Disappointing Experience with Tennis Tours: Refund Delay and Service Fee
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Tennis Tours. I forked over a bunch of dough for tickets to the 2020 US Open, only to have the whole thing cancelled 'cause of COVID. They finally offered me a refund, but only as a last resort and with a big ol' service fee taken out. And get this, they said it would take "30 - 60 days" after the tournament would have happened to get my money back. Well, it's been way longer than that and I still ain't seen a dime. I've tried emailing 'em, but haven't gotten any response. Not cool, Tennis Tours. Not cool at all.
Disappointing Experience with tennistours.com for Nitto ATP Finals Tickets in London
I bought tickets for the Nitto ATP Finals in London for two full days, but unfortunately, I only received tickets for the afternoon session. My daughter and I traveled all the way from Germany to England for this event, so we were quite disappointed. I purchased the tickets from tennistours.com, but I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future. This was my first and last time buying tickets from this seller.
The experience was quite frustrating, as I had specifically requested tickets for the full day sessions. I was really looking forward to watching the matches all day long with my daughter, but we ended up missing out on half of the event. The tickets were quite expensive, so it was really disappointing to not get what I paid for.
Overall, I would not recommend using tennistours.com for purchasing tickets to any tennis events. The customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue, and I was left feeling quite dissatisfied with the whole experience. I would suggest looking for other ticket sellers that have a better track record of delivering what they promise.
US Open 2019 Ticket Woes: Technical Issues and No Response from Company
So, my husband and I were super excited when he bought three tickets for the US Open 2019 as a birthday gift for me. However, we are now just two weeks away from the tournament and we still haven't received the tickets. Apparently, there have been some technical issues with the download of the tickets and the app is not working properly. I have tried to contact the company via email, but I haven't received any feedback yet. To be honest, I am starting to get a bit worried. I hope we will receive the tickets soon and that everything will work out in the end.
Terrible Customer Service and No Refund: My Experience with Tennis Tours for US Open Men's Finale 2021
I recently purchased a ticket for the US Open men's finale in 2021 through Tennis Tours. Unfortunately, due to the US lockdown, I was unable to travel to the States and attend the event. I contacted Tennis Tours to request a refund or the option to resell my ticket two weeks prior to the event. I spoke with their customer service team on the phone at least five times and sent multiple emails, but all I received were the same unhelpful responses that my request was being processed by a guy named Mike.
It took a whopping four months for me to receive any kind of response, and even then, I was disappointed to find out that nothing had been done to address my request. To make matters worse, I was given some ridiculous excuses, such as the market crashing and tickets being sold at the gate for only $30. I mean, seriously? This was the US Open men's finale, with a completely full stadium, and they were trying to feed me this kind of nonsense? I paid $450 for my ticket, and I got absolutely nothing in return.
As someone from Slovakia, I would strongly advise others to avoid Tennis Tours. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly have no regard for their customers' needs or concerns. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy ticket provider, look elsewhere.
Warning: Tennis Tours is a Scam - Overpriced Tickets and Terrible Customer Service
This place, Tennis Tours, is a total rip-off. I mean, seriously, it's not even a real business. If you're thinking about using them, do yourself a favor and do some research first. Trust me, you'll be sorry if you don't.
Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. And get this, they charge you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars more than you should be paying. I bought tickets for the US Open '16 eight months in advance and I still overpaid by $200. And that's just for the nosebleed seats! I can't even imagine how much they charge for the lower bowl seats.
When I tried to talk to someone at CTT about my issue, the President, Mike Bernstein, just laughed at me. Can you believe that? He didn't even try to help me out. He just said "sorry, better luck next time." What a joke.
And if that's not bad enough, they just lost their BBB accreditation on 8/18/16 for doing the same thing to other people. So, yeah, avoid this place like the plague.
Disappointing Experience with Tennis Tours: Ticket Delivery Issues and Poor Seating Arrangements
I was really excited to attend the tennis event and had booked my tickets through Tennis Tours (tennistours.com). However, I faced some issues with my ticket delivery. Even though I was told that all the tickets had been sent out, I had not received any of my tickets by email or otherwise. I was really frustrated and spent a lot of time and energy dealing with Mike Bernstein, the owner of Tennis Tours.
After a lot of back and forth, I finally received two of my three Custom Package tickets. The third ticket did arrive later, but it took 24 to 42 hours for the order to be processed. All the tickets were from Ticket Master, which is customary. However, I was disappointed with the seating arrangements. My H section seats were up to the very top, and my Q section was also not up to my expectations. I had paid a good amount of money for the tickets and expected better seating arrangements.
Despite the issues I faced with Tennis Tours, I did enjoy the event. While I was there, I met a Miami Open contact who helped me book tickets for the 2023 event. I cannot recommend Tennis Tours for this event, and after reading other reviews, I will be looking for other options when I attend tennis events in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Tennis Tours: Misleading Ticket Pricing for Madrid Open Finals
I recently purchased tickets for the 2022 Madrid Open finals from Tennis Tours (tennistours.com). I opted for Cat 1 tickets, but to my dismay, the price on the tickets was for "After Work" sessions, which are not available for the finals. I was charged for Cat 1 tickets, which was not surprising, but what was surprising was the lack of assistance I received from CTT when I brought up the issue. They kept giving me the "run around" and avoided addressing the issue directly. They kept telling me that there was no problem and that everything was good to go, but that was not the case.
I would advise anyone looking to purchase tickets for an event to use the official event site or the event sanctioned reseller. I have asked for a refund, but I am not holding out hope. My concern is that although the tickets show Cat 1, the price on the ticket stub is for the "After Work" category, which I believe is for evening sessions Monday through Friday. Obviously, there are no evening sessions for the final day sessions. The official site shows 313 euros for Cat 1 final sessions. If these are official tickets from the event, why are they showing the wrong price?
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Tennis Tours. I expected better customer service and more transparency when it comes to ticket pricing. I hope that they can rectify this issue and improve their services in the future.
Tennistours.com Review: Poorly Placed Seats and Disappointing Customer Service
We recently bought tickets to the Mutua Madrid Open through Tennistours.com and boy, were we disappointed! We paid a hefty premium for what we thought were good seats, only to find out that our seats were located at the very back corner of the stadium. We were so far away from the action that we might as well have been watching the match on TV. To give you an idea of how bad the seats were, one ticket was priced at EUR8, but we were charged a whopping USD95 for it! We felt like we were robbed.
We reached out to Mike, the person in charge of Tennistours.com, to express our disappointment. We told him that we don't mind paying extra for good seats, but we felt like we were taken advantage of by paying almost three times the price for a poorly placed seat. We wanted to warn others not to use Tennistours.com because of our bad experience.
To our surprise, Mike's response was less than satisfactory. He simply told us that we agreed to their site's terms and conditions and that we received what we paid for. However, we were never given the opportunity to choose our seats, which was a major letdown.
We are extremely disappointed with Tennistours.com and their lack of customer service. We feel like we were scammed and taken advantage of. We hope that others will learn from our experience and avoid using Tennistours.com for their tennis ticket needs. Shame on you, Tennistours.com!
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Tennis Tours for Wimbledon 2021 Tickets
Hey there, my name's Natalia and I wanted to share my experience with Tennis Tours. So, I was super excited to surprise my hubby with tickets to Wimbledon 2021 for his 60th birthday. I ordered the tickets through Tennis Tours in August 2020 and everything seemed great - I got confirmation of my order and payment, and was looking forward to the tournament.
Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when my husband was diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma, which has a really poor prognosis. We knew we wouldn't be able to travel to the tournament, so I reached out to Tennis Tours customer service and even tried to contact the president and VP of Operations to see if we could get a refund or some kind of resolution.
But here's where things got frustrating - I called customer service multiple times and sent messages, but never got a reply. I mean, I paid service fees and everything, so it's really disappointing that I haven't been able to resolve this issue. I'm just hoping that someone from Tennis Tours will see this review and be able to help me out in this tough situation.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with the lack of response from Tennis Tours customer service. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to attending Wimbledon and had a great experience with the company up until this point. I just wish they would step up and help me out during this difficult time.
Disappointing Experience with Tennis Tours: A Review of US Open Ticket Package
I recently bought a ticket package for the US Open tennis tournament from Tennis Tours (tennistours.com) as a special gift for my wife's 50th birthday. However, I must say that I was not entirely satisfied with the experience.
Firstly, after signing up for the ticket package, I received an email that required me to sign and make a down payment. However, after that, there was a general lack of information for months, except for more payment requests. I was left wondering if I would receive anything from them at all. I called several times during the process to get information, but their business process was not very helpful.
Two weeks before the tennis tournament began, we finally received our tickets. However, Tennis Tours forgot to include Broadway play tickets that were supposed to be included in the package I purchased. I had to make another phone call to get the play tickets, but there was a catch. The tickets were located on the balcony, three rows from the back wall. It was not the best birthday gift for my wife.
The tennis seating was okay, but I wouldn't purchase tickets from Tennis Tours again because of their lack of customer service. It was a frustrating experience, and I expected better from a company that specializes in tennis tours. I hope they improve their customer service in the future, so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

Terrible Experience with Tennis Tours: No Refund for Postponed Roland Garros Tickets & Incorrect Tickets Issued
I bought tickets for Roland Garros back in July 2019 from Tennis Tours (tennistours.com). Unfortunately, due to Covid19, the tournament was postponed. I asked for a refund three times, but I never received any communication from the company. They gave me incorrect tickets earlier, which made the situation even worse. I strongly advise against using this company for any future tennis events.
Buyer Beware: Tennis Tours Has a Bad Reputation for Selling Fake Tickets
So, I was looking for some tickets to a tennis match and came across Tennis Tours. At first, I was pretty excited because they had some good deals and seemed legit. But after doing some research, I found out that they have a pretty bad reputation. I read some reviews on TripAdvisor and saw that people were warning others not to buy tickets from them. Apparently, they have a history of selling fake tickets or not delivering tickets at all.
I don't know about you, but I don't want to risk spending a lot of money on something that might not even be real. It's just not worth it. I would rather pay a little more for tickets from a reputable source than take a chance with Tennis Tours.
It's a shame because they do have some good deals, but I just can't trust them. I would rather spend a little more money and have peace of mind knowing that my tickets are legit.
So, if you're thinking about buying tickets from Tennis Tours, I would advise against it. Do your research and find a more trustworthy source. Don't risk getting scammed or disappointed.
Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Experience with Tennistours.com's Refund Process
So, I bought some tickets for the Montecarlo tennis Masters from tennistours.com. But, you know what? The tournament got cancelled because of COVID 19. And now, I'm still waiting for my refund. They keep promising me that they'll give me my money back, but nothing's happening. It's been a real hassle dealing with them. They keep making excuses and it's just not cool. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using this company. They're not reliable at all.
