company
Our Washer that we bought online from Home Depot should have been delivered on Apr 2nd by this company. We paid Home Depot the extra fee for the hauling away of our old washer as well as the installation of the new washer. Our order also reflected the information that there were stairs involved in the delivery because our laundry room was on the second floor. Delivery Appointment process and Personnel at Temco Hayward Office we talked to that confirmed the deliver date were all very courteous. No problem there. The first of the many issues was on the actual delivery date. Their two-person delivery team arrived on time but did not unload and deliver our washer. They said that because we we did not have a Washing Machine Draining Pan installed, they couldn't haul away the old washer and install the new one. This was news to us since we weren't advised by their delivery team in advance about this. We would not have known what we didn't know. They (delivery team) advised us to purchase one and they'd install it when they come back for the re-delivery. We said not a problem. Husband ordered the Draining Pan as soon as they left that day and it arrived on Sunday, Apr 4th. When we called Temco Hayward to schedule the re-delivery date, we were given today, April 13th. So today came, a different two-person delivery team this time. However, we are still without the new washer. The second of the two issues was the fact that they said we didn't have a Draining Pan when it was literally leaning against the wall adjacent to our existing washer that's been waiting to be hauled away. We also told them what we were told by the previous delivery team about the pan being installed by them if we had them on hand. However, this new team were adamant in saying that they did not install these things. One of them called their office to talk to him and my husband. Personnel on the phone didn't appear to know their actual policies so she couldn't properly articulate what needed to be articulated. There were lots of back and forth. In the end, we were asked to sign a document assuming the risk for what ever leakage that would result from the hauling away of the old washer and the delivery and installation of the new one. My husband would have signed this document but they left our premises without letting us know whether they'd come back or why they left in the first place. So husband called Temco Hayward to ask what happened and to request for the delivery to come back but he was told there's no way for them to come back and that the delivery had to be rescheduled again. He was also told that they'd escalated this to their management for resolution and that we'd receive a call from them. It's been a little over four hours now and still no phone call. As I had mentioned in the beginning of this paragraph, we are still without a new washer and our old washer is still waiting to be hauled away. Meanwhile, as husband was on a call with them, I reached out to Home Depot to seek resolution for this incredibly frustrating logistical nightmare of a delivery experience. Home Depot representative I talked to tried her best to help but only met with pretty much the same response. She was also told by the Temco personnel she talked to that there was no drain pan on hand which was untrue. I offered to take a photo of it and send to her and to Temco to challenge Temco's claim but she said it wasn't necessary. She understood that today's delivery team basically lied to their employer because they just refused to install the pan themselves. I requested for another delivery company to redeliver our washer but, unfortunately, Temco is the only service in the area. I asked them to make sure that the delivery team to re-deliver (for the THIRD TIME) will NOT be the same team that came and left today without notice. As a company, I do not doubt Temco Logistics is good. However, it's hard to wrap one's head around an "A+ Rating" when met with evidently awful customer service experiences. Temco, kindly train your employees to be well versed in your policies and for your delivery team members to how to represent you well while out in the field delivery to customers. As for Home Depot, I sincerely hope you take into serious consideration your contract / partnership with this company given their awful customer service experience. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. There are many other logistics and delivery services company that probably want your business and could evidently service your customers a lot better and with more respect than this one.

Greetings Complaintsboard.com, the purpose of this complaint is to advise you of the frustrations my wife and I have experienced with the continued lack of service from Temco Logistics and delivery issues with our GE appliances. I apologize in advance for this lengthy correspondence, but it is important that we bring attention to concerns with Temco and their staff. Below, are a couple of the main issues we have experienced; however, there are other service related problems that we've documented and dated, should you choose to discuss them with us at later time. Temco has been the assigned delivery service for our appliances we purchased through the GE Stores on February 23, and with the delivery of each appliance we have experienced damages or no delivery, when it was scheduled for delivery through GE. Our first experience was the scheduled delivery of our GE dishwasher on 8/27, it was never delivered. After contacting GE our dishwasher was re-scheduled for delivery on 9/3, and again on 9/7, but it was never delivered by Temco. When we didn't receive the dishwasher on 8/27 we contacted the Temco call center. We were told it was being delivered by their Carson Warehouse and should've been delivered. We then called the *** Warehouse directly, and were told the dishwasher didn't make it on the delivery truck for the day, we were then told it was lost in the warehouse and an internal warehouse search would need to be completed to find it, it never was found. An alternate dishwasher was delivered to us September 27. On September 7 a severely damaged refrigerator was delivered to us by Temco. We were told by the *** warehouse manager the damage was caused by his forklift operator. We have since attempted to contact Temco staff via telephone, email and a customer contact form, but have received no resolution to our replacement refrigerator. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Respectfully

11/17/22 Amount paid to company: 316$ For: Drop off haul away and install of appliances. -This was a 3rd party contracted by home depot -This company could not complete the job and customer advised to contact Home Depot. Complaint/Dispute Employee treatment of customer: Employee belittled me and made me feel like an *** for not being aware that this company couldn't install appliances. I asked who to contact about having them installed and what my next steps should be and he yelled at me. Told me if I had anything else to say about it he would leave with my appliances. After this I asked to speak with his boss who advised me to uninstall this appliances myself and they could take the old ones. I tried to do this ask quickly as possible. During this time the employee brought and 1 of the 3 appliances ordered and tried to leave with the other 2 still on the truck. I had to speak with his boss again to get him at least leave the appliances at my house. He refused to wait for me to disconnect the other 2 that he was supposed to be hauling away. He then laughed at me on his way out while I was trying to figure out how to disconnect the gas line and water for the dishwasher. Stating and I quote "yeah you can just put those outside when your done maybe someone will get them for you" I'm 5'5 weigh all of 145lbs and don't have the physical strength to move this stuff alone without equipment or people to help me.
We order a dishwasher from home depot on October 14th. We paid extra to have it delivered within the week. It is now 11.23.22 and the delivery company (Temco) is still giving us the run around. Excuses, lies, and non answers. Never do business with these idiots.
This has been a true nightmare and this company hides behind Home Depot customer service. But this was not Home Depots fault, this is all Temco. I purchased a new washing machine on homedepot.com with install over a week ago. I schedule the next available delivery which was 11-23-22. I received a email with a window between 12 pm and 4 pm. I schedule my busy work day to be at the house waiting I got a call from the driver at 1 pm saying he was 10 minutes away... 4 pm I call him back no answer 4:15 pm I get a email saying sorry that we missed you, our driver is at your house but nobody was home. This is a lie, I was there at the front of my house waiting for 4 hours. When I call back to home depot they remark that it is strange that the driver did not take any pictures of a delivery tag like they are suppose too. Home depot reschedules for 11-25 delivery. Temco does not show up. After waiting an hour on hold I am told by Home Depot that Temco does not do next day deliveries so now I have to wait until Monday 11-28. I would like to point out that my machine is on their truck on the 11-23 and that Saturday 11-26 is three days after, NOT NEXT DAY! Temco driver lied and this company has no reason to make up for it because they are hidden from the customers. The home depot customer service lady said I was not suppose to know who TEMCO is but she let it slip. SO I want the public to know who these people are and what kind of shady business they are running. As a construction professional I take pride in my customer service. Customer loyalty is build when problems happen and good businesses go above and beyond to correct the issue. TEMPCO is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS
If I could give negative 10,000 stars as a review I would! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER from this company of Temco Logistics, that Home Depot farms their delivery service out to! TERRIBLE customer service from both Home Depot big box store AND was NOT informed that they contract out their appliance delivery! I have waited over 6 WEEKS to get my refrigerator. They missed the first scheduled day, then they brought a damaged NEW unit 2 weeks ago so could not install it. This is my THIRD attempt wasting my entire day waiting for these clowns! THIRD time emptying out my refrigerator/freezer, and I did not even get to pick my delivery day or window! I missed my son's State Competition today because I had to wait for my delivery from "9:30am to 1:30pm", so was going to it after my delivery, and that I "would get a call from Temco when they are 30 minutes away". It is now 4:04pm, no call, and am on hold AGAIN with Home Depot big box store for almost an hour trying to get some answers. DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT big box home improvement retailer because you will be beyond frustrated while they could care less! NEVER going to Home Depot again and filing a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com because both of these companies bait and switch and still don't have my appliance!
I DONT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS ALLOWED TO STILL BE IN BUSINESS WITH THE HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS
I DONT KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS ALLOWED TO STILL BE IN BUSINESS WITH THE HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS. I PURCHASED MY APPLIANCES THRU Home Depot SINCE FEBRUARY 2022 AND DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED UNTIL MAY 7 2022 JUST FOR TEMCO DELIVERY DRIVERS TO WALK IN MY HOUSE AND IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME THAT HE COULD NOT DELIVER MY APPLIANCES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REMOVE THE APPLIANCE THAT WERE ALREADY INSTALLED, EVEN IF I HAD ALREADY PAID Home Depot FOR THE SERVICE. HE HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, LAZY WORKERS JUST NOT WANTING TO DO WHAT THEY ARE PAID FOR. HE JUST WANTED TO UNLOAD THE APPLIANCES AND LEAVE THEM IN MY LIVING ROOM AND RESCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION, WE DID NOT AGREE AND TOLD HIM TO TAKE THE APPLIANCES BACK AND WE WOULD GO TO Home Depot TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR, THE SUPERVISOR AT Home Depot SAID THAT WE HAD PAID TO GET THE APPLIANCES INSTALLED AND THEY SHOULD HAVE REMOVED MY APPLIANCES. THE WORKER AT Home Depot RESCHEDULED FOR MAY 14 TO GET OUR APPLIANCES DELIVERED. ON MAY 14 ANOTHER LAZY RUDE WORKER SHOWED UP AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WAS HERE TO INSTALL THE APPLIANCES. I TOLD HER OKAY AND SHE SAID WHERE ARE THE APPLIANCES AND WE TOLD HER YOU GUYS HAVE THEM. IT WAS A TOTAL MESS THEY DID NOT KNOW WHERE OUR APPLIANCES WERE AT. AT THIS TIME WE HAD ALREADY REMOVED ALL THE APPLIANCES BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT THAT TO BE AN EXCUSE TO NOT DELIVER AND INSTALL THE APPLIANCES, SHE CALLED HER SUPERVISOR AND ANOTHER ERROR FROM THE COMPANY. THE SUPERVISOR *** THEN CALLS US AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE OUR APPLIANCES DELIVERED WITH IN 1 HOUR. WE DONATED OUR APPLIANCES AND HAD OUR FOOD FROM THE REFRIGERATOR OUT AS WE THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE THERE WITH IN 1 HOUR AS WE WERE TOLD BY THE SUPERVISOR. OUR APPLIANCES DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL FOUR HOURS LATER ALL OF OUR FOOD FROM THE FREEZER HAD TO BE THROWN AWAY. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE HAD ALREADY WASTED TWO SATURDAYS DUE TO TEMCO'S ERROR. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND NOT BE CONTRACTED.

On Saturday the 24th around 2:30 in the afternoon I had just got home from work about 10 minutes and I heard this noise looked outside and the delivery truck for timco logistics was stopped in the middle of the road and my kid come up and told me to come downstairs and look and I went down there and my car windshield and Hood had been hit by a Bratz caused from the tempo van being too tall it shattered my passenger side of the window and by pulling it off and scratch the heck out of my hood I talked to the driver and he admitted that that's what had happened I was parked on the right side of the road just parked there and I have been had the runaround for 13 days I've called every day trying to get a hold of someone to take care of this problem every angle I could possibly take care of to do what I had to do to get this taken care of I just want my I just want my window replaced and my hood fixed I was in innocent person I had no I wasn't in the car wasn't driving it I was just in my room enjoying my 10 minutes I had been home from work . My next course of action is to get an attorney I would rather not have to do this but you guys have given me no choice but to do this because here in Vancouver Washington we get rain and rain causes mold and and my windows definitely got a hole all the way through it I would be willing to get some three estimates for the work to be done and we could pick the middle one out of the three I just want to get this done this is my my nice car it's a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and I really I just want this done and I'm going to get it done
My name is *** and I have had a slew of issues with delivery of a washer and dryer purchased from Home Depot. The delivery team with Temco first came not prepared to install my Item so we rescheduled. Then they missed my appointment. When I card and asked to speak to their manager (***), rather than apologize and seek to understand what could be done to rectify the situation, *** threw a tantrum like a toddler. Rather than listen or ask me any questions or update me about the status, she jumped to conclusions, wasting even more time in the process. She then refused to continue the call and hung up in the most unprofessional manner. The most egregious part of this entire part is Mellisa has yet to apologize about the mistakes of the team. With installation - the team did leave a blue scuff from the washer as well as a dent in our wall. This is a new build house with no items moved into the laundry mat room until this washer and dryer. There were no defects in the wall prior to this installation. I am requesting that *** apologize for the inconvenience she has caused over multiple days, as well as PAY FOR THE DAMAGE caused to my wall during installation. I have reached out to both Home Depot and Temco with no resolution.
Home Depot has sent Temco to my Unit 5 times. Temco is unprofessional and has delivered a refrigerator damaged to me 4 times! This last time TEMCO came to switch the doors) which they should have done on the FIRST order (which was damaged) and the technicians took 1.5 hours (for a door change) and during installation of the door they tore off my molding on the bottom of my kitchen wall. I need both companies to act professional and SEND A RUSH on my order. This is completely unacceptable and not rocket science to deliver a UNDAMAGED appliance correctly the FIRST time, without damaging my Home! I have lost time, money and sleep dealing with TEMCO. The technicians that they send are very unprofessional and do not know how to interact with customers. Home Depot and TEMCO need to deliver a new refrigerator (that is not damaged and that's doors open properly), and fix the molding on my wall and paint my wall (from their damage).
Temco is a contractor for home-depot. Their job is to deliver and install appliances. Bought my washer and dryer on Oct 31 and was to be deliver the following Saturday. They cancelled the delivery and made it for Monday without asking me. Strike one. They called me on Monday saying they can't deliver because of rain. I took off work to be home. Strike two. They made another date for a week later, showed up but missing parts. Had to come back to finish the install. Strike three. Then shown up another week later only to wire the dryer incorrectly. I hired an electrician to fix their mistake and called Home Depot to complain. They ought to pay for the electrician.$200. Horrible company.
I ordered a washer and dryer back in February!
I ordered a washer and dryer back in February! I was happy to wait until March to receive the washer and dryer because it was on back order and I knew exactly what I wanted. The day came, got my phone call the night before (8:45pm) saying they would be there between 11-3 the next day (Saturday). Waited ALL day, finally at 4:15pm I called the number I had and they said the shipment had been delayed. I am not unreasonable, I understand stuff happens! However, the fact that NO ONE called me to tell me that it was not coming and I moved the old ones out and waited ALL day is NOT ok! This is just the beginning of the horrific story. The delivery was rescheduled for March 17, which I told them would not for our schedule because we work during the day, and scheduled for March 19. On March 16th I received an automated call saying our delivery would be made the next day. I called the Home Depot number I had, and explained the problem. She called Temco and made sure it was set for March 19. On the 19th the driver called and said he was around the corner. When he came in to see where the washer/dryer would go, he went out to the truck to get them. Turns out they did not have the dryer on the truck, only the washer. So I asked them to be delivered together. Spoke to them on 3/21 and they said delivery would not take place again until 4/5. I requested a sooner delivery time. Had to call back again and speak to someone, who explained they would be closing the warehouse for 2 weeks to go through the products and do inventory but did a "doc search". She assured me that if the appliance was found before the 2 weeks they would contact me. I did not have any contact from, not even the automated call, until 4/5 when they called saying they were in front of my house. Had I known, I would have made arrangements, but I was at work. They said they would reschedule. Each time I have asked to speak to a manager and never heard from one. Last weekend they tried to deliver a smashed one.

The delivery people from Temco arrived today to remove our washer and dryer and install our new ones. They first tried to say there was a leak where you turn on the water, so they wouldn't install or remove until we hired a plumber. It turns out my wife had turned off the water and the girl had turned it back ON, so of course there was a drip of water. Then, these two kids tried to say the washer and dryer wouldn't fit through the doors and we would have to remove the two doors AND the moldings! We removed the doors, but I refused to remove the moldings. So, then when it was obvious they were measuring wrong and both units would fit in and out, they called their boss, saying they would have to lift the units up over the toilet, which wasn't true. At this point, both my wife and I were very upset, especially when the girl said they must have built the house around the washer and dryer. So, after we told them we would get the washer and dryer out ourselves and asked them to go get the new units off the truck, at that point, they refused to complete the install or remove the old units. They put their boss on speaker and he said, "Drop the new s*** in their garage and leave the premises." Mind you, we are both disabled veterans and when we told the two people this, the girl said, "We aren't in the Army." My wife has a spinal cord injury and I had foot surgery 4 days ago and am in a cast and shouldn't be on my feet. So, we did all the work and they drove off, not only leaving all the boxing and the old units in our driveway, but also neglecting to give us the hoses and vents and the power cord to the dryer. Their treatment of us as customers as well as veterans was horrible and I want a personal and written apology!
This company was hired (not by me) to deliver a washing machine. They attempted delivery September 22nd, using too large a truck. They aborted the delivery without advising me. I called the next day and asked about the delivery. They offered to try again in 7 days with a smaller truck. Seven days later, no delivery (no reason given). I called again, and they offered to try again in 7 days. I have been waiting three weeks now for my washer, and have received only lame excuses.
TEMCO to deliver washer and dryer today that I purchased at Home Depot in Encinitas, CA. I received notification that TEMCO had "2 stops" before arriving. Shortly thereafter I received a call that they would arrive in 45 minutes. I am just moving in and do not live there yet. They showed up earlier than they said - I showed up within window. Per the paperwork, I needed to inspect the units BEFORE accepting them. This angered the TEMCO men and the driver dpecifically said that I was "impeding" their install. I tried to explain that the paperwork required that I look at the units - difficult to do after they are stuck side-by-side. They stormed off and left the dryer sitting in the middle of my kitchen. They never finished the washer install - they did NOT even turn it on. I pleaded with them to finish. They were rude, unprofessional, and the dryer actually has a dent on front - perhaps they were concerned that I would compain/document it. They did not wear masks. They left old dryer vent on neighbor's porch. They disconnected and stole my gas line (new dryer is electric). I immediately called Home Depot who contacted TEMCO - the men lied and said they completed washer install.
We ordered GE washing machine and gas dryer one month ago through Costco and Temco logistic is the local delivery company. The delivery man first told us we need the extended gas line and he said he would bring that to us next time. We rescheduled the next delivery and confirmed with Costco & GE that the installation would happen the day after but later this company just cancelled the delivery without notifying us. We asked GE & Costco why this happen and the reason they gave us is Temco logistic cannot extend the gas line and he cancelled it.

I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot which included delivery service
I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot which included delivery service. A delivery crew of 3 young men delivered it on March 8, 2022. Home Depot's website listed that the door handle placement could be adjusted to the other side upon delivery. The door handle was not on the side I needed so I asked the delivery crew to adjust and they said they could not and I would have to call for another crew to do that. I was shocked since that was not what was on Home Depot's website & I had already taken time off work for this delivery. To have to take the time off work place another call, explain the situation, then find more time on my schedule for a 2nd visit was unacceptable as a result of poor customer service! I did not get a chance to check for any damages before they left because the main guy forged my signature on the proof of delivery receipt and did not type my name where is says "Print Name" and then left. I was never presented anything to sign. I never even saw the proof of delivery form until after they left and I received it via text. They ended up scratching some paint off the door frame to my front door and also left a scratch on my hardwood floor. The proof of delivery form under the signature line states: "Signature acknowledges: Information is accurate - Products delivered - Services performed - No property damage". Since I did not sign the form and I had property damage, I contacted Home Depot who told me to contact the delivery company. I did and they were unapologetic but opened an investigation. I sent pictures of the damage and the proof of delivery. They only offered an "inconvenience offer" of $150. Prop damage is more than an inconvenience! I asked about the forged signature they responded saying "that is the signature we have on file for delivery". But it's NOT my signature! How is this proper business practice when I have to pick up the cost of repairs beyond $150 for THEIR damages AND they FORGED my signature which is ILLEGAL and a crime?!

I ordered an LG fridge from Home Depot online. First order was attempted delivered with a huge dent in the front door - I refused it. I Waited several months - until Feb 2022 for the next/new fridge to be delivered. But I did not receive a fridge handbook or receipt with the delivery.. Now the LG fridge ($2200 cost to me) is broken and unrepairable (since July 2022) due to a blown motherboard only 5 months after taking possession. I have had 3 LG certified repair people verify and approve LG to refund the fridge. But Temco did not give me the hardcopy receipt with the delivery or a bill of lading. I do have the online purchase record/receipt- and thanks goodness I used my home depot credit card (since paid offf) for the fridge purchase. LG has agreed to refund the cost of the fridge but they are now telling me that the online receipt is not enough - that I need a hardcopy receipt. the only place for me to get this is Temco, but they did not give me a receipt with the fridge drop off. Now I have a 5 month old unrepairable $2200 fridge (under FULL WARRANTY) but I need the receipt! TEMCO -- call me and give me a copy of my receipt! I need a working fridge ASAP! Am SO frustrated with this entire situation.
We ordered refrigerator from GE Appliance Store and Temco Logistics was supposed to deliver it on 9/19/2022 between the hours 8 am - 12 pm. Delivery truck with two guys showed up little after 2 pm not even acknowledging being late, not to mention an apology. They proceeded to the kitchen, pulled the old refrigerator out, measured the space and told us that the new one would not fit. Specification says the overall width is 35.75 inch and our space was 36 inch wide. Apparently label on the box says width is 36.25 inch (later on, I called GE and they confirmed that width is truly 35.75 inch and that 36.25 inch is width with the box). Delivery crew did not want to even open the box to confirm the true width, refused to take it out and insisted on us signing the paper which cancels the order. We were upset and didn't even notice they never gave us a copy of the document we signed. To make things worse they left the old refrigerator out saying that even that one would not fit back in (even though it was there for 15 years and was pulled out and placed back in several times during that time). I even went to the nearby store and confirmed that width is 35.75 inch making it a perfect fit. I would need to place another order at this point but unfortunately, that refrigerator is now on backorder and my old one is not working. I called Temco Logistics dispatch center *** hoping to talk to the manager but was told that he would need to call me back. Three days later, I'm still waiting for that call back but doubt that it will ever happen. Very unprofessional all around.
Purchased fridge from home depot to get installed and delivered. Cleared a walkway for them, emptied fridge and was just waiting for delivery. When the delivery people showed up, he told me he was uncomfortable removing the water line flange and that we would need to replace the valve completely. Okay, had a plumber come out to tell me the valve was completely fine but still paid over $350 to replace it just in case. Rescheduled for a week later which is today taking off time and again issues with delivery and customer service. Delivery guy shows up without the fridge and says the notes and workorder says it's just a service call. No fridge in hand. They take off and I'm stuck with customer service. The customer service lady tells me they made the wrong notes and service delivery was actually just a service call in their notes and they will have to reschedule. Is it my fault you guys wrote the wrong notes? All i did was re-schedule. I tell the customer service lady to allow me to speak with a manager about the situation as many of people working in other industries ie. military, law enforcement, healthcare can't just take time off. Now I'm awaiting a manager to help resolve this situation as she said due to the circumstances, he might be able to schedule you something today as it was our fault with the notes and scheduling. Been waiting 2 hrs now and still no call. Let's say it's gonna take minimum 3 delivery days to get this right. Unsatisfactory when we are dealing with real families and there's even kids dealing with their food and refrigeration. Everytime they say they are going to come, we have to ensure food is stored somewhere where it won't spoil and refrigerator is emptied.
On 5/27/22 Temco Logistics delivered a washer and dryer purchased at Home Depot, prior to my move in, as there was no washer and dryer in the house. Temco's installers indicated they could switch the washer and dryer's location for convenience. I said "Home Deport told me you cannot switch the washer and dryer". To which the installer replied "We can do whatever". After the installation, the dryer was not working as it was not producing heat to dry the laundry. HD then negotiated with Temco to come back and check on the installation. When the installers came out they shouted "NO, NO we can't do anything. We'll report it broken to LG." When LG installers came out, I requested they look at the gas line. (Temco's employees would not even look at the appliance to see if it was turned on.) The gas line was never turned on. I did my first load of laundry and the entire kitchen floor was flooded. The washer's drain hose was barely in the drain. Also, on a very large wash load the washer does not drain properly. In addition, I have had to call the gas company as there was a gas leak. The gas line was never properly tightened. Temco needs to do a proper installation reversing the washer and dryer, putting the appliances next to their respective lines, pipes, and drains and to ensure that the appliances are working properly.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered 6 appliances from GE, rather nice ones at that. 5 were getting delivered on 12/3 and they brought them off the truck, my washer was damaged, my dishwasher was damaged, they brought the microwave up and said they couldn't install it because of my tile backsplash and wouldn't even attempt to remove one I had installed already (none of this was verified before they came, so I was expecting they could do all of this). Come to find out, when my buddy and I tried to install it after they left, it was the exact same mounting bracket that was already installed and they didn't have to do anything really to install it. Back to the actual delivery. Then there was my Refrigerator, they measured it and said we needed to remove the handrail so they don't damage the refrigerator, so I did. And then one of the delivery guys DIDN'T REPORT AN INJURY to the company he recently had and said he didn't feel like he could lift it up the stairs. So they just weren't going to deliver it. I'm sure nothing happened to the employee, but now I don't have a refrigerator and had to throw out all the food I had in the apartment I was moving from because I was expecting to have a refrigerator that day. They then don't make me a priority and try to get it to me the next day, they just say "sorry, but our next delivery is 12 days from now", like basically telling me to*** even though it was their employee that is causing this mishap. After calling back later that night, someone was able to move it up to being delivered only 3 days from the original date. So I accepted. Well today was that date and they tell me that the product isn't on the truck. They actually tell me they have no idea where it is. So they just lost my $*** refrigerator and that they will "check the warehouse" which will take a couple days. It's been 4 weeks and still no fridge, and getting the run around on whether they are still searching.

Dishonest delivery practices Regarding delivery of Home Depot refrigerator order no
Dishonest delivery practices Regarding delivery of Home Depot refrigerator order no. *** Scheduled for delivery 4/9. Pursuant to established process according to Home Depot, got a call from the driver at 12 saying he'll be there in half an hour. Lie 1. At 1:30 got a call from dispatch: "it's 12:30, we're outside, we'll be here 10 mins, and then we're leaving." Lie 2. An hour later (1:30) we get a call they're outside an hour earlier (12:30) ? Bad liars at that. While we're at home waiting and they have two phone numbers for us, neither of which rang while they were supposedly outside? Call the dispatch number back and they say they are in Las Vegas, don't know anything, they emailed the warehouse and someone will call us back that same day. Lie 3. Never happened. Called the number from my Home Depot confirmation email with our delivery info, told we were marked as a no show, and so we were rescheduled for delivery a week later on 4/15. Lie 4. Today, 4/14, the day before the alleged rescheduled date I call to follow-up, no record of any rescheduled delivery on 4/15. Had to go to Home Depot to straighten out the issue. Home Depot had access to delivery notes from Temco, but nothing about rescheduled 4/15 date. Just that we allegedly did not show on 4/9. We now have a third delivery attempt on 4/21 while we have no functioning refrigerator for two, going on three, weeks now. I have proof to confirm Temco's lies. From my cell phone there's the voicemail that came in at 1:31 on 4/9 (saying it was 12:30 and they were outside). I asked Home Depot to give me some confirmation of the third delivery attempt on 4/21. Home Depot printed out their screenshot of our delivery and it included a time stamp showing the driver checked in as arriving on the original delivery date of 4/9 at 1:21 (and not at 12:30 as claimed). Go to Temco's Yelp reviews for Hayward and Benicia. These dishonest practices are well known. Down to the part where they claim they were present for the delivery and customers were literally at home waiting without any notification of their arrival (if they were there at all).

Refused to deliver refrigerator, disrespected my mother and threw trash at my car
Refused to deliver refrigerator, disrespected my mother and threw trash at my car. On December 15th at approximately 8:15 am, two delivery people from Temco showed up to swap refrigerators. Immediately, the guy was asked to put on a mask and didn't do so. He immediately said the refrigerator was too big and he wouldn't swap it. He began to raise his voice at my mother about the loaner fridge we had being damaged during the first installation (he wasn't the one who delivered the first one) because it was too big and the doors were too narrow. He then raised his voice louder telling her she needed to take the doors off so he could attempt to get the other fridge in the house. He should have all tools necessary. Don't you do this for a living? Both refrigerators are IDENTICAL. The first crew from the same company had no problem getting our old fridge out and the new one in. He then called it in and would have part of the conversation in the house and part outside. Suspicious. He then said it's best to just take the discount and keep the loaner fridge. When we denied that, he was even more ***. The other worker stayed outside and never came up to assist. My mother then asked could she have the company name and the workers name. He refused his name and gave us a paper with a 800 number on it. That isn't good customer service to not introduce yourself when entering someone's home, especially during the times we live in. I went outside to get their information from the other worker. While I was outside, the guy blurted out "***" referring to my mother. They jumped in the truck and drove off so I proceeded behind them to get the license plate number and to ask his name. When I pulled on the side, he threw a bottle out the driver window which hit the hood of my car. I then pulled in front of them and called 911 just in case my car was damaged. They proceeded to take pictures and talk smack to me. These workers been in my house, know where we live and I don't trust them. Someone willing to come into your house, disrespect you and your family, throw things at someone's car and you don't know their name sounds like the wrong people are being hired.

Purchased washer-Home Depot, Temco Logisitics came to deliver
Purchased washer-Home Depot, Temco Logisitics came to deliver. Refused to deliver and set it up, stated "boss will call now" and they left w/o delive Purchased a washer from Home Depot and scheduled for delivery and set up for Friday, November 13. 3rd party hired by Home Depot, Temco Logistics came to my house to deliver in the afternoon. Washer goes in upstairs laundry room. Asked the worker to put on "booties" (shoe coverings), and he refused. Asked to then either take off their shoes, or cover the new carpets with something, and they refused. The one worker outright refused all these requests. Stated he would call his boss, and I would get a call in a few, and that they would wait in front of my house. The Temco workers then immediately left my house and did not do the install. I asked at Home Depot when purchasing if they would wear booties, and they said yes. When I got a call 30 minutes before the delivery from the Temco worker I asked if he had a mask and booties, and he said we will take care of it when they get to my house. I even offered him booties that I had, 3 sets, brand new and he still refused, and left my house! I waited home all day and took off work for this delivery and install that did not happen!. I got a call 30 minutes later from a women in Las Vegas from Temco, and she was unhelpful, and stated that they would not wear booties, or use a floor covering or take off their shoes, and stated she could reschedule it for another crew, but would not guarantee they would use the booties. She was flat out uncooperative, and would do nothing to fulfill the delivery and setup that was supposed to be done. For cultural and religious reasons, and due to COVID-19, and the fact that these guys had old, dirty shoes of which I personally saw, I do not think it is unreasonable to wear booties, to not ruin my new carpets, and dismiss this due to religious and cultural reasons. No one wears shoes in my house, period. I have had numerous deliveries upstairs to my house, and never once has any employee refused to either wear shoe coverings, take off their shoes, or cover the carpets wear they would walk. And to state that you are going to wait in the front of my house until his boss calls, and then to outright leave and never come back is unacceptable, and disgusting business practices. I spent a whole day waiting for this, and still do not have a working washer. I then spent 35 minutes on hold with Home Depot, explaining what happened, and cancelled my $2900.00 order. This kind of business practices are unacceptable. Problem date: 11/13 Purchase date: 11/09 Model #: *** sales rep: *** payment amount: $*** for dryer to be delivered and set up at a later date when in stock) Payment method: Home Depot credit card

Temco refuses to take responsibility of scratches on my fridge they delivered
Temco refuses to take responsibility of scratches on my fridge they delivered. They did not remove it from packaging upon delivery so I was unaware. I ordered a set of appliances from Home Depot on May 31st. Temco delivered them on August 29th. The delivery drivers weren't very communicative. They had a hard time getting the fridge inside. I was unaware they scratched our front door, because they said they removed it and I was also in the kitchen helping direct them where to go. My husband even removed pieces of our moulding to help them better get the appliance in. They left all the appliances in their boxes and wrapped in the "protective" film. I asked if they can remove the packaging, because it was a lot of cardboard. They said no, they don't do that. Once we removed the items from their boxes and packaging etc. we noticed the dishwasher was crushed (which has already been taken care of) and our fridge had scratches. I immediately called Home Depot, they referred me to GE. Then GE had me call Temco, which I did the next business day (because they were already closed). Temco gave me excuses, and directed me all over the place. I called and spoke to so many people. I was given claim numbers, and when I called back they weren't in their system. I later found out that Temco is supposed to remove the appliances from the packaging. It states on the paper I signed that they were left in their cartons. And when the guy took photos he said it was to show the cartons/boxes were not damaged... Which they weren't. The cartons did not seem to be damaged at all. So he tells me to sign "here" seeing how they were not damaged, and told me I had two days to report any damages. Which I began the reporting of any damages the same day, and then the following day with Temco themselves, seeing how they were closed already. After almost a month of dealing with countless people, Temco finally created a real claim, with a number, I was given a woman to handle the claim. I get an email saying that they aren't responsible basically because I signed a paper. Well the paper is extremely vague that I signed, and it also states that everything was left still in its packaging, which was apparently not even supposed to happen. They were supposed to unpackage them, since I had no paperwork to go off of and it is not my job I was unaware. The paper I signed was correct in stating that there was no visible damage to the boxes, they should still even have that photo in their records of the boxes, and the appliances still in said boxes. I wasn't asking for an entirely new fridge. There was other damage to the fridge, Once I opened it I noticed a dent, however, I was only asking for two new replacement doors, where the scratches were. I left out the damage to the walls of my house, and would have been willing to overlook the scratches and damage to my front door if they offered to actually handle and take care of the issues (scratches) on my fridge. I did not purchase a damaged fridge, and I am appalled that a company would not take responsibility of their actions.

The driver again was a no show and according to the customer service reps at Temco they are unable to contact the driver and will again have to send an escalation ticket to the handling office. Due to my parents being old and disabled I had to make arrangements and take time off of work for 2 *** to ensure the delivery went smoothly and now not only have lost wages ;but unable to celebrate the holiday on Thanksgiving day or on Friday either in hopes we would receive the oven. We had to buy smaller appliances to cook our food due to the delay. I again contacted Temco to ascertain the status of my delivery and was told that the driver told them he needs a small truck to get up the driveway. The driver never came to my residence to assess the driveway and to make that determination. I advised the driver on Weds the issue with driveway and I specifically noted this info on the day or purchase. I made several attempts to make sure the driveway would not be an issue and was assured that the correct equipment would be sent and this would not be a problem. My delivery was again rescheduled for the following day causing another day of lost wages and wasted time. The lack of communication, failure to rectify the situation in a more timely manner , and extremely poor customer service is unacceptable and I am requesting a formal complaint not only against the driver, but *** the supervisor , and whomever else was involved in the routing and confirmation of my delivery.

I purchased 2 dishwashers from Home Depot paying almost *** and it was an absolute disaster!
I purchased 2 dishwashers from Home Depot paying almost *** and it was an absolute disaster! I met the laziest installers I'd met in my life! 2 men showed up to install my 2 washing machines. The 1st thing he does is knowingly open the cupboard door under the sink and knowingly turns to me and says this feeling has calcium deposits on it we can't turn off the water you will need to call a plumber and have this fitting cleaned and removed and then will be back in a month. I was shocked. I probably reached under the sink and close the fittings and said there it's done. Then they started to install my 2 washing machines. About 5 minutes later they said "we can only install one because you only paid for one installation not the other" I told him I pay him cash for the other one he agreed. Then I got my receipt and did some double checking and found that I did pay to have both installed. The lady at Home Depot put the installations on 2 different line items line item number 7 in line item number *** each I showed the men that I had paid twice and they said it doesn't matter our paperwork shows we can only install one. I quickly called Home Depot they called Tempco logistics and the supervisor agreed that they needed to install both and that was paid for. The next issue was there was a mouse nest under the dishwasher actually under both of them, I had paid *** to have the dishwashers hauled away but they informed me they are now toxic waste and need to be hauled away by a toxic waste disposal company. I said "they were on the floor under the dishwashers how does gravity work different in my house and mouse poop flies upward into the dishwasher?" They simply told me there signs of mice in the area and we don't want any part of it and plopped both dishwashers in my front yard. Then they said they were done with the job and wanted me to sign the lady at Home Depot had a ready warned me don't sign anything until you're 100% satisfied because they will never come back out once you sign so I look things over. It didn't take me more than a few seconds to realize both dishwashers were completely sideways one was a half-inch out of whack in the other 3/8 of an inch out of whack. You didn't even need a tape measure once you looked at them because you could tell they were sitting in the hole sideways. I asked them to fix it and then rechecked in the dishwasher on the left was out an inch and 1 1/2" on both sides in the dishwasher on the right was inset 3/4" on both sides. I told them this was unacceptable I could see the components to one dishwashers sticking out while the other was buried deep into the cabinet whole where you couldn't even reach or see the control panel. They move them again of course they use the same holes and put both dishwashers sideways again. I told them 1/3 time fix them properly I want them even and straight finally they were. Next they wanted me to sign so I did a final inspection and the front base panels both just plopped off. I asked them to please screw them on properly and not just place them in front of the bottom of the dishwasher they begrudgingly did. When I told them they had done a great job they both looked displeased and angry. This is not the type of experience the consumer expects to get these guys were obviously out for trouble and knew all the tricks to get out of the job and get out of there quickly regardless of quality of craftsmanship. Luckily the lady at Home Depot warned me "don't sign until your hundred percent satisfied because you won't get a 2nd chance!" What was supposed to be a joyous occasion for our family and finally upgrading our dishwashers after 20 years turned out leaving me with a heart arrhythmia and great frustration.

The Home Depot delivered and installed a dishwasher which was installed incorrectly and damaged my kitchen hardwood floors
The Home Depot delivered and installed a dishwasher which was installed incorrectly and damaged my kitchen hardwood floors. Refusing responsibility Dishwasher purchased through Home Depot with installation. First installation date was 09/24/3019 Installers arrived and stated that the shut off valve needed to be changed to a quarter turn 3/8 metal. Also, to inform the next installers that they would need a side mount setup or a metal brace for the top. The installers left the dishwasher in the garage and said to call back when the valve was changed. The valve was changed and the installers came back on 10/03. Water shut off to home prior for their arrival to install. They brought the dishwasher up from the garage and into the kitchen. They removed the old dishwasher and discovered that the drain tube had a hole in it and that is why it would not drain. They removed the old dishwasher and took it out to their vehicle. They installed the new one and stated that they could not secure it to the counter because they did not want to drill through the granite counter top. I explained to them what the previous installers had told me about needing a side mount or a metal brace and they laughed at me and said that they were incorrect and that I would need to call a contractor to come out and install a piece of wood to secure the dishwasher to. They said that the dishwasher was fine to use in the meantime, but they would come back at a later date to secure it to the counter top. They left and I went out to my garage where the shut off valve is located and turned the water back on to the home. When I got back upstairs to my kitchen, water was shooting out from under the sink where the shut off valve for the sink was and the kitchen was flooding. I ran back downstairs and turned the shut off valve off to the house and began throwing towels down to mop up the water. I called the installers back on their cell phone *** at 10:39 am and told them what had just happened. They returned back to the house and looked under the sink and stated that the shut off valve had been left on. (I never touched anything under the sink after they installed the dishwasher, only the valve in the garage to turn the water on). Third time they came back out was 10/05 where they secured the dishwasher to the board, but did not do anything to cosmetically cover the board. Now there is a green exposed board where the dishwasher is. The hardwoods are cracked, stained and lifted upward like a mountain. I called Home Depot to file a claim and they sent me to Tempco. I worked with an Ins adjustor named *** and he requested some photographs and information which I promptly sent to him on Nov 01, 2019. I tried to get in touch with this adjuster or Anyone there for months and they would not return my calls or emails. Finally in April, Tempco sent out an estimator who took measurements and photographs and told me that the floors would be replaced soon. I never heard back from the estimator or the insurance company even though I emailed them eleven times and called countless times and even told them that I would have to take legal action. I contacted the Manager at the Home Depot store and explained what had been going on for the past 8 months and my frustration and he stated that he would try and get in touch with Tempco. He responded back to me that he had left countless messages and that he could not reach anyone either but that he would continue trying. Two weeks ago I received a telephone call from him and he stated that the Supervisor at Tempco had decided that they were not going to replace the hardwood floors that were damaged because they were now claiming that they never installed the dishwasher. I paid for the dishwasher and installation through Home Depot, they did install the dishwasher and they did leave the valve open which caused the damage. Why after 8 months are they claiming that they did not install

*** does not properly communicate with its customers, and makes up excuses for failure to appear and to install
does not properly communicate with its customers, and makes up excuses for failure to appear and to install. They were supposed to deliver a washer dryer unit with a stacking kit December 29th. My partner and I waited all day to no avail. We did not receive a single phone call from them either nor a reason for why this occurred. We had to call *** to reschedule the delivery date for the 5th of January. On the phone we re-confirmed the address and made sure they had the correct phone number on file to call when they were 20 minutes away and when they arrived. Unfortunately had to reschedule that delivery due to a covid scare for the 9th of January. This time it seemed to have gone smoothly, the driver called my partner (even though my phone number was on file) to let us know they were 20 minutes away. They showed up on time but when they saw the space they were installing it in they said they couldn't do it because we hadn't purchased the stacking kit. Our landlord who purchased the set swore he had purchased it all in one go, but somehow *** has no proof of it. We couldn't get a hold of our landlord and the delivery driver stated it would take another week of waiting until they could return with the appliances and install them. He suggested we buy the part ourselves and have their company send out someone to install it since the installation was paid for. It already had already felt like such a hassle and we didn't want to wait any longer than necessary so we let him unload them into our living room with the assurance that we would have them installed by Monday or Tuesday. This was not the case! It turns out that this part is a special order part and could not find it in any store; we had to buy it online. After jumping a few hoops there we finally ordered the part and got our new delivery date of the 14th of January; making that almost a whole other week of waiting. We had been told to expect a call the day before (Jan 13th) for confirmation on the delivery window. We did not receive this call so we decided to call ourselves and after waiting a long time we finally got our window of 7a to 11a. We re-confirmed our address and the phone number on file; my phone number. That date rolls around and no one called my phone. It wasn't until my partner left for work around *** that I noticed a "we missed you" notice hanging from my doorknob. I tried calling the number to reschedule but the number was disconnected. I was furious. I called the *** number, (after four times we had it memorized), and asked the person on the line why they had failed to call prior to arriving and then when they were here. They had no reason. I asked them to contact the driver and ask them to turn back around since this had been their fault. Both my partner and I were home I couldn't imagine we could have missed someone knocking when were were feet away from the door. They called the driver but the driver refused to turn around. The person on the line explained all they could do was reschedule with me and so I chose that feeling it was my only option. They rescheduled for today January 19th. Again we did not receive a confirmation call, but had to call for ourselves yesterday. We re-confirmed the address and the phone number on file and they confirmed the delivery window of *** to *** Both of us have been home all day, this time sitting practically next to the front door. I received a call around 830a and it was incomprehensible and then the person hung up. My partner and I both called the number twice and got a 'no longer in service' message after a few dial tones. So I called *** again. Once I got a hold of someone they confirmed that the driver was on their first delivery and that we were next and to expect their call soon. I have not received that call. We called *** again. This time they told us that the driver was in San Diego that they had gone to our street address in San Diego and would have to reschedule. The soonest they could reschedule is January 22nd. I hope this is the last time I ever have to deal with this company!

Tempco came to deliver and install a dryer from Home Depot
Tempco came to deliver and install a dryer from Home Depot. The technician did not fully install the hose or apply any sealant causing a gas leak. My name is *** and I am writing this review in regards to a horrible experience I just had with Tempco. I am currently deployed overseas and my wife purchased a washer and dryer from the Home Depot and requested "professional" installation (Temco). Let me start by saying that we went back and forth on whether or not to purchase a new washer and dryer from Home Depot or if we should just buy something used and install it ourselves. As previously stated, I am currently deployed overseas and told my wife that it would just be easier and less stressful to have professionals come install new equipment and remove the old ones, so she agreed. We purchased the washer and dryer from Home Depot on 8 August and chose to have "professional" installation services because, again, I figured it would be less stressful and I could be sure that it would be done correctly. On 13 August , the washer and dryer were delivered and installed. Immediately upon the technicians entering my house, My wife could tell that they were in a hurry. The main technician entered my home without greeting her, instead he was on the phone with his next customer letting them know when he'd arrive there, showing her that her service wasn't his top priority in that moment. He was very snippy with her when she stated her request of sweeping once the old appliances were removed and seemed to be annoyed by my children. Neither technician had on a mask and neither wore shoe coverings when walking on my carpets. They were in such a hurry that my wife left the room for just a second to grab a tissue to blow her nose and heard the front door shut! They left without barely saying goodbye or your service is complete, etc. She went back in the laundry room and realized that they had left in such a hurry that one of the technicians left his drill so she ran outside to give it back to him. It wouldn't be that bad, had the story ended there. The next day My wife begin to smell gas in our laundry room, right next to my children's room. She thought maybe it was just the new equipment and didn't think too much of it. The next day the smell got stronger and she began to worry. She called my father and he assured her that I she shouldn't be smelling gas and to call The Home Depot and let them know what was going on. She called Home Depot, was transferred multiple times, and was finally told told that she wouldn't be able to receive any assistance until the next morning or possibly two days later (Monday). She told them that was unacceptable because they installed it and there was a gas leak, but they insisted those were the only options. She decided to then call the emergency line for SoCal Gas and they said that she should not be smelling gas in our house at all and that they would sent a technician out that evening. The technician arrived a few hours later and immediately said he smelled gas in the house. He went upstairs and did a reading on the laundry room, again right next to my children's room, and said the gas was at 4.5%. (Explosive level.) Mind you, the extremely dangerous and death level is 5.0%. The Tempco technician did not fully screw the hose onto the gas adapter valve and did not apply any sealant or tape, thus causing gas to continually be spread in my house. The emergency technician was extremely professional and fixed the problem, however, it should never have gotten to this point. I am currently deployed overseas and could have lost my entire family had this technician not come out and out and fixed the problem. There is a certain level of professionalism expected when you pay for someone to come and install a piece of equipment, and we did not receive that service. Additionally, the delivery technician never signed his name on the form stating the work was complete. When my wife called to complain to Tempco she was told she would be called back and never was. This all in all was a horrible experience we will share with everyone.

Washer and dryer purchased by my upstairs neighbor from Home Depot and installed by Temco Logistics technicians caused great deal of damage to
Washer and dryer purchased by my upstairs neighbor from Home Depot and installed by Temco Logistics technicians caused great deal of damage to me. My neighbor upstairs purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot which was delivered by Temco Logistics on 2/12. The equipment was not connected properly by the delivery technicians. On 2/21, I noticed that my garage ceiling was leaking water on to my vehicle and the garage floor was floaded. I called the emergency plumbing through my condo association to come and inspect the issue. There was no issue identified that was coming from my own unit. Considering it was almost 3am, we didn't bother the neighbors upstairs. The next morning the plumbing company called the neighbor upstairs to set an appointment to inspect his unit. Before the scheduled appointment, I heard noises in my laundry area and noticed that the leaking of the water was visible and all over my washer and dryer. My ceiling was in the process of collapsing and the water was leaking from the ceiling in my laundry area on to the top of my washer and dryer which was purchased brand new, with one person's laundry it was hardly used since the end of June when I moved in. I contacted HOA emergency services again and asked the plumbers to come and assist. They removed my washer and dryer and noticed that the leaking was coming from upstairs unit. After inspecting the neighbors unit upstairs they found that the leak was coming from the water hose of the shot off of the washer and dryer that was installed by Temco Logistics. This was not a pipe issue at all but the leaking hose from the machine that Temco technicians didn't connect properly. Video and the plumbers incident report was provided to Temco. We filed a claim on 2/25 because homeowners insurance based on the evidence denied the claim thus the damages were caused by Tempco. It has been more than a month that I have been living in these conditions with no resolution what's so ever from the company. It has affected my health tremendously, the inconvenience, horrible smell, laundry room with no ceiling, salvaged washer/dryer stored in my leaving room and not to mention during these uncertain times of the pandemic I am risking by using public washer and dryer. For several days I was cleaning my wooden floors and squeezing towels under the washer and dryer as trapped water that leaked from the ceiling into my machine was leaking out for days to prevent my wooden floors from damage. After my constant phone calls and emails with no resolution and no response from Temco, I sent an email to the head of Home Depot to expedite and keep them aware of the problems that their reputable company has a contract with and uses for equipment delivery and installation. Temco finally sent someone to inspect my unit last Thursday (a month later) who stated that he's the owner. Regardless of the incident report and the video provided by HOA plumbing company and several witnesses, today I reached out to the their claims department, *** stated that the gentleman Victor who inspected my unit claims that the pipe was changed and they need to do further investigation. This information is completely inaccurate. HOA plumbers did not touch the pipes at all. Once they removed the neighbor's machine they were able to stop the leak by properly tightening the new original supply hose that was provided and installed by Tempo technicians of the washer/dryer. Since then the leak has stopped completely. This was captured on a video and sent to Temco. To protect the building from further damage, HOA sent another company to install professional fans for several days to dry my unit and the garage. I leased these fans that I will be billed for as well. Not to mention I couldn't sleep for days due to the loud noise, awful smell but I had no choice thus to prevent mold or future termites from happening. This company has caused me so much trouble, constant emails, phone calls with no resolution since Feb 25th. I have a really hard time living in these conditions, it is affecting my emotional state tremendously.
