Most times, I am terrified of having to contact TESLA. From past experience, I know in advance that it is going to be a frustration.
Today, for the past 30 minutes, I have been waiting for someone from the chat to come on. I continue to see the messages: We are currently experiencing higher than normal chat volume.
That's a lie. It is not "currently" only. It has always been like this.
Also tried to call on the phone several times. After I go through a long tree of prompts when you just think you may have reached the correct dept, the phone disconnects or we get the message to call back another time.
Can someone please help me? I am not able to log in to my solar roof account to view it. After I click the login button and enter my login credentials, the page recycles itself and presents me with the LogIn button again and again..
I am glad that I bought my ev car from BMW. How are people putting up with this kind of horrible TESLA service. I plan to share this experience with Wall Street Journal.
