After filling out form online entailing everything about my vehicle like damage, miles, catalytic converter still on vehicle or not and so fourth I excepted an of $1,125 and was also told like many other unsatisfied customers that we would be contacted by tow truck driver the next day and he would schedule pick up and bring a check. Well 4 days later and way too many phone calls finally a man and woman show up, not tow truck mind you, and absolutely nothing was different about my vehicle that wasn’t disclosed in online form but proceeded to tell my son that the man on the phone said $700 or nothing. We had to buy a brand new $160 battery to make sure it started and everything! They took advantage of my 23 yr old son and they should be ashamed for conducting business this way!
Desired outcome: Would like additional $600 paid to make up the difference of the $1,125 offer and cost of battery that wasn’t suppose to be driven off with!!

You were given an offer of $1,125 after filling out the online form with all the necessary details about your vehicle, only to have it reduced to $700 at the last minute. It's unacceptable that they didn't honor the original agreement, especially after you went through the trouble of buying a brand-new battery to ensure the car was ready for pick-up.
It's frustrating that it took four days and numerous phone calls before anyone showed up, and then to have them not even bring a tow truck is just adding insult to injury. Your son shouldn’t have had to deal with such a situation, and it's clear that this is not how business should be conducted.
