not receiving my money
I sold my tickets via tickettbis on friday the 2nd march for the Liverpool v Newcastle match on Saturday 3rd March ... due to weather I had no choice but to sell. I have now waited 3 weeks for my payment and messed around with answers ... I was told on it was being processed over a week ago and still j have nothing... the person who bought my tickets has seen his game and very happy however you still have £300 of my money that I need! Now I'm being told to wait til the 26th, no ... a bacs payment doesn't take long now I have waited but I want my money ... I won't be using you again.

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this email in regards to a recent telephone call with one of your customer service agents Paloma R which took place on the 13thMarch 2018.
I am also writing to Ander Michelena, CEO as I believe this needs to be addressed by a senior member and just brought to their attention as I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. A multi million pound business treating their customers in such a manner!
I'm sure all your calls are monitored and recorded and I would really like you to go back to the calls and listen to them just to see how appalling the level of customer service is that is been provided by you organization and how I was spoken to.
Whilst on this telephone call I explained that this is a season ticket and therefore the tickets for the Brighton game (4A430G3F0691) could not have been posted by the designated time due to the fact that it will actually be in the post on its way back to myself from a previous buyer having already sold the previous game thought ticketbis.
Another customer service agent called Brian was dealing with the case also and he stated that in this case it will be extended until Thursday 15th March as the game sold previously only took place on Tuesday 13th March 2018; and there was no way of getting the ticket back in time.
I was then shocked to receive an email from a customer service representative by the name of Paloma R saying that the deadline will NOT be extended so clearly I was very confused as the pervious customer service agent said that it would be. I responded back to that email requesting a call back from a senior member of staff/manager to discuss this case.
After a while I was called back by Paloma R to whom I explained that I wanted to talk to a manager a number of times; she proceeded to refuse by request and put me on hold for a length of time only to come back and state that this customer service agent is now the manager and that I will not be able to talk to anyone else as she deal with this matter, which I thought was very strange as a customer service agent and a manager has two very different roles.
I then explained I wanted to know the call back process and time frame for a manger call back, only to be shouted and the customer service agent Paloma R put the phone down.
I have been a customer service manager for 4 years and have never ever heard such appalling customer service!
I would like a full investigation into this matter and would like a written response regards this at you're earliest convenience.
I would also like to bring to your attention to the fact that I have not been paid for the Manchester United vs. Seville tickets that were sold (4T481M7J7X64), I have already received the tickets back and now await payment, its seem as there are many customer who have left review about ticketbis regarding payment. I would like to know how long it will take to process the payment and the postage fees.

I take the refund but I'm absolutely disguted about the way is had been dealt..
You could have just told me, the ticket isn't available and give me a chance to find something else..
Instead, the whole day you told me to wait, 4 different person told me to wait and wait and wait.. 2pm. 4pm. 6pm. 8.20pm you still telling me that you guarantee someone will be in touch.
I paid a ticket to go to Istanbul. I spent 1h30 in metro to get to the stadium and you guaranteed over and over it was fine until 8.45 kickoff and admit this has been an issue!
Can you no say that before? That I can try myself to buy a ticket or not attend to the area?
Really? How bad is that? Do you pay for my flight to Istanbul too? And my taxi? And my hotel in Fenerbahce?
I understand the seller cancelled but you can't just tell me to wait until 8.30 and promise someone will call..

I bought 3 tickets to El Classico and I have waited 2 months for my refund. I have tried emailing them about and they said they are going to give me a refund but it has not happened. I still to this day March 13, 2018, am still sending emails for a refund. Please stay away from this company I will be suing the company soon after I make arrangements with a lawyer.

I bought tickets for the game, which said I needed a supporters card. I failed to notice this, at first, but later I researched that I only need this card to enter the match if I am of Italian origin - which I am not. I even called to the stadium and they confirmed this. I contacted the Ticketbis customer service about this issue and they failed to reply comprehensively, they only repeated that I need the card or I should sell the tickets. I contacted them once again and only a few days before the match they explained that even though I am not Italian, I cannot redeem my tickets if I do not have the card. This I deem to be fradulent or at best impostrous. I felt deceived. EU directive for a customer protection claims that the contract must provide full characteristics of the product. Ticketbis failed to provide information that I need the supporters card even if I am not Italian.
I want to proceed further and get my refund.
For anyone else, please, avoid this fradulent service.
wembley tickets
I bought 4 tickets for a football match at Wembley for about £220 on Feb 27, 2018. I just found out that these are senior tickets and therefore I cannot use them. This information was not listed as a restriction, it was posted as additional information and there is no link to the website defining what Senior Tickets are). I also learned through the email confirmation only (i.e. post purchase), that these are Season Passes that have to be returned (not even sure can be used and also this should have been said before the purchase). There is no number to be called, they say the purchase cannot be reverted and suggest I re-sell the tickets (which are not in my possession and will only be delivered 48-hrs prior to the match) on their website. That requires a credit card guarantee! This is a scam!

There was an event page on Facebook with the information of a concert that will happen here in my city Porto Alegre in Brazil. In the event, says "tickets here". I click on "tickets here" and it takes me to this website where it is eveything in Portuguese (my language). I bought two tickets costing 100 real each... UPS... not REAL (brazilian money) but EURO. I see it right away it is on Euro and I contact the support email ([protected]@ticketbissupport.zendesk.com) asking for the cancellation as the purchase was not yet confirmed. After 20 minutes, I receive an asnwer saying that I have to sell the tickets and that they don't do any refund. I check the website, not yet confirmed, I send another email asking PLEASE cancell as it is not confirmed yet (how would I even sell something I do not have).
After a few emails they only reply me saying that I have to sell the tickets. When I go to the "SELL TICKETS" page, they only let me sell in REAL.
Today, 1 EURO = 3.99 REAL . 200 EURO = 790 REAL.
When I put 790 REAL for those 2 tickets that I bought by mistake, their website say "No way, you will never sell this is too expensive".
Do you understand how bad it is this situation for me?
Tickets in brazil for this concert in the OFICIAL website to buy the tickets are costing 200REAL not 700 REAL.
In Brazilian law, article 49, customers have 7 days to regret anything. I will definetly go after my customer rights and I will have my money and all this time and energy I am spending trying to talk nicely with them back.

I purchased 2 tickets for a football game at wembley stadium to see spurs play. I am travelling from australia for this. Officials at wembley have told me ticketbis are not allowed to sell tickets for spurs games and these tickets are fake, we will not be admitted to the game with these tickets.
In addition I was under the impression I was buying 2 adult tickets, they turned out to be child tickets. There was nothing to alert me to this fact until after the purchase except one tiny symbol with no explanation or alerts to this fact.
On contacting ticketbis they did not want to know. Ive lost my money but I am going to take this further with the police.

Hi I've been dealing with a number of employers since the tickets to my event sold and. I one knows where and when I'm getting my money, they never get back to me I'm chasing them all the time, the date now is the 14th February and I have about 20 emails saying there in touch with the finance department and they will be in touch soon but then I leave it a week and try to contact them again and still nothing it's gone beyond a joke I said I want to speak to someone higher and no one gets back to me
2 tickets for champions league match
I bought the tickets for the Real Madrid and PSG match 3 months in advance! But tickets never came! The game will be in 2 days but there are still no tickets. I contacted hundreds of times their customer service and twitter but I never received any reply back. People, read the reviews about them. There are hundreds and hundreds of people who got cheated by Ticketbis.
I will contact my bank and police tomorrow.

I bought tickets for West Ham v Watford for Saturday the 10th of feb. I had to chase the tickets as they had not arrived, they were then changed to etickets day before match without an explanation. I queried the change as bar codes looked wrong, no reply! Access to arena was denied. I want all my money paid back, plus the £49 in wasted train tickets!

I purchased 2 tickets for the West Ham v Brighton and Hove Albion game on Saturday February 3rd 2018 from Ticketbis for €293.84 euros on 6th December 2017.On Monday 15 th January 2018 I received an e mail to download the tickets which I did . I noticed names - not mine - were printed on the tickets and that it said that under no circumstances could the tickets be transferred or resold under the criminal justice act !
I contacted Brighton and Hove Albion where the match is to be played and they said the tickets were invalid and had been purchased by suspected ticket touts .They have sent me a letter to back this .

I am writing to complain about my account 3Y8C242H5834. I could not attend Chelsea vs Newcastle because sky changed ko time so resold my tickets back through ticketibis, this was 2nd Dec 2017. Despite myself contacting daily I have had no joy and no one will actually call me back to speak in person. Each time I contact them via chat I am being fobbed off with a different excuse ranging from wrong iban number to wrong email linked to my account. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would certainly not be advising people to use their service. Very quick to charge over the top prices for tickets but refuse to pay the seller back what they are owed and hide behind a live chat call rather than talking to you directly. I'm writing this to complain about ticketbis's services and how the staff provided false hope yet gave zero assurance nor empathy to resolve my problem. This is my reference number (450S254Y2U69). I'm looking for a full refund for my unreceived tickets.
I bought 4 tickets worth 789.05 euros to catch Arsenal v Liverpool on 23rd Dec 2017. However, as I did not know the full address of my hotel apartment, the hotline service told me to put what I have first and I did. The address turned out to be the wrong one and the tickets were bounced, eventually being held in the National Returns Centre on the 21st Dec 2017. I tried so hard and so long to speak to multiple hotline service staff, including the person in charge of my tickets who goes by the name of Anne S. I explained my situation, and she replied that she could do nothing about it and subsequently DID NOT reply to my emails after when I seek her out again for help. I mentioned that I would be willing to travel anywhere to pick up the tickets (Be it the seller, national returns centre, arranged collection point). I would just like to receive my tickets as they cost a lot and it's the one and only time that I'm able to catch a game like this together with my family, fitting for a memorable christmas. I do not believe my request was very difficult, but I do believe that the situation could have been handled more appropriately.
I've attached screenshots of the conversations and emails which I had with the staffs/ customer service/ help desk and everyone from the ticketbis team which I have encountered and everyone gave me differing views. Some 'reassured' me that I will receive my tickets but they turned out to be blasphemy and only a way to shake me off. Others simply said they could not help me and left. One even said that ticketbis will contact me shortly and ended the conversation. All these left me feeling disgusted at the customer service ticketbis offered.
All I wanted was to watch my game. I was willing to pay an additional price if it meant that I can watch the game. The whereabouts of the tickets were known, yet I was unable to retrieve them and ticketbis did nothing to help me. I was lost, helpless and ticketbis made it clear that no refunds was allowed because of buyer's responsibility. If I may, I would like to apologise if I was aggressive to your staff in any way, but if one were to look back on the conversations, I always made sure to be polite regarding my persistence, just like how I am apologising now for this regrettable message which I am sure no one would have wished for.
As the event is now a thing of the past, all I kindly ask would be for the refund of my tickets as I really have paid a lot for nothing to be returned at all. I seek a for of justification for this and look forward to your prompt reply. Thank you
