First, I book appointments, they locate the orders from the doctors, then I schedule the time. I put the information and address they give me WHEN I’m talking to them. I get confirmation on texts etc
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to my appointments, my dad’s appointments, and my daughter’s, either A. They can’t find the orders. B. Gave me the wrong address because one building does X-rays, while the other does MRIs. C. Because of THEIR mistakes in giving me the correct information or address, then them not being able to find the orders, I’m 5-10 minutes late in which they tell me they can’t see us. C. They tell me they don’t have a tech there to do the tests… when they were the ones that made the appointments…
THEN, the ladies at the desk change their stories a few times, then tell us the can squeeze in one X-ray, then tell us they can’t because it was a chest X-ray and not the shoulder. Then when we ask if they can still do my daughter’s because it’s a finger, they tell us no..
they scheduled both my dad and daughter’s X-rays at that time too… so it makes absolutely no sense.
It’s the exact same problems EVERY time we go. I’ve wasted so much gas, time, and sanity dealing with them; Not to mention taking off work for this bs. I never file complaints or even do reviews, but their service, scheduling, rudeness, and inability to do their job was so shocking that I felt compelled to.
I’ve never had this bad of service and from a medical company?
Desired outcome: They need to completely change their staff and fire management. It’s not just me complaining. I’ve heard it from many other patients and even the doctors that schedule us.
