Rent to appendix AA attached;
In short, my husband and I have escalated this complaint to Thai Airways (TA) senior staff and followed their procedures with patience. Despite multiple written complaints and office visits in the local area we are within (Copenhagen), we’ve received evasive responses.
In June 2024, we bought business class tickets to Sydney and later amended our booking, paying the additional fees applied. However, TA hasn’t provided updated e-tickets or receipts. After full payment of premium business-class tickets and subsequent “BAD REQUESTS” error message(s) from their site, we’ve made repeated attempts to resolve the issue via phone, email and even in person, but still no resolution. TA continues to withhold our money without issuing valid documents.
Claimed loss: In June 2024, we booked business-class tickets to Sydney, amended in August for October 2024 departure. Despite paying 46,000 DKK, TA hasn’t issued tickets or receipts. Urgent resolution needed.
Desired outcome: We request that TA immediately release the two business class tickets we originally purchased, along with the corresponding EMD receipts and itinerary. - or REPAY 46,000.00 DKKR (AU$10,151.00).

Finally - many months later Thai Airways got back to us. We have now received the e-tickets, assuming they will honor the tickets we purchased so that we can arrive home to Australia without further stress. We will know October 2024….. Likely, not to use Thai Airways again, sad really as we have been loyal customers with them for over 30 years.
