Dear Sir,
I received an Email stating that I won £860,000.00 (Eight Hundred and Sixty thousand,Great Britain Pounds Sterling)for the month of October 2007, they need my contact no and address for the despatch of the said amount (i.e. prize money), when contacted they says that I need to bare some amount as courier expenses £685 pounds (56,072 Indian Rupee).
When they are giving me so much of amount with out participating in any lottery games why can't they deduct this small some of amount, it seems to cheat some one, I think it will be useful to some one who reads this.

The Yahoo/Msn & Microsoft Windows lottery has discovered a huge number of double claims due to winners informing close friends relatives and third parties about their winning and also sharing their pin numbers. As a result of this, this friends try to claim the lottery on behalf of the real winners. The Microsoft lottery has reached a decision from headquarters that any double claim discovered by the Lottery Board will result to the cancelling of that particular winning, making a loss for both the double claimer and the real winner, as it is taken that the real winner was the informer to the double claimer about the lottery. So you are hereby strongly advised once more to keep your winnings strictly confidential until you claim your prize.
This office will not be responsible for any outstanding fees. Services rendered by SPEEDAGE CARGO COURIER SERVICE are to be paid by you and not the lottery board, for the fact that the lottery organisers didn't make any provision for any upcoming expenses, regarding delivery of parcel or any such.

Have it in mind that your won prize cannot be deducted from your winning amount, this is because the total amount has been insured to the real value .This is to protect winners and to avoid misappropriation of funds.

Its is Expected that you add your IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS{PARCEL/NUM/1090}as the subject of any correspondence with the courier company to ensure they respond in a timely manner. I will require a concise update on proceedings with the firm as soon as you are in contact with them..If you need any assistance whatsoever, please do not hesitate to let me know.Do have a nice day.

Dear Customer,

My office is in receipt of your email. It will also interest you to know that the initial opening deposit (also known as security deposit) will reflect in your newly opened account. Which means that the new balance in your account will become a summation of your winning prize and the opening deposit. You are at liberty to transfer the whole money from your account to your local account if you wish to discontinue banking with us. THIS IS A FAKE!
if they havent already they will ask you how you would like paid your winnings.
1. Wired in to your bank account (which means you need to give your bank details) "very risky"
2. you can pick it up in person ( The address they give does not exist)
3. by cheque (a courrier service called Greyhound Express courrier will be forwarded to you who work on a pay before delivery basis. costs vary from £441 and £805 depending on the time line, this courrier service does not exist in england and their address given also does not exist)

forward the emails you recieved to the national lottery fraud squd. you can find the address on the national lottery website. It also states "if you did not purchase a ticket you can not win"

do not click on any of the links given on any of their emails as they can make all your personal details and computer access codes available to the sender of the email.
Do not fall for this scam as you will be very disappointed with the outcome.
