We believed we had purchased the extended warranty, which we have on every other Dump purchase, but apparently we did not. From the time of purchase we had problems with the drawers opening on their own. In fact your service people were out more than once and even replaced some of the drawers.
It was suggested that we get risers for the front legs, which we did. Last week, my wife was putting something away in a lower drawer when when of the top drawers opened up striking her in the eye. It is still red and swollen.
We called your customer service number and were told that since we didn't have a warranty , they could not help. We went to the store and an assistant Manager told us to call customer service.
All we want is someone to come out, figure out why certain drawers keep opening on their own, and to fix the problem.
