The plaque is very good quality and professionally manufactured. it was made precisely as I had ordered and it was delivered promptly, in perfect condition. This plaque is particularly important to me and my business because it is the first publication to our industry since my husband passed away. it is a recognition that honours his legacy and introduces the continuation of the business we began nearly 30 years ago. I am so pleased to have a professionally produced plaque for our office. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to work with them again

I am being harassed by this company. I was featured in the newspaper a couple of months ago, and am continuing to receive emails about an article that was ABOVE the article I was in. (For example, I received an award, but they're emailing me about an article concerning a local college kid in band. NOT ME). I received these emails almost DAILY in September, and requested to be taken off their list, because of the above reasons, and was given confirmation that their records would be updated. I have still received emails since then. -10/10. WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM BASED ON THIS HARASSMENT.

I have ordered from this company in the past with no issues. My last order I did not receive. After I paid over 200$. four weeks later I contacted them and was told they do not have a publication or an issue of the magazine, also that they do not have an estimated time on when that will occur. It has been almost seven weeks. I asked to cancel the order and have still not received any response. If you order from this company I would suggest to take advantage of the option to receive your plaque before purchasing. They will email you a photo of your plaque but that obviously does not mean they are able to make it.

We publish a magazine and have recently had a rush of complaints from our clients about calls and emails from Great News offering to sell them plaques promoting their editorial feature from our publication. The clients are considering it spam, worried it's a scam and don't like the harassment of the numerous calls and emails, and what they are stating to be shady tactics to attempt to make a sale. Bottom line though is that our content is copyrighted and is being attempted to be used by this company without our permissions, to make a profit. I would ask that they stop contacting our clients and using our copyrighted content.

I recently had a plaque done by That's Great News, LLC. They did a wonderful job. I received my order quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. I had never purchased something like this before so I really didn't know what to expect, or what it would actually look like. Everyone in my company was so pleased when we received it. We are planning on ordering two more to showcase various magazine articles that have been done on our company so we can showcase them proudly in our new showroom. I think sometimes as a small business owner it's hard to spend the money for something like a plaque - but once we saw the result we knew it was a solid investment. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job!

I was featured in an article and That's Great News reached out with marketing about their services. In response to some other customer reviews, I have to say that their marketing made it very clear that they were not associated with the publication I was featured in. I did not feel harassed and the outreach was (1) intro email, and then (1) follow-up. I am actually not a subscriber to the publication I was featured in, and so getting a hard copy to was a little complicated. Then I remembered the That's Great News correspondence. It was easy to order, it arrived quickly and in great packaging, and the quality is wonderful. I am so happy! It is officially on my wall and It commemorates a milestone for me. That easy.

I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their email lists, my IT department has even tried to block their domain but somehow they keep getting in. It's harassment, it's excessive and it has to stop. Several of my coworkers get these emails multiple times a week from multiple email addresses. Seeing "Kelly N in my inbox every. single. day. is a new form of torture and puts me into an immediate rage. I see below they are saying that email addresses have been removed but I bet those people start getting emails again as soon as their name is released in a news article. If not resolved I will issue a formal complaint. It's beyond any spam I have ever experienced. And it goes without saying I will NEVER use them.

Great company, great products
Great company, great products. We are a Residential design firm and our image is everything. We must impart confidence to our potential and existing client base. Hence. we work consistently to maintain a presence in relevant publications with interviews of our principals and, we seek peer recognition awards annually. Once attaining either, it's important to keep them alive and ever-present. That's where these guys come in. When a client comes into our studio to evaluate our capability, they are greated with a tastful array of these accomplishments. Since all are produced by "That's Great News", they are consistent in appearance and of the highest quality. All at very reasonable rates for the quality. It's needless to say more. We highly recommend That's Great News to keep your accomplishements alive as marketing tools.

They called my small dealership after the local newspaper did an article on us. They were nice and pleasant and sent me an email of the plaques they offer. The article was in 2 newspapers and they called about the article from the newspaper in a different town. I asked them to please use the article from the newspaper in the town we are located in. They said ok and when we got the plaque they used the article from the other town. I immediately called them and they took full responsibility and sent out a new plaque right away with the correct newspaper and said I could keep the first one and didnt charge me another dime for the new plaque. They were very nice and quick. The plaques they made for us are extremely nice. We have the second one hanging in our showroom and the first one hanging in my fathers office. I would surely use this company again.

I have bought 2 plaques from them so far. The first one was gorgeous, came really fast and I had no issues. The second one however was HUGE... like 2'x3'. I called and left a message that I just had no idea where I was going to put this massive thing. The next day I got a call back from customer service. The woman who helped me was SOOOO friendly and professional. She talked to graphic design to see if they could size down my article to send me one that is the same size as my first. She said she would personally make sure it was the correct size before sending it and then email me the tracking information. I was AMAZED at this incredible customer service and how fast they fixed my problem. I was unsure about this service but now I am giving the recommendation to everyone! I wish I got the lady's name but I totally forgot. Please tell your customer service team they're amazing and made my experience aweseome!

As publishers of ***That's Great News has been continuously harassing clients of my publication despite repeated requests for them to stop. They steal our material to reprint and profit from our publication and intellectual property. They DO NOT have permission to repurpose our content AT ALL. We have made it very clear that we do not want them to use our content or contact our clients and they still are as of last week. They take articles and other content from our magazine and try to sell plaques (using screenshots from outdated issues, which we would never do) back to our clients and other businesses. This relentless harassment reflects poorly on us as a business and has surely cost us revenue. Our clients have made it very clear that they do not appreciate the constant phone calls and emails, and have called us to complain, as they believe they are made on our behalf. I would like them to stop all contact with my clients and to stop using our content and repurposing it WITHOUT PERMISSION immediately.

I made the mistake 6 years ago when I was a new business order of purchasing a plaque from this company for an award I received. I realized my mistake when I was presented with a plaque at the awards ceremony after I had ordered one from Great News. After doing my research on the company I have wanted absolutely nothing to do with them, yet I have been emailed constantly. Sometimes it's to tell me they have a plaque ready for an award I won (that once I look it up is a 2 sentence mention buried in the middle of an article about something completely different), sometimes it is to tell me that I need to confirm my acceptance of an award. I have asked to be unsubscribed time and time again. They do nothing. Today I got another email which at the bottom of it had an image of their Complaintsboard.com rating. They listed themselves as having 4 1/2 stars. That confused me as I couldn't imagine how that was possible. After looking up their real rating of 1 1/2 stars I decided to write this review. What they are doing to me and thousands of other people is awful and harassing, but apparently not illegal. However misrepresenting their Complaintsboard.com rating seems a bit beyond that to me. I know that I trust the Complaintsboard.com to provide information I need about who I choose to do business with, and I hope someone can do something about this before more people get fooled into thinking that they're a reputable business.

I can't recall the last time telemarketing became this annoying! I must laugh about it now because they are creating unnecessary enemies in the modern world of business. While I can appreciate their vigor and persistence...NO MEANS NO! As an employee of a business, I'd be embarrassed at the idea, that I'd be told to call a business after begin told WE AREN'T INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, over and over again. Usually, all you need to do is verbally express, thank you for reaching out and sharing about your company, we're just not interested and please remove us from your call list. Ok, maybe a second or possibly a third time. I've spoken to over 5 of their telemarketers. I rather hear from robocalls! At least they get it! lol Anyway, needless to say, speaking with the Customer Service Representatives, it was time to channel up to management. Unfortunately, the scam even works within their internal operations. I was put on hold for 21 min when I had to get off the phone to tend to a real job. I don't know if there is more to this company than what we've experienced so far. However, without being all that business savvy, something seems fishy here! We're trying to block their number from our main phone line system, but it has been tricky due to our phone system infrastructure. I am perplexed regarding how difficult it has been to simply delete our number. At this point, not only have they caused harm to their own brand, but have further grieved some employees within our company. It's not great news...or a great sales tactic at all. Professionalism and respect usually go a LONG WAY! They may want to try this.

I work for a very large university. This company calls our admissions office repeatedly to ask for people that do not work in our office, our building, or our department. We have never heard of these people. If you are going to make spam phone calls, at least have the decency and the diligence to find the correct phone number for the people you are trying to scam. If you can find their name, you can certainly do a Google search for their directory information.

They make it sound to the clients like *** Online is somehow affiliated with them. We are NOT! I have left a voicemail, emails them 3x and NO response. I have asked them nicely to stop as my clients are getting upset with these unsolicited messages and they have nothing to do with my business. They literally message them within hours of the magazine being published. It needs to stop, and I thought was actually by order of the governor, something that could be fined right now. It if continues I am contacting my attorney to file legal action.

My husband was on the cover of the local newspaper, and I was very proud of him. Thats Great News then contacted my husband (unsolicited), trying to sell him a plaque of his front page story.. Being a proud wife I wanted to purchase this for him. I reached out to the company to get more information, and see some mock-ups. I indicated that I liked the black metal kind and that I wanted to proceed with an order. A rep contacted me and sent me an invoice to review and a request for me to get back to them to confirm some details (shipping and credit card info). I did not email them back for two days because we had been busy moving my father-in-law into a nursing home. Despite not hearing from me, and me NEITHER FINALIZING NOR CONFIRMING my order, they shipped the order to an incorrect address (where we are not capable of taking delivery of the product). It is fraudulent to send an order when I did not have an opportunity to finalize the details of the order. This is predatory.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I love the way this company me when I had an issue with my order. I'm sure we'll both admit they got it wrong the first time and/but when let them know, That's Great News, LLC re-did my order and they was really professional and also in a timely manner I might add! People always remember the way another makes you feel. So chalk me up for a great experience with this company.
They are now incessantly calling Canadian employers of people who have been mentioned in articles despite being told to remove us from their lists AND blocking their numbers. They're using SPAM tactics - changing numbers, lying about the articles (saying authored when the person is just mentioned once), multiple calls everyday, etc.
All is well. Had an issue with blurriness. MaryGrace took control of the situation, and with a little effort, we were able to get a product that was more satisfactory for the client and the company. Excellent customer service.
