I was dissatisfied with one of the products. Customer service was very apologetic for any inconvenience and were happy to arrange for FedEx to pick up and return at no cost to me.

The Company Store Very well and satisfied

I ordered two euro pillow cases (on final sale). I ordered before reading the reviews and was very nervous. However I had no problems at all. My order came about a week later and exactly what I ordered in good condition so overall very satisfied.

The Company Store I am confused

I see lots of negative reviews yet my three experiences have been stellar. I am a retired doctor and have zero connections with this company. Yet I think they are beyond great. An expensive down comforter was fantastic, pillow protectors very good and a $180 down pillow exceeded all expectations. Not to mention they beat Amazon for rapid delivery every time. I think this outfit is great. We will continue to be customers and fans. Drs. Ken and Mauri K.

The Company Store Surprisingly pleasing

Bought my daughter some Christmas pajamas. They were fleece. Smelled weird. Washed them on warm twice to try to get the smell out. They shrunk. Called the company to talk about the bad smell and needing a size up- and they shipped me a size up and let me keep the old ones, free of charge. Now that's great customer service. The pj's are her favorite btw. Super cute and warm. 100% cotton. Wish they did not have flame $#*!ants though, which might be the culprit when it comes to the funny smell.

The Company Store UNBELIEVABLE lifetime guarantee!

My husband and I bought a down comforter from The Company Store so many years ago that we forgot when--but definitely past the multi-year warranty--probably more than twenty years. Our comforter recently started to open at the seams, so we thought that we would send them pictures and ask for advice. We were hoping to be able to purchase a new comforter at a reduced rate since we knew that our comforter had greatly exceeded the warranty date. We were SO pleased to learn that they would still honor the warranty, and in a matter of two days sent us a brand new gorgeous down replacement comforter. We couldn't be more pleased with this level of service and will certainly keep buying products from this great company.

The Company Store Bridal Show Winner!

I received several phone calls and emails from The Company Store asking me to accept my prize from the Bridal Show in Phoenix, AZ. They gave me the opportunity to choose ANYTHING on their website that totaled $250. Because what I chose exceeded that amount when including taxes and shipping, they said I would have to pay the difference. I said I would prefer for them to choose what to send me as long as I didn't have to pay any extra money on my free prize. Sure enough, the correspondents sent me a specific list (I chose the color) including a comforter, sheets, and pillow cases in which I didn't pay a dime. We are enjoying these products every day and it makes our room very colorful. I definitely give this company a thumbs up for their customer service.

My issue with this company is not their products or their ability to ship their products. My issue is their complete refusal to stop sending me catalogs and advertising circulars. I have been trying for at least 5 months to get off their mailing list. I have called and sent emails and am always assured I have been removed from their lists. However, the catalogs keep coming. I wasn't thrilled with the item I bought from them, and I certainly do not want their catalogs!

The Company Store The Company Store: A Disappointing Experience with Terrible Customer Service

This company ain't worth your time or money, folks. I ordered a bunch of stuff from their website, thinking it would all ship out in a jiffy. But nope, turns out one of the items was backordered and they didn't bother telling me until I called them up four days later. What kind of customer service is that?

So I changed the item to a bigger size, which they said they had in stock. But when my order finally arrived a week later, that item wasn't even in the package! And to top it all off, they charged my credit card fifty bucks more than they were supposed to. I called them up to cancel the missing item and get my refund, but the first lady I spoke to was completely useless. We talked for fifteen whole minutes and got nowhere.

I had to call back a few days later and talk to someone else, who finally admitted that they charged me too much. But now she's saying they already refunded me the difference, even though my credit card statement doesn't show it. I don't know about you, but I don't trust a company that can't even get their own billing right.

So take my advice and steer clear of The Company Store. They're a bunch of crooks who don't care about their customers. I'm never buying from them again, and neither should you.

The Company Store The Company Store's Shipping Policy Falls Short: A Frustrating Experience

I recently ordered some towels from The Company Store on August 23rd. I received an email on August 25th stating that my items had been shipped, so I thought everything was good to go. However, on August 29th, I checked the shipping information and it was still showing "Label created" but no shipping information. This meant that my package had not left their warehouse yet.

I decided to call their customer service to see what was going on. They told me to contact the shipping company, UPS, because they had the package and were within their 7 to 10 days shipping policy. I contacted UPS and they told me that they did not have the package at the time. This was frustrating because UPS is not in the business of holding packages and not shipping them.

I called The Company Store back and was told again that they were within their 7 to 10 days shipping policy. I could hear several other operators in the background saying the same thing to other customers. I decided to wait, but I asked why they would send me a UPS tracking number if they hadn't shipped it yet. They didn't have an answer for me, except for the fact that they had 7 to 10 days to ship.

I waited until the 11th business day from my order and checked the tracking number again. To my surprise (not really), it still had not shipped. I called again and was told that they were sorry and that they would contact the shipper to find out why my package had not shipped yet.

As someone who works for a company that ships products to customers on a daily basis, I knew that they were lying about the shipping company holding the product. Finally, on the 12th business day, the towels showed as being shipped. I only hope that they are the correct towels and that I don't have to return them.

Overall, my experience with The Company Store was frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service was not helpful and they did not provide any real answers or solutions to my problem. I would not recommend ordering from them in the future.

The Company Store Poor Customer Service and Defective Products from The Company Store

Me and my hubby ordered a soft touch ultra fleece sheet set from The Company Store and we were told it was backordered. But guess what? We got it 4 - 6 weeks earlier than we thought! We were so excited to put it on our bed, but when we did, we saw holes and white circle stickers near them. What a bummer! We called right away and asked for a pick-up and a solution. We didn't expect to get used and defective stuff from The Company Store! The item was picked up, but we're still waiting for our credit card refund.

Today, we got a 20% family and friend discount from them, but it reminded me that we still haven't received our refund and no one did anything to make us happy. So, I called again and asked for a Manager. Patricia, the Customer Service Manager, was so rude! My hubby came in to say goodbye to me and she said I was interrupting her. I told her I was just answering him, but she didn't care. She sounded like she was in a bad mood from the start and I didn't like it.

The Company Store needs to learn how to treat customers better. They have poor customer service, poor communication, and a bad attitude. They don't know how to keep customers happy. Customer retention is important, but they don't seem to care. I asked them to remove our names and address from their promotions, catalogues, and mailings.

The Company Store Disappointing Customer Service Experience with The Company Store

So, I was browsing the internet on June 27th and stumbled upon The Company Store's website. They were having a sale for the 4th of July, offering a whopping 30% off on orders over $500. I was eyeing a large purchase, but I needed to see the colors in better light. The next morning, I put everything in my cart to see what the damages would be. I had to leave for an appointment, but when I got back home, I had decided to go for it and place my order. However, much to my surprise, the 30% discount did not apply! It said that I had not met the criteria or something. I was confused and frustrated, so I decided to give the company a call.

The girl who answered my call put me on hold for over 10 minutes and came back to tell me that there was nothing she could do. I was not satisfied with her answer, so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager told me that I should have taken a screenshot of the sale price! What?! Who would have thought of that when the 4th of July sale was still going on?! I had to argue with her, but FINALLY she honored the sale price. However, I did not receive any order confirmation or anything, even though she told me that everything was in stock.

When I went to check my order, the item was 30% off again! I called back on July 2nd and the girl found my order, sent me an invoice, and told me that my order would go out on Tuesday, July 5th and should arrive in IL, from WI, by Friday, the 8th. Today is the 8th, and my order has not shipped yet! I have now called five different times and spoken to six different people! Today when I called, I was not even given a manager! I was on hold for over 20 minutes and STILL did not speak with a manager! EVERY SINGLE TIME I place an order with this company, there is a problem. They do NOT know what they are doing!

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with The Company Store's customer service. It is frustrating to have to deal with so many issues every time I place an order. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

The Company Store Disappointing Experience with The Company Store: Poor Quality and Slow Customer Service

I've been a loyal customer of The Company Store for a few years now and have purchased several items from them. While I've had some positive experiences, I've also had my fair share of issues.

Two years ago, I splurged on a bedding set that cost me over $500. The percale cotton sheets are amazing and I absolutely love them. However, the comforter is just okay and not as nice as my Lands End one. The biggest disappointment was the blue blanket that I purchased for $130. After washing it according to the care instructions, it filled my washer and dryer with a pound of lint, shrunk by a third of its size, and became so pilled that I had to put it away in a drawer. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because it was outside of the return window.

I've also had multiple issues with their mobile ordering system. For instance, I couldn't paste a promo code in and hit apply. Instead, I had to delete a character and re-write it to get it to work. I've accidentally ordered duplicates and even ordered just one pillowcase instead of two on two separate orders. If you hit the back button, it will empty your whole shopping cart. Additionally, you can't shop while not logged in and then log in later because it will empty your shopping cart. There's no way to auto-apply promo codes either. Unfortunately, there's no way to bring these issues to their attention since the only customer service available is through email and phone.

When I've reached out to customer service with questions about colors or stock, it takes them 2-3 weeks to reply. I ordered a quilt set for my daughter and the sheets went out of stock. It took me 7 weeks to hear back that they were discontinuing them permanently. They didn't offer any suggestions on other sheets that would match, and they didn't seem familiar with their own products. As a result, I ended up buying everything else on Amazon.

Fulfillment is also slow, especially for a company that's supposed to be better than Wayfair or Overstock. It usually takes 2-3 days before the order ships, and then it takes over a week to receive it.

Overall, I'm really disappointed because I used to love The Company Store. However, since Home Depot bought them in 2017, the quality of their products and customer service has gone downhill.

The Company Store Mixed Experience with The Company Store: Overpriced Products and Selective Reviews

So, I went on The Company Store's website to buy a cooling mattress pad. The reviews were good, so I decided to splurge on a $140 item. But when I got it, it smelled like chemicals even after washing it twice. Plus, it reflected heat back onto me instead of absorbing it like it was supposed to. I wrote a review online saying all this, and decided to return it even though I had to pay $20 for shipping. But then, The Company Store sent me a personalized apology email and offered to pick up the item and return it at their expense. That was a good move on their part, I thought.

But then, FedEx came and took the pad, but I didn't get a credit for weeks. I finally called and the rep said he'd issue the credit, but it took 4 days to show up in my account. I wonder if I would have gotten it if I hadn't called? Also, my "bad" review never got posted on their site, so the mattress pad still has a 4.9 out of 5 rating. How many other people got emailed instead of posting their comments?

Anyway, I ordered a different mattress pad from them, and it was better than the first one in terms of overheating. But it shrank up a lot. And then, I found the exact same mattress pad on another site for only $36, compared to the $109 price at The Company Store. That's a huge markup! Even if I return the second pad for $20 shipping, I'm still saving about $50.

So, I'm not sure if The Company Store is worth it. Their customer service is okay, but they only publish positive reviews and their products are available for much cheaper elsewhere. Be careful if you decide to buy from them.

The Company Store Disappointing Experience with The Company Store's Customer Service and Delivery

I had a chat with the customer service of The Company Store for an hour to explain what I wanted to buy. I was excited to receive my order, but after two deliveries, I was disappointed to find out that everything I received was wrong. I got the exact opposite of what I wanted! I mean, how do you go from buying feather/down to an alternative? I had to return my entire order, which included four pillows, pillow covers, a mattress topper, and a mattress topper cover. It was a hassle to lug all that stuff to UPS. It was not fun at all!

When they received the packages back, I encountered another problem. I could not purchase what I originally wanted until I received my refund. I have a higher limit on my card, and I could purchase what I wanted, but I was told I could not. I did not know a store could tell me what I could purchase and when. The lady I chatted with told me she would give me two-day shipping for free when I could purchase what I wanted after my refund. The thing is, everyone gets two-day shipping. What the heck?

Then I was told I had a 20% discount for all the problems they have caused. I thought, well, at least that is something. Just to make sure I was clear, I repeated what she wrote. Then I told her, "You do realize The Company is offering 25% off on bedding?" She told me I would have to choose when I received my refund in three to five days whether I wanted the 20% off or 25% off my new order. So, what did they give me for the aggravation? NOTHING!

Also, the customer service representative pretended that I was no longer on the chat and was going to close it. I told her, "Nice try," because I sent myself a copy of the chat. She had no idea I could do that. All of a sudden, she said, "Sorry, I thought I lost you." Then I asked to speak with a manager, and they gave me a phone number to call.

I will not recommend this store or its products to anyone, and I know a lot of people! The Company Store needs to improve its customer service and make sure they deliver the right products to their customers.

The Company Store Disappointing Experience with The Company Store: Back-Ordered Pillow Cases and Long Wait Times

I ordered some sheets and pillow cases from The Company Store on August 1st. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues. When I placed my order, I wasn't informed that the pillow cases were on back order. I waited for two weeks, but I didn't receive my order. I decided to call customer service to inquire about my order. The representative informed me that the fitted and flat sheets were in, but they were holding them because the pillow cases were on back order. She told me that the pillow cases would be available on August 17th. I asked her to send the flat and fitted sheets anyway, which they did.

On August 20th, I called again to check if the pillow cases were in yet. The representative told me that they were in, but they hadn't been shipped to me yet. She advised me to check back in a few days to see if they had been shipped. I called back on August 22nd, and I was informed that they hadn't received the pillow cases yet, and they didn't have a new date when they would be available.

I expressed my frustration to the representative, and she told me that she could put in an inquiry to find out when they might be available, but it might take a while to get an answer. I was disappointed because I wouldn't have ordered these sheets if I had known that one of the items was on back order. At this point, I was ready to send the flat and fitted sheets back and cancel the back order. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company unless you have a lot of time to wait for your product.

As of September 2018, I still haven't received the pillow cases that were on back order. I contacted customer service, and I was told that they only received 300 sets from the distributor, and there were 800 back orders. They were expecting another shipment on October 3rd, and I would receive my order at that time. However, on November 1st, I still hadn't received my back-ordered pillow cases. I called customer service again, and I was informed that they weren't expecting another delivery until February 2019. I decided to cancel my back order, and I will never order from this company again.

The Company Store Nightmare Experience with The Company Store: Unsecured Website, Back-Ordered Items, and Wrong Sizes

I gotta say, I had a real bad time with The Company Store. I ordered a twin comforter, bedskirt, blanket, and throw on September 1st, and it was a total nightmare from the get-go. Their dang website kept telling me it wasn't secure when I tried to order, and it kicked me off a bunch of times. I've had this problem before, and it's a real pain in the butt. It was so hard to place my order, but I finally managed it. Then, I found out that two of the items were back-ordered until the middle of October. I waited three weeks, and I never got the items that were supposed to be available. So, I called customer service and talked to this real doofus who couldn't tell me anything about my order. It was like talking to a brick wall. I hung up and called the credit card I used to pay for the order, and they told me that The Company Store had tried to charge my card, but it was denied. I told them I felt like something was fishy with the company, and they made a note on my account. The next day, I called The Company Store back and talked to a different customer service rep. She was a little more helpful and explained what was going on with my order. She asked for the name of the first CSR I talked to and said she would look into the unsecured website. She finally managed to get two of the items shipped, but the others wouldn't be available until mid-October. She said she would expedite the shipping at no extra charge. I got the first half of my order, but the bedskirt for my twin bed was huge. This has happened before with their products. Nothing is ever the right size! I finally got the second half of my order last week, and I was expecting a throw and a twin blanket. Well, I got the throw, but it wasn't worth the money, and I got a fitted king-size sheet with a label for the white twin blanket. How crazy is that?! So, I called customer service again and complained. The rep told me to keep the sheet at no charge and said she would re-order the blanket. After dealing with this mess for six weeks, I canceled the re-order and asked for a credit for the blanket. I'm gonna keep an eye on my credit card, though, 'cause I don't trust The Company Store to actually credit me. I used to be a long-time customer of theirs, but I'm never, ever ordering from them again. They lost my business for good!

The Company Store Disappointed with The Company Store's Decline in Quality and Style Since Being Sold to Home Depot

I used to be a big fan of The Company Store, but things have definitely changed since they were sold to Home Depot. I used to love getting their catalog in the mail and buying lots of stuff from them, but now I only buy once a year and have to scan the reviews first because buying anything from them is a gamble now. It's a shame because I have comforters, pillows, and sheets that are in great condition going on 15 years, washed many, many times on sanitize cycle. Everything has held up like a champ! Guests always comment on how comfortable our bed and bedding is, and that's because there is a 15-year-old feather top, down comforter, and $250 feather pillows made by The Company Store when they were based out of Wisconsin, made there and not corporate owned.

However, since they were sold to Home Depot, there is a noticeable change in the quality and style of their products. I used to love their prints; unique, high quality, "Scando" style. But looking at their website the past week, there wasn't one print or style that made me swoon, want to buy, or wishlist. Anything I bought was on clearance; all prints and styles from almost a year and a half ago. Also, anything I've bought in the past few years is lacking the original quality. I WAS a fan of their 300 count organic cotton sheets?something about them, nothing compares. Those sheets have lasted a lifetime even with multiple washes on sanitize?soft but still held their crisp shape and sturdy. Anything I've bought in the past five years is a different story. I've sent back sheets and pillowcases that were so poorly sewn it makes you think they have zero quality control and don't care. And some were see-through?so thin and flimsy the worst quality! The only products that are still well made are the sheets, blankets, towels, and bath mats that are made in Portugal. Everything else is mostly made in China and has gone downhill?

I hope they read these reviews and change back to their high quality, well-made, beautiful products instead of the junk they're pumping out these days. Unfortunately, I doubt that will happen. It's a shame because I used to be a loyal and longtime fan of The Company Store.

The Company Store Customer service - back order (Buyer Beware!)

I placed an order on August 1st for flat and fitted sheets along with matching pillow cases. At the time I ordered, I was never told that the pillow cases were on back order. Two weeks after ordering I still hadn't received my order so I called them and was told that the fitted and flat sheets were in but they were holding them because the pillow cases were on back order and would be in on the 17th. I asked them to send the flat and fitted sheets anyway, which they did. On August 20th I called to see if the pillow cases were in yet and I was told that they were but that they hadn't been shipped to me yet. The customer service rep told me to check back in a few days to see if they had been shipped. I called back again on 8/22 and I'm now told that they haven't received them yet and they don't have a new date when they'll be available.
After expressing my frustrations with the rep she told me that she could put in an inquiry to find out when they might be available but it might take awhile to get an answer. I would never have ordered these sheets if I'd have known one of the items was back ordered. At this point I'm ready to send the flat and fitted sheets back and cancel the back order. Don't order from this company unless you have a lot of time to wait for your product.
Update: As of Sept 2018 I still haven't received the pillow cases that were back ordered. I contacted customer service and was told that they only rec'd 300 sets from the distributor and that there were 800 back orders but that they were expecting another shipment on 10/3 and that I would receive my order at that time. 11/1/18 still haven't received my back ordered pillow cases so I once again called customer service and was told that now they weren't expecting another delivery until Feb 2019. I cancelled my back order and will NEVER order from this company again.

The Company Store Will never do business with them again. horrible customer service!

I placed an order the 1st of September for a twin comforter, bedskirt, blanket and throw. Nightmare experience with this order from the beginning. TCS website kept telling me it was not secured when trying to order. Kicked me off numerous times. Have had this issue before. Very difficult placing an order. When I finally was able to place the order, two items were back ordered for middle of October. After three weeks, I realized that I never received the available items. Called and spoke to an inept customer service rep... he could not tell me anything about my order. NOTHING! The conversation felt fraudulent. Hung up and called credit card I charged the order to and found out that TCS had tried to charge to my card and it was denied. I explained to credit card that I felt something wasn't right with the company and they noted on my account. I called TCS back the next day and spoke to another CSR. She was more helpful and explained everything to her about order, etc... she asked for name of CSR and said would check into unsecured website. She finally was able to get two items shipped and other items not available until mid October and would expedite at no charge. Received the first half of order, but bedskirt for twin bed was huge. This has happened before with product. Nothing is true to size... everything is huge! Finally received the 2nd half of order last week. Expecting a throw and twin blanket. Well, I received the throw, which was not worth the money, and a fitted king size sheet with a label for the white twin blanket. How crazy is this! So, called CSR again and complained. She told me to keep the sheet no charge and would re-order blanket. After 6 weeks dealing with this fiasco, I canceled the re-order and asked that I am credited for blanket. The Company Store What happened to the quality?

I WAS (past tense) a loyal and longtime fan of The Company Store. Loved getting the catalog in the mail. I have comforters, pillows and sheets that are in great condition going on 15 years, washed many, many times on sanitize cycle. Everything has held up like a champ! Guests comment that our bed and bedding is so comfortable?that's because there is a 15 year old feather top, down comforter and $250 feather pillows made by The Company Store when they were based out of Wisconsin, made there and not corporate owned. Times have definitely changed?

Since they were sold to Home Depot there is a noticeable change in the quality and style of their products. I used to buy A LOT of stuff from them. Now i buy once a year and scan the reviews first because buying anything from them is a gamble now. I used to love their prints; unique, high quality, "Scando" style. Looking at their website the past week, there wasn't one print or style that made swoon, want to buy or wishlist. Anything i bought was on clearance; all prints and styles from almost a year and a half ago. Also, anything I've bought in the past few years is lacking the original quality. I WAS a fan of their 300 count organic cotton sheets?something about them, nothing compares. Those sheets have lasted a lifetime even with multiple washes on sanitize?soft but still held their crisp shape and sturdy. Anything I've bought in the past five years is a different story. I've sent back sheets and pillowcases that were so poorly sewn it makes you think they have zero quality control and don't care. And some were see through?so thin and flimsy the worst quality! The only products that are still well made are the sheets, blankets, towels and bath mats that are made in Portugal. Everything else is mostly made in China and has gone downhill?

I hope they read these reviews and change back to their high quality, well made, beautiful products instead of the junk they're pumping out these days. Unfortunately i doubt that will happen?

The Company Store keeps sending me catalogs even though I have tried multiple times to be taken off their mailing list. In March 2021, I followed the instructions on their catalog to request removal. However, I still received more catalogs, so on May 6, 2021, at 12:35 EDT, I sent an email requesting to be removed, providing my full name and address. On May 11, 2021, I received a response from *** at *** stating that I would be removed, but might still receive 2-3 additional mailings. Despite this, I continued to receive catalogs throughout the summer. On August 2, 2021, I emailed the customer service email address again, requesting removal and providing all the necessary information. Unfortunately, I never received a response to that email, and the catalogs keep coming. If I have put in so much effort to be taken off their mailing list, I can only imagine how many people are receiving these catalogs each month who don't want them. It's a huge waste of resources, both environmentally and financially. The Company Store should establish a simple system for opting out of their mailing list and actually honor those requests.

The Company Store On july 27, 2022, I noticed a charge of $41 on my credit card from the company store

On July 27, 2022, I noticed a charge of $41 on my credit card from The Company Store. I was concerned because I always use PayPal for my purchases and I currently don't have any open orders. I checked with PayPal, but they have no record of this charge. I decided to call The Company Store to inquire about the charge. I spoke to three different people during two separate calls, spending over 60 minutes on the phone. They explained that they believe the charge is for an order I placed in September 2020, which they are now getting around to charging. However, I placed that order through PayPal and never provided my credit card information to them.

Interestingly, in June 2022, I had called their customer service to reauthorize a backordered item from May 2022, which cost $15. This was the only time I authorized the use of that card. It seems that they used that card to charge my order from almost two years ago without notifying me, resulting in a surprise charge of $41. I find it puzzling that they would charge me now for something from 2020 without any communication from the company in the past two years. This situation has made me worried that they may have kept my card on file and could potentially make additional charges dating back several years.

I am unsure about the necessary steps to take in response to this situation. Should I cancel my credit card or dispute the charge? I am extremely upset about this and I would like to know if they are legally required to notify me before charging my card for an order that was not originally authorized on that card. They assured me that they do not keep credit cards on file, but based on my experience, this seems to be false. They promised to call me back to provide further explanation, but I have not received any calls from them.

The Company Store Terrible Customer Service and Long Delays: My Experience with The Company Store

I placed an order for a comforter on 12/11/21 from The Company Store (thecompanystore.com). I was excited to receive my new bedding, but unfortunately, I received an update that the item was backordered. The new delivery date was set for April of 2022. I waited patiently for my comforter to arrive, but I never received it. I did not receive any email from The Company Store indicating that the item was delayed.

In May of 2022, I contacted The Company Store again to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that the new delivery date was set for September 2022. I waited again, but to my dismay, I still did not receive my comforter. Today, on October 15, 2022, I contacted The Company Store again to inquire about my order. I was told that my item was discontinued. I was shocked and frustrated.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, who informed me that the item was not discontinued but would not be available until March of 2023. That is almost 1.5 years from when I placed my order. I received no updates at any point besides when I contacted them about the order. I am extremely disappointed and angry. I told them that I will never order from them again and to officially cancel my order as I can't depend on it arriving in March nor can I expect an update.

The Company Store offered no other solution and simply thanked me for using their company. I am warning others to beware of ordering from The Company Store and to keep track of your order so you can cancel it after months of waiting. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from The Company Store and will never order from them again.

The Company Store Terrible Customer Service Experience with The Company Store: A Warning to Potential Customers

I recently bought some towels with monograms from The Company Store in December 2021. I was planning to give them as a housewarming gift to my friend. However, I made a mistake by putting my old mailing address on the order. I realized this the day after I made the purchase. So, I decided to call their customer service to correct the address. The customer service person assured me that the address had been corrected.

After several weeks, I received a tracking notification from UPS that the package had been delivered. But, to my dismay, it was delivered to my old address. I called the customer service again to report the issue. I explained that my order had been delivered to the wrong address. The representative put me on hold, but the call was disconnected. I called UPS the next day to check if the package had been returned, but it had not.

I called The Company Store's customer service again, but the same thing happened. I was put on hold, and the call was dropped. I tried to reach them through email, but I never received a response. I sent them eight emails asking for a refund, but I never received it.

I would strongly advise against ordering anything from this company. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

The Company Store Warning: Terrible Customer Service and Refund Issues with this Store

This store ain't worth your time, folks. I had a list of items I ordered from them, but it never arrived. Since it was supposed to be a gift, I asked them to send me a new one. They said they'd give me a refund for the lost order (which they later found), and charged me for the new one. But it's been a whole week and I still haven't seen the refund on my credit card. I've talked to them so many times, but they keep giving me the runaround. Today, they finally told me that they messed up the refund and had to issue a new one. They say it'll take another 3-5 days to process. I don't believe a word they say anymore. They've treated me like dirt and given me so much bad information. I'm beyond frustrated. They still have my money, and I need it to finish my Christmas shopping. Don't waste your time with this company. They deserve to be on the naughty list.

The Company Store Disappointing Experience with The Company Store: Wrong Item Received and Poor Customer Service

I am absolutely flabbergasted by the amount of time and energy I had to put into returning an item that was completely wrong. I had ordered a flat sheet, fitted sheet, and matching pillowcases from The Company Store, but instead of the fitted sheet, I received a random Indian motif throw pillow cover for a sofa. It was so bizarre and unexpected that I couldn't believe my eyes. I immediately called customer service on a Saturday morning to try and rectify the situation.

The representative on the phone told me to box up the incorrect item, fill out the return paperwork, and set it on my front step for FedEx to pick up on Thursday. I was shocked that I had to wait almost a week for them to pick up the item, and it sat on my front porch for days. When I called customer service a week later on a Wednesday, they told me that they had credited me the amount for the fitted sheet, but if I wanted to reorder it, I would have to pay for it again. I couldn't believe that they were charging $80 for a single sheet (times two plus pillowcases) and then not even making an effort to fix their mistake.

It's really disappointing to see how much The Company Store has changed over the years. They used to be super awesome, but now they just suck. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

I recently ordered a quilt from The Company Store and was disappointed to receive an email the next day stating that the item was temporarily out of stock. The Company Store Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from The Company Store's Bath Sheets

I been buying bath sheets from The Company Store for a few years now. I always wait for their annual sale so I can get a good deal on these extra large towels. They are so big, they could be used as beach towels! The price is always under $30, which is a steal for such nice fluffy towels. They are thick and can withstand weekly washing. But this year, I noticed a difference in the quality. The towels seemed thinner and less absorbent. After the first wash, the binding on one of the towels started to come off, leaving a thin hole where it was sewn. I was disappointed that the quality had gone down.

I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me. They offered to snail mail me a UPS label so I could send back the faulty towel. I was surprised that they didn't know how to email a UPS label and that they didn't just send me a new towel. I'm used to other online stores that just send me a new item. They told me to throw out the defective item, or I could mail it back to them. I didn't want to go to the post office and mail them their thin, torn towel from Pakistan. I told them I would get my bath sheets elsewhere.

It's sad that the quality of their towels has gone down. They sell high dollar sheets by the piece too, so I would save my money and buy from somewhere else.

The Company Store The Company Store's Poor Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience

I gotta say, I tried to give my money to The Company Store, but they just didn't seem interested in taking it. I've been a loyal customer for a while, but after my recent experience, I'm not sure I'll be back. Here's what happened: I put in an order back in December for a bunch of stuff. Some of it arrived pretty quickly, but then I got an email saying the rest was on back order. And then...nothing. For weeks. I finally called them up in January to see what was going on, and they told me my credit card had expired or something. So I gave them my info again and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, at the end of February, I called again and they told me the same thing - I had to give them my credit card number. I did, and I even ordered a blanket while I was at it. The blanket showed up about a week and a half later, but the rest of my order was still missing. I called them up again last week and they told me the same thing - I had to give them my credit card number. I was getting pretty fed up at this point. I mean, how many times do I have to call to get them to take my money and send me what I ordered? I even tried calling the president's office and emailing customer service, but I didn't get anywhere. It's pretty clear to me that they just don't care about customer satisfaction. So I'm taking my business elsewhere - Garnet, Lands End, Eddie Bauer, you name it. At least they treat me like a human being.

The Company Store The Company Store: Terrible Customer Service and Product Issues

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a king comforter set and sheets with a monogram from The Company Store and paid for them. However, three weeks went by and I didn't receive anything, so I emailed them to ask where my items were. They responded by saying that the sheets were discontinued and asked if I still wanted the comforter. I was disappointed that they didn't contact me to let me know about the sheets, but I said yes to the comforter and asked for a refund for the sheets.

After waiting again, the comforter finally arrived, but it was a queen size instead of a king. I emailed them again, and they told me to call their number to fix the issue. When I called, they said that they would send me a new one, but I would have to pay for it again. I was confused because I had already paid for it, but they said that they would credit me back once they received the wrong one. However, they also told me that the new comforter would cost $234 instead of the original $178 because it was no longer on sale.

I was frustrated and decided to ask for a refund instead. The customer service representative agreed and ended the call. Overall, I had a terrible experience with The Company Store and would not recommend them to anyone.

The Company Store The Company Store's Return System is a Hassle: A Disappointing Experience

I've been ordering from The Company Store for like 30 years now. Recently, I ordered a robe but I messed up the size when I changed the color to xs. I called them up right away to cancel the order but they couldn't find it. They told me to call back in an hour. So I did, and they said the order had just gone down like 4 minutes ago. They told me not to worry and just return it when I get it. So I got the package and tried to return it through UPS, but the system was so confusing. You have to put in the tracking number to get a QR code, but you can't print a return label from your phone from the UPS site. And the UPS site doesn't even send the QR code to your email. So when you get to the UPS store, you have to pull up the UPS.com site again and put in the tracking number again. It's like, what kind of messed up return system is this?

So I called The Company Store again and the customer service rep said they would send me an email with a printable label, but it would take 24 hours to show up. I called back again later and finally got the email, but I still couldn't print it from my phone. I had to go to my desktop computer to print it out. Like seriously, it's the 21st century, why is this so difficult? I used to be so happy with this company, but not anymore. It's just not worth dealing with all this hassle. It's really sad.

The Company Store Disappointing Customer Service Experience with The Company Store: A Review

So, I was looking for a unicorn bedding set for my daughter's new big girl bed and I stumbled upon The Company Store website. I placed my order on March 23rd, but I never received a confirmation email. Two days later, I got an email saying that I left stuff in my cart, which was weird because the payment method showed up in my account. I completed the purchase a second time, but again, no confirmation email. However, it did show up pending in my account.

I was confused about what to do, so I called my bank to understand the situation. They said that it would stay pending until day 30 where it falls off the account unless they process the order. So, I decided to call customer service to get some answers. The lady I spoke with was difficult to understand, and she kept offering me free shipping for my order. However, she wouldn't say "yes, I cancelled your second order and sent the email," even though I asked her to confirm in those specific words. I was frustrated, so I asked to be elevated to a supervisor.

Finally, I got to speak with a lady in Florida who took over the conversation. I began recording the conversation in case I needed it for the future. She explained that the warehouse had been doing inventory for over a week, and they were behind. She assured me that they would be wrapping up in 1-2 days, and I should see my shipping confirmation in about 2 business days. However, it's been 3 weeks since that conversation with the supervisor, and I have not received anything - no shipping confirmation, no product.

Honestly, I'm just not understanding how this place is still in business. It's frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, and I'm disappointed that I still haven't received my daughter's unicorn bedding set. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

The Company Store Mailing Catalog

I have asked customer service to remove me from their mailing catalog since December 2021. Each email gets a response that basically says they will remove my name/email, but I may get 1 - 2 more catalogs that have already been printed. Well, here we are, April 2023 and I got a catalog. I have sent at least 6 emails and each time the same song and dance. It absolutely cannot be that difficult to remove an address. I am thoroughly disappointed and will contintue to warn others through social media to not buy anything from this retailer.

Note: I understand almost all businesses will automatically add you to a mailing list, but they will also successfully remove your address when you ask them. This has been an unbelievably negative experience.

The Company Store cotton bath rug

I just purchased a lagoon (color) bath mat; I tried washing it first and it shed so badly, it clogged up my machine and pump. I now need a mechanic to replace the pump. The directions said it could be washed. I have it hanging outside since it is so full of water - it could take days to dry. I am requesting a refund and if you want it returned I would expect a pre-paid box for it to be sent back. As I said I do not know how long it will take to dry and I refuse to put it in my dryer since it damaged my washer.

I have been a customer for many years, never had a problem; this type of bath mat should come with a warning!

The Company Store On March I ordered 1 set of 2 dust ruffles

On March 23rd, 2022, I attempted to order 2 twin dust ruffles via your online site but the order screen froze and my order did not appear to go through so I pushed the Place order icon again and the screen froze again. I checked my email and received no confirmation of my order having been received. I then assumed your order entry system was not working and called your telephone 800# to determine if my order had been accepted by Company Store and she advised that no order had been received and she took my order of 2 twin dust ruffles which I received confirmation of in my email immediately after my order. So far all seemed well until, in April when I received a total of 6 twin dust ruffles (2 dust ruffles in 3 separate bags) (remember I only wanted 2 dust ruffles, not 6) I immediately called your customer service 800# and explained the situation to your representative who advised that something went wrong since the order number I gave her seemed incorrect. She told me she would sent 2 UPS shipping labels to return four (4) of the dust ruffles in 2 separate shipments (2 dust ruffles in each bag). I printed and attached the labels and took them to UPS to return to Company Store. I checked with UPS and determined the 2 returns had been received by Company store. Each of the 2 returns should have been a credit of $135.25 for a total credit of $270.50. Om April 15th, I received an email from Company Store advising I would receive a credit of $67.62 (the amount of 1 twin dust ruffle). This is clearly not the amount I should be credited since the credit for the 4 returned dust ruffles should be $270.50. The Company Store Consistent problem with order- no customer service response

I was a long time customer but now they have lost me. I placed an order in December for multiple items. I received part of the order within two weeks and then got a back order email...and then nothing for weeks. I called again in January. I was told my credit authorization expired and they could take my credit card info and send me my items. I gave my credit card and then...weeks went by and NOTHING. Then I called again at the end of February and I was told once again I had to give my credit card. I gave my credit card info AND Ordered a blanket. a week and a half later the blanket arrived but my original order items were still missing. I called again last week and was AGAIN told I had to give me credit card number and they would send me the items. I refused because how many times do I need to call to actually get a company to take my money and send me what I ordered. I called the presidents office and emailed customer service and a week and a half later...NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. Based on the aforementioned I am convinced they do not care and no one is overseeing customer satisfaction. I will go to Garnet, Lands End, Eddie Bauer etc so I can be treated with decency and respect.

Desired outcome: I want accountablity where are my items and why are customer reps not accountable ?

The exact same thing is currently happening to me. I received a partial order within days but it has been 2 months now and I have still not received my sheets/complete order. Coincidentally the sheet set that I ordered was on sale but then went up in price and absolutely no indication that they would be a back order. I truly think something fraudulent is going on with TCS. I am going to file a complaint with the FTC next. Very frustrating.
