Our realtor contracted with Timberline Inspections. They scheduled the inspection very fast. After the inspection was completed Mackey, the inspector, called me to give me a summary of what he found. The next day I received his detailed written report. It was very thorough and obvious that he had left no stone unturned in his inspection. Farmhouse Remodeling Investment - Timberline went through the major and minor aspects of my property to help me prioritize investment areas for my remodeling project. I can't speak highly enough of Timberline Inspections and Mr. Thompson, who performed our inspection. Mr. Thompson has now inspected 3 houses for us and we have always been more than pleased with our experience. He found some major issues on one of these houses and we ended up pulling our contract on that house due to his findings, ultimately saving us a large amount of time and money. When I sold my home earlier this year, the new buyers had used Timberline Inspectors for my home. I was very impressed with how thorough they were, I kept their information in mind because I knew I would use them when I bought my next home.
