Pallavi Moturi from Millennium block in NIMS Hospital behaves like she is the owners of hospital and behaves rudely with the patients ..She doesn't cares about patients health, just do timepass by seeing patients..when the patients ask about the test ,she says to ask the doctor who wrote that and says get lost if you don't need...first time seen this kind of behaviour and no one in the NIMS hospital are taking action against her... She says no one can do anything to her...What is the management doing here..

Worst customer care for not providing rooms
You are providing rooms for the patient mainly based on partiality and high recommendation, we the middle class people are severely suffering due to not providing any rooms. Whenever I go and ask they are telling we will provide you when the room got free, My wife she got c section delivery three days before, still she is in general ward, both my wife and son are suffering in the general ward. but some people with high recommendation got rooms quickly with in 1 or 2 days. I'm from kanyakumari, Tamilnadu, the management mainly seeing partiality between states, as the other language people are severely suffering due to the poor response of the management.
Please take severe action else I will go to the next level.

We admitted our Grandmother in NIMS Oncology block 3 days ago. The doctors asked to change the Urinary Catherter 3 days ago but none of the nurses are changing them. Today she had breathing issues and when we asked the nurses to put her on oxygen mask, they are asking us to do it by ourselves. If we would know that much then we would have become nurses and doctors. There's no one here who are really concerned about patients health. This is so ridiculous and some strict action has to be taken against the nurses. Their primary duty itself is to take care of patients which they are not doing.

I am writing to express my serious concern about the poor maintenance at Nims Hyderabad in millennium block 4th floor general ward. The ward is infested with bugs and rats, which are biting the patients and attendees. This is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk to everyone in the ward.

Services in Dermatology department
In NIMS hospital Hyderabad, Dermatology Department, OPD Block room no-36. Their is no rules and regulations for attending the patient.
Patient are waiting to meet Dr. for more than 2 hours. After that also they are not calling the patient on first come first basis. Even the attendent behaviour is very rudely.
Very very bad experience in this department. I coming first time and this is not the way to treat the patient.
Desired outcome: Need to improve the service and behaviour of the attendent with the patient.
Unauthorized use of authority in providing rooms for post operative ward patients
Respected Madam/sir,
We came here for NIMS hospital Trivandrum on 14/08/2023. We have admitted in maternity ward. My mom's uterus operation was done in 16/08/2023. Still now I didn't got any room for keep my mom. I am asking for it daily they are not responding but providing rooms for the bystanders of ICU patients (who are still at ICU).
So I kindly request you monitor it and provide room to the needy.
I am one of the affected party among 100s, please take appropriate action help the poor.

I took my father who is a retired govt employee under ehs to the nims hospital the doctors inthe er asked me to pay registration fees and basic investigation chages which I paid the doctors of neuro department asked to take mri dwi and if it stroke we will give admission otherwise general medicine doctors will give you admission I paid 3600 for mri and was normal they asked me to go to general medicine doctor one doctor named Syed in er kept me waiting for 5 hours I was going to him every hour and was asking for admission he told me if you come one more time I will not give you admission which is in my hands and you go and complaint who ever you like I will not give admission this is the way doctors are working there and behaving as government hospital doctors I took lama discharge and got admitted to another hospital in the night at 2 am they made me wait from 6pm to 2am and speak like this I requestvthe authority to please take strict action against doctor syed

We are admitted NIMS in ICU pulmonary department at aged 71 years for my grandmother, here treatment is not good, all trained doctors only treat the patient's, I feel like here running illigal CLINICAL TRAILS ON PATIENT'S. and we have 2,00,000( Two laks) medical bill approved but they are asking take medicine from patient only, they said medicine are not available in hospital.

When I step my foot to toilets i suddenly shocked this how one of famous hospital maintenance towards toilets in their hospital and I feel the persons who come for normal checkup if they go to toilets the got more health problems

NIMS ward boys in CT scan Room
The ward boys so called the workers in CT scanning room are demanding min of rs:100/- inside the CT scanning room from the Patients.
I Request the NIMS management to take necessary action against them and help the people who came to protect their life with good treatment at reasonable price.

I am here to complain on Dr. Sandeep Mahapatra( Associate Professor, Vascular surgeon). His behavior with patients is worst and abusive. I request the NIMS (Punjagutta, Hyderabad) authority to cancel his License to teach him a lesson and never allow to practice as a doctor or professor. He is unfit for this profession.
Hope action is taken and I will definitely share his behavior in detail on media very soon, if no action taken.

i was came to the NIMS hospital for RTPCR Test. After the payment i went to the swab receiver nurse dusk at that time i feel one doubt about the test and i going to asked the nurse who are taking my details at that time but the nurse replay was fully irritating, so rudely and irresponsible . 13 years i have been coming into the Nims hospital it is the 1st time i feel bad over there. the cash receiver madam she was very nice but swab taking nurse section very bad .Hence kindly give some training to your some employee's to how to respond to the customer.

Hello myself sara from hyderabad. Today me, my sister and grandfather went to nims hospital at 10 am. Then we took appointment in new building vascular department already it delayed 1 hr their. Then after the time finished they locked the door n inside we were sitting. Time passed but they were only 2 dr's in the vascular department one senior n one pg doctor who were attending the patients. We waited for 4 hours n when our turn came a hindu guy came who tuk appointment after the time finished n the attender allowed him inside instead of us. When the dr saw the time on his slip he shouted at the attendors n closed the door from inside. Then after some time the attendors came n said that sorry dr is busy. You people come on monday. It was really very unprofessional behaviour of the dr of not seeing other patients n the attendors and other staff who gave them after the time finished. I really want to say that it was really very bad behaviour of the hospital
