there is a fake me on there
My friend sent me a screenshot of an account with my pictures and my name but it isn't me. I want that removed immediately take my stuff off of tinder it im underage and it has a fake age on the profile. Take that account off of tinder right now this isnt funny and I want myself removed from a site I dont want to be on! I'm pissed because I thought that tinder was secure and didn't let people make fake accounts on it and apparently that isn't true and people are using me and that's not okay. Specifically because i'm underage for the app take me off right.
tinder plus service we paid for it and, it never worked they wont refund us.
I have paid tinder $75 for plus service which did not work at all... They charged me the first 6 month & they continue charging me for the rest of the year. I submitted an e-mail asking the service never worked, they refunded me only half what I paid for, customer service are only copy & paste service,
I asked even to re activate the plus service for 6 month or refunds me, non has worked.
My second order number: gpa.[protected]..0 has been refunded.
Here I would like to inform you guys that my order number was in the subject line of my e-mail address, I got an e-mail back from customer service asking what's my order number... Obviously they are not paying attention to customers e-mails.
One last thing, when I paid for tinder plus, it did not mention that the service might not work properly & I have to go to the setting & click restore purchase... Etc.
I paid for a service that I did not get at all.

fake profiles
Hello,
I used Tinder and was scammed out of $3000. Apparently there are Liberians stealing innocent soldiers FB profiles and pics and luring women into a trap of deceit.
I found a man on Tinder who liked me and said what I guess these thieves are using as bait: I'm coming home in two weeks, you are so beautiful and I'm from Texas but I'll be stationed in your state when I get out. They ask you questions about state you live in and promise a wonderful life. They tell you that they are rich and their parents have died, they have no one and are glad they found you because they finally found the woman they have been looking for.
Once they have lured you into their web, that's when the "I need money" starts. They tell you they have bought their plane ticket home but now their credit card is locked because of the large amount of money used. They proceed to say they need more money for baggage money, physical to come back home, crazy stories.
But unfortunately I was hooked on this guy and shame on me for paying out the money.
I am currently searching for the poor person they are posing as because they are innocent. I'm hoping I can find him because they are using him as a baiter and that's not right!
I am writing just to let you know that these Liberians are focused on Tinder because they know they can get to people through their FaceBook accounts. And my soldier was saying he was based in Liberia on a peace keeping mission.
Yes, I should have known better to not send money but these losers are professionals and really know how to get you lured into thinking that person is real. Well, the person is real but is being used under false pretenses.
The person who I "met" on Tinder is Luis Sanchez and he is in the US Army. I would strongly suggest that you remove his profile because it is a fake being run by these thieves.
In the meantime, I will continue to find and get in contact with Luis Sanchez to warn him that his identity is being used as bait.
I would also suggest that you not link people with their Facebook profiles. These innocent peoples lives' are being affected and could get them into trouble when they are victims as well.
Sincerely,
Beth

observation / question
I've finally brought myself to contact tinder about this.
It's been happening for quite some time.
I know that it's possible to get some repeats which actually happens quite frequently BUT.
Is this also supposed to be the case with people who you already liked?
This seems to happen frequently as well.
Follow up question to that is.
What happens if you liked a person first and than the opposite the next time? Or vice versa?
These aren't complaints.
Observations and feedback for improving purposes.
Thanks already,
Sanne Berkow

tinder
The app kept crashing after I paid 9.99 for the upgrade version and Tinder allowed my account to be falsely reported by spiteful users that was upset because I wasn't interested. They locked my account and every time I try to log in it says my account is under review and then I literally sent over ten emails and I got no response from them. Which is very rude and uncaring.
I have been charged in my card in spite of unsubscribing

I had an account on Tinder but they blocked my account for no reason and when I contacted customer service they said that some other users complaint about me. I never did anything wrong!
I asked Tinder support for some detailed explanation but they replied nothing. I made another account and the same thing happened again! Very disappointed with this app and especially with their customer service !
There is a profile with name-pooja, 27 HDFC bank, Nirma institute of managment & location Indore india ...This is fake profile which uploads all my photos...i want to delete my photos as soon as possible from this account...otherwise surly i'll take a legal action
dangerous!
People beware, Tinder is not safe to use!
I heard a lot about Tinder, some of my friends used it and said that it was easy and safe way to meet new people. One of my friends even went on a date with someone she met on Tinder. I decided to try it and downloaded this app. At the beginning it was great, I really enjoyed my time there. Once I met a guy who seemed nice and I decided to meet him in real life. No matter that most of Tinder accounts are connected with Facebook, there are many people there who make fake Facebook pages and connect them to Tinder. And that was exactly what happened to me! I thought I was going on a date with a handsome young man, but when I arrived at the place I was shocked to see that my Tinder prince was a grown up man (age 40-50)! I immediately run away and later deleted my Tinder account.
This site is joke and not what u think it is 90% of people on there are not even real its app that needs to be shut down
you can't use tinder without having a facebook page!!
I saw that my friend was using Tinder and she was very excited about it. I tried the program and fell in love with it. It was very easy to use and there was a big possibility to meet interesting people. When I arrived home I decided to install it and then I found out that only Facebook users can use Tinder! This is completely ridiculous! I want to use this program, but I cannot do that because I don't have a Facebook page. Huge disappointment.
junk software
The app itself is a great idea. Unfortunately it doesn't work. There are so many bugs and crashes! Constant issues with loading photos, it crashes almost every time it's used for more then 5 minutes. I've used it for a month, but it is almost impossible to use it. I've tried to contact their customer service many times, but never received a reply. Quite often when someone's pictures load and you think you might really like this one, the whole thing crashes. Absolutely ridiculous! I'm very disappointed with Tinder!
unauthorized use of photo
The dating website Tinder obtained my profile from Facebook with out my authorization, this has caused some big problems in my marriage, my husband does not believe that I had nothing to do with this, I need to know how Tinder got my profile with out my knowledge so this can be put behind us.

About Tinder
The app is designed to be simple and user-friendly, with a swiping mechanism that allows users to quickly browse through profiles and decide whether they are interested in someone or not. Users can create a profile by linking their Facebook account or by using their phone number. They can then add photos, a bio, and other details about themselves to make their profile more attractive to potential matches.
One of the unique features of Tinder is its algorithm, which uses a complex set of factors to determine which profiles are shown to users. The algorithm takes into account factors like location, age, gender, and interests to match users with compatible profiles. This means that users are more likely to find matches that are a good fit for them, increasing their chances of finding a meaningful connection.
Tinder has also introduced several new features over the years to enhance the user experience. These include the ability to send GIFs, the option to add music to your profile, and the introduction of Tinder Social, which allows users to connect with groups of friends and meet new people together.
Overall, Tinder has become a cultural phenomenon, with millions of people using the app to find love, companionship, and casual dates. Its simple interface, powerful algorithm, and innovative features have made it one of the most popular dating apps in the world, and it shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
