I ordered several items from Tilly's and when they arrived a pair of swim trunks were not in the package. The package had been taped up with packing tape and was dirty. The biggest disappointment though was that after several emails and phone calls, Tilly's said their warehouse packed the shorts and basically "Oh well, take it up with the authorities or your bank" and they refused to rectify the situation in any way. Tilly's customer service is garbage. If they want to send items in shoddy packaging they should be prepared to back it up if the items are damaged or missing by the time they get to their destination. I'm very unhappy with this company and because now me and my family won't shop here again. What's more, after this experience, I see on several review boards including the BBB that Tilly's does this kind of thing regularly and many customers have had a similar experience, so basically they are stealing — people are paying for items they do not receive. It wasn't even a ton of money but it's the principal.
