The Juice Plus Company a representative

A Representative of yours missold me you product and signed me up for a monthly plan which I did not agree too. I have been told that many of my colleagues have fallen for this under the one representative of yours and it's hard not to believe this is something they are trained to do. I also spoke to one of your staff at the creditcontrol department called Ula who was incredibly rude to me on the phone and became frustrated with me because I didn't have my card details whilst I am at work. This company is very unprofessional and I really want to take my complain further to external investigators that need to audit your company and how you sell your products.

The Juice Plus Company advertising

Basically you need to re train your reps
Firstly your own website states that the capsules/gummies are ok to take from 4+
So why is one of your reps posting a 'customer testimonial' saying they have been giving them to a 2 month old baby!
Babies need milk only as this is all they are able to digest at this age and even if they are giving them in the milk your own website also states that they should me mixed with yogurt or semi solid food if you arent able to swallow them.
I just think these reps need to do their research before posting these things.. and certainly not giving the impression that this is a good thing to do.. they are preying on the vulnerable..

The Juice Plus Company customer service

So I cancelled my order but no one done it as I had no money due to personal reasons I then phoned and asked for the 22 poi d back as It was for baby milk and nappys there now refusing to give me it back! Disgusting company if you ask me that get snotty on the phone won't be ordering from here again! Absolutely joke ! Especially when i needed the money for baby milk now I have to go tapping money of people for it I will be reporting yous to the bank

The Juice Plus Company juice plus

I had bought juice plus products over a year ago. The capsuals.
And I have noticed today that you have taken money out of my bank account which this wasn't authorised by me. I would like a full refund and my information taken of your system. I am very angry at this as it has left my account overdrawn. I have 4 children to look after and that was my shopping money.

The Juice Plus Company not receiving order

I have asked juice plus member to cancel my juice plus because I pay monthly and I have difficulty with work so unable to pay any rent at all and can't afford juice plus but she said I couldn't cancel it as it's monthly and will need to pay for the 4 months so they have taken money off on the 30th April and It has been two weeks now and didn't even receive the order when I have texted the juice plus member so has been ignoring !

The Juice Plus Company capsules and shakes

Hi thier few months back I made juice plus order with one your clients which I gave her 56 pounds for shake chocolate berry capsules but never received it in October when ask her if order been done she said been dealt with but week later to order being delivered to my home address nothing come so when spoke to her a again say you gonna pay back in her account has you changed rule how account work so I'm ask you to send order which paid Full to Sarah Dawson or money back this my money not got back 56 pounds down only money I had left I have 4 young children have learning difficulties I need back I don't hold personal bank account for you transfer it 56 pound just need back ASAP plus not gonna use service again feel let down

The Juice Plus Company unwanted shipping

Hello. My name is Chiara Casini I did an order to Juice Plus Australia on 23 March 2017 through the franchisee Cinzia Pellicci and I finished to pay it on 23 June 2017. On 27 of July the Juice Plus Australian Company sent me another box and started to take my money from my bank account without any authorization from myself. I've sent emails without answer (to the Italian email address where my franchisee is from) then to the Australian one which treated me vary bad. I had to beg them to stop withdrawing from my credit card and they didn't. They threatened me to go to a debit collect agency and to don't refund me if the box doesn't arrive on a certain date but I can't control the postal service's time. Also they made me pay the postal fee when the problem is a company's malfunction because the franchisee Cinzia Pellicci confirmed me that my order was not an automatic repeat order. I am a costumer and a person, they have no right to be so bully and rude with people. I should be more annoyed then them, I was damaged from Juice Plus Australia! And I'm not the only one who had this kind of experience with them reading on the internet.

The Juice Plus Company being charged after I cancelled my order

I signed up to the Juice Plus Platinum package and did the 4 months. Then at 3 months I cancelled with my consultant who then cancelled with juice plus. I was then charged again for another 4 months and I had no email to ask if I'd like to stop or continue. I then spoke to 5 different people over the past week who have all given me contradicting information. I was told by Roberto on Fri that the refund had been processed and will be in my account Monday when I was told by Uli this was not true. So much to write here but basically I've been in my overdraft and have had to borrow money to avoid bank charges due to being charged for the items. I have had such a bad experience with Juice Plus that I will not be returning.

The Juice Plus Company money taken out of my account without my consent

Hi there
Back on the 7th July 2017, I cancelled an order with Juiceplus as I had got diarrhoea from the product booster complete.
I sent an email and got an email soon after say thanks for your email. Your order is now cancelled. Nothing else was said in the email
Presently I am having money worries and I was going through my bank acc
Juice Plus have continued to take money out of my account, July and August.
25.25 euro. When I spoke to the representative about this she said did you return the booster sachets that you did not use>>? First of all I thought I only had received one months supple, (based on using 3 sachets a day) and I said to her no one told me back in early july that I HAD TO RETURN ANYTHING?
I still have sachets here that I have not used 'somewhere' in the house.
Please refund my money please. I cancelled this order on the 7th July. Why wasn't I told to return sachets? why wasn't I sent a refund sticker?
why wasn't it mentioned to me on the cancellation invoice that I had to return stuff? invoice number 85528* EIR . When someone cancels an order what is the process. I didn't get this but yet you continued to take money out of my account. I would really like some advice and a refund

The Juice Plus Company juice plus products

Just wanted to give people a heads up on juice plus customer care.

I was going to order a juice plus package for £19 per week which I would receive the shakes, berries and boosters to which I thought about it more and decided to cancel as being a single mum the money would work out too much.
The rep I was dealing with assured me that she had cancelled my order and no money would be taken from my account...
Well 7 days later juice plus took £42.75 out of my account and left me with no money to buy my son's milk and nappies and other things he needed. I emailed and had no response and phoned them and someone answered and cut me off then I couldn't get through for the whole day. I have reported it to the fraud squad and police are notified. I'm now waiting to see if and when I will receive my money back from my bank.

The Juice Plus Company juice plus products

The people who run juice plus last name creixell. Where offering juice plus to me but because I was friends with creixell sun. I never got around to juice plus he was very rude to me all I'm saying is be careful of people you buy from. And if your friends with them and they treat you like crap. Then I would not buy from them. Also they could be scammers cause they say you'll loss weight and it makes you healthy but it probably dosen't cause everyone knows that if you want to loss weight and be healthy then you have to do diet and exercise all these other products like juice plus are not legit. Just saying but cause I was not friends with the dude I couldn't even buy any or at least didn't know how but even then it's most likely not legit.
