Scam!
If you buy anything on their website youll never see your money again and never receive your order. This has happened to hundreds of people over christmas and they need to be shut down! There is zero customer support so don’t expect to ever speak to anyone. They should not continue to be in business and with the amount of complaints they have had it’s [censored] they’re still selling fake products to people and continue to take their money. Shut them down. If I could rate them a zero I would! Don’t waste your time!
Would love to review but my order never showed up
I placed an order on December 13th for a Christmas present for my husband. Haven't received it so I went through their very cumbersome and confusing steps to report that my order may have been lost. I received automated responses that were NO help so I emailed again and was told in a response email on the 28th that my request was being escalated to a specialist and I would be contacted asap. I'm still waiting! At this point I'm ready to go through my bank and report as a scam. Seriously dissatisfied.
Recommendation: Don't waste your time.

I love my Adventure Challange subscription! They are high quality and very fun! I recently had an order go missing. Customer service was very prompt in getting back to me and a few days later the item arrived. They checked back with me several times to make sure that I had received my order and was happy. Not sure about other negative reviews, but I am on my 6th box and everything had been great!

Terrible. Never received my box so I reached out to them to get a replacement. They said to send back the old box and I told them I never received it so I couldn't return something I never received. They then said I needed to pay for shipping on a new box even though I already paid for the first one.

My shipment was lost. When I contacted them initially, *** told me to wait until after 2q days and that if my order still hadn't arrived, they'd send a new order. I emailed on day 22. *** replied right away saying it was being forwarded to a specialist, whom I'd hear back from "shortly". It's now been days and I haven't heard from anyone. I've tried emailing *** again and now she just ignores my emails.

I tried purchasing as a birthday gift, I never received the product or was notified the delivery was attempted, once the product was sent back, I couldn't get a full refund and had to pay shipping. So i lost money and got no product. DO NOT BUY, worst customer service.

I ordered at the beginning of November in hopes of gifting for Christmas. Well over $200 spent. I'm starting to think I was scammed out of my money and will never receive these goods. As it's a week before Christmas and I have nothing...No product, no tracking, no contact, nothing. There has been ZERO customer service response...none by email, chat, phone, or facebook. Buyer beware! They seemed legit - solid looking FB page, website, and IG account.. UGH.
So this was my second package. I loved the first one so I ordered another one as a wedding gift for my friend and by mistake i put my old address for shipping. The tracking info stated deliver by May 2...then changed to May 7. It is know May 18 and I have not received the order and the tracking only states in transit. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I would leave zero stars if I was able.

I bought the couple's edition & the family edition recently
I bought the couple's edition & the family edition recently. And I have to admit, we ended up having so much fun completing some of these challenges so far! They have been the highlights of our holidays and it actually feels like we came so much more closer as a family. You start to know a lot of little things about each other you never thought you wouldn't know. The books are sleek, look like they'll last you for long as I see the potential for this to be a valued possession.

I also used the 10% off coupon and that was great but received an email a few hours later offering 15% off! I contacted the chat on the website and they made it right and gave the extra 5% right away. Absolutely superb customer service! I can't wait to give one to my husband for father's day!"

Adventure challenge boxes are wonderful
Adventure challenge boxes are wonderful. I've never been displeased with any of the 8 boxes I've received this far. They even sent a free extra repeat box to keep or share with someone else due to some shipping issues. They definitely made up for it. They are wonderful about keeping in touch with every shipment, and responding to emails very quickly. I've recommend the adventure challenge to so many people and so far everyone loves it. Will continue my monthly boxes as long as they keep making them. "

Do not order ANYTHING from this company. I paid for an order and never received it. It is impossible to get a hold of them - no phone number. E mails are ignored. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to ever get my order - almost 2 months late. They did nothing to compensate me for all the trouble I went through. As I read the other reviews, I realize this is a pattern with this company. Do not believe any reviews that tell you it was a great experience. This company is dishonest. I had to leave one star, but they deserve none.

I ordered 2 books 12/5 and they were never received. I spoke to *** from *** and was told there would be a reshipment to the new address that I provided and that someone would contact me shortly. Its now been weeks since that conversation and I still havent heard anything even after reaching out multiple times. What should have been Christmas gifts is now completely ruined. I would love to find out whether or not my books are coming or if I can be issued a refund for the full amount. Its so frustrating dealing with this around the holidays.

This challenge book is awesome. I was so sad to see that at the beginning of the yr, so many ppl were not receiving products and w so many emailing customer support; many good lost in the shuffle. Now that the mail services are beginning to get back to normal after covid caUsed so soo many delays. I really hope ppl take this into consideration when deciding whether or not to purchase. Trust me. Folks! This is something you will enjoy doing for months to come. And, especially with the instant camera, you can instantly write little notes and stick a photo to the book. The memories you will make is another fantastic reason to invest in such a fun program

I have been reaching out for a week now to no avail
I have been reaching out for a week now to no avail. This package was supposed to arrive May 8. And all the tracking says is In Transit, ***. My emails have been ignored. My direct messages on Instagram have been ignored. I even commented for help on two post and my comments were deleted. I tried to used the chat feature on their website and received and automated message like the emails I have sent. When prompted to reply help I was still ignored. I just want to know where my package is and when I will get it. I ordered this in April for a *** Day gift which she obviously still have yet to get. I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service. I should have already been shipped a replacement via express because I fear my package is lost and the Adventure Challenge truly doesnt care. They already have my money.

Do not buy from this Company! I was so excited to buy the couples and friends edition and now I regret it.. On November 30th I ordered the friends edition which stated it was on back order but would be in shock in early Dec and here by Christmas. Since then I have received no email with any updates. I have emailed them multiple times regarding this order and no response at all! Christmas is in 3 days and they can't even answer an email but had no issue taking my money almost a month ago! I ordered the couples edition on Dec 10th. That order has shipped. Where is it? Well not a clue because the tracking updates just say "in transit, arriving late." So that looks like yet another Christmas present I won't have in time. I am no longer surprised that there is no contact number as they clearly do not wish to respond to complaints or answer questions regarding orders. I can only imagine what *** I will go through trying to get my money back as I can't get a response from them.

Very poor customer service! I ordered their bundle which consists of challenge books for Friends, Family and Couples. I was aware their Friends book was on back order because they stated the books would be in stock mid-November, which was only a week away from when I ordered, November 13th. Since then, the website has changed their date from late-November, to early-December, to just saying it's on back-order. I purchased these books as a gift from my daughter and son in-law for Xmas. This company does not have solid customer support to inform their customers of what is going on. Their Facebook page is filled with complaints about their lack of response; some people have been waiting since October for their order. The person who handled their Facebook messenger response gives out "canned" responses which only leads to more customers being angry. Do not buy from this company. You will likely have to deal with all the headaches that me and others are going through and I will likely never see a refund because their response time is outrageously slow!

I would love the actual product I ordered or a refund. I attached a screenshot of the shipping from DHL which shows how much the package even weighed - which is not the weight it should have been if it was a hardcover book and camera set.

5 items were ordered Oct 19, 2020. At time of ordering, 2 items were "backordered" but expected to ship at the end of October. 3 items were in stock. No items have yet to ship. Every time Ive contacted their customer service, I was told that items were "Stuck in customs, but should ship shortly." This is what I was told mid Nov, late Nov, and again what they are posting in response to negative customer comments on their Facebook page. I have reached out via their customer service email, chat, facebook, and left a voicemail and have gotten no response. I have gotten no updates period outside of the times that I reached out to them seeking answers. In looking at their Facebook Community page, that I am not alone in having these significant issues and that there are many other customers (some who ordered even before I did in early Oct) are a common occurance.

We have been waiting for over two months for our products and they still have not arrived. We ordered on 10/18 and assumed that we could have this as a Christmas gift. Has not been delivered. We were promised that it would ship by 12/14 with an extra calendar as an apology gift. It did not ship on 12/14, they sent a email saying it shipped on 12/17 but there was not mention of the calendar in the email. The tracking number shows that Fed Ex is still waiting for it. The company has shut down its chat feature for customer service and is only taking emails that generate a stock reply. We are out our money, our Christmas gift, and our faith that this company can do what it says it can do. As of Dec. 21, 2020, I have not received any updates for my order. All in stock products are expected to process and ship out in 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is 3-10 business days or 2 business days if you purchased express shipping. On Dec. 20th, 2020 I ordered the Couples Addition Adventure Challenge with Camera, The Adventure Box, and the Adventure Box, due to the open of the order it also included a "free" blanket. The Adventure Box add-on is a recurring subscription which I also opted to include in my order. The cost is as follows: Couples Additional Adventure Challenge $147.99, reoccurring Adventure Box $39.99/month, and the blanket was free based on order amount. On Dec. 24th, 2020 I received a shipment notification including a *** tracking number with an anticipated delivery date of Sat. Jan. 2nd, 2021. I received one(1)14x12x3 inch box weighing 3.1 lbs, this information was included in the tracking information from ***. When I opened the box it only contained the "free" blanket and not the paid items included in my order. As directed by their website and customer service email, I have attempted to contact them numerous times regarding my order and the status of my additional items and/or next steps. I have not received any response from The Adventure Challenge despite multiple attempts to communicate including Facebook, email, and by phone. When you contact the business by phone you receive an automated message without any option to speak with a live representative. At the time of my order the friend adventure books were back ordered and per their website, the books would be available mid-November. Mid-November came and went and their website was updated to "end of November". End of November came and went and they updated their website to "early December". Well, early December came and went too! In the meantime, I had emailed them inquiring about when the books would be available to ship. Nobody returned my email. I waited several days and tried to reach out to them on Facebook messenger. To which I received a canned response. I have replied to posts on their Facebook page, each time receiving a message to send them my order and they would look into it. I have now sent my order # 4 times in messenger, and absolutely ZERO response. This company has taken thousands of peoples money and has ignored the multitude of inquiries on their Facebook posts. They have whined about how they are a small company trying to do their best yet they have peoples money. These books are supposed to be a gift to my Daughter and Son in-law for Christmas. They have had every opportunity to hire more people and get their proverbial [censored] in gear to support their growing business yet all they have done is send out canned messages to pacify their customer base. This is the WRONG way to go about running a business as ANY small business will tell you that excellent customer service is key to maintaining and growing their business.
