I am not satisfied. When I purchased through ***, I chose the date, time, and seats for a show. Immediately after making the payment, I received an email confirmation without seat numbers. The TicketTx email confirmation arrived almost a week later and still did not include seat numbers. I don't think I received a discounted fee. I will only receive the seat numbers 12 hours before the show, which is extremely unreasonable. There is also no information on how to collect the tickets. I will not use this service again unless I receive a satisfactory response.

I accidentally purchased tickets to the wrong musical. I actually wanted to see a different show. I contacted TodayTix through email to inform them of my mistake. They provided me with a voucher, but unfortunately, it doesn't work. I attempted to use it before the expiration date, but I kept receiving an error message stating that the voucher was invalid or expired. I reached out to TodayTix again and received the following response:

The problem is that the reason I requested the exchange voucher in the first place was because the show I wanted to see is not available through their service. Therefore, it cannot be the same show since the musical I intended to see was not listed on their website. I even tried using the voucher for another show on the site, but it still didn't work. I have been trying to contact customer service for a month to no avail. I have emailed three different addresses. I called twice and was called back once. In the automated callback message, I was told to use the web site or email. I tried to use the chat and that gave no information.
I bought tickets to a play that is next week. Shortly after I bought them in early August I realized I couldn’t go. I need to sell the tickets. But the tickets are not showing up on the app so I can’t sell them.

When I was trying to buy tickets for a Broadway show, I accidentally clicked on an advertisement for a ticketing company that turned out to be illegitimate. I bought my tickets from this company called TodayTix at a higher price than the official Broadway ticketing platforms. I was able to choose the section I wanted, but in the confirmation email, I found out that I wouldn't receive the tickets or seats until up to 2 hours before the show. After this happened, I realized that the person I was planning to give these tickets to for Christmas already had plans on that date. I asked for an exchange to a different date, but all they could offer was to send the tickets to a friend or family member a few hours before the show. This cost me almost $400, including a $50 surcharge per ticket. I contacted them multiple times, but they stopped responding to my emails. They don't have a working phone number either. They claim that my tickets have already been purchased, but I can't have them until the day of the show, which makes it impossible for me to resell them to anyone I know. So now, nobody can use the seats, and I'm out $400 that I can't afford. I also can't even buy a new gift for this person. I believe the company is lying to me about having my tickets, and they won't explain why the high surcharge has disappeared from their website. I've never been so disappointed with a business, and it's not only a problem for me but also for the performers who will be performing to an empty theater.
On 1/20/22 I purchased 2 "rear orchestra" tickets for the show Dear ***, $243.00. I chose "rear orchestra" and not "side rear orchestra" which was an option, expecting to be seated in the "rear orchestra" section. On 1/21/22 I received my tickets, and my seats were Row M seats 23 and 25. Those seats are at the outermost side (with the exception of one seat), of the "side orchestra." I called the company and was told that the tickets I bought were "side rear orchestra." I reported that I purchased the "rear orchestra" and not "side rear orchestra." I provided proof of both 1) my purchase of "rear orchestra" and 2) that there is an option for "side rear orchestra" to confirm that there is a difference between the two that was not honored. Because the show is today I needed to purchase additional tickets as the ones purchased from TodayTix were not the ones I thought I was procuring. I am requesting a full refund (not a voucher).

After the 6th they said they sent a link which was too late for the show. I kept sending emails requesting a refund. Now this is where it gets weird. They said I did not give them my correct email address. I know that is not true because I saw a virtual show with them in the past and also I constantly get promotions from them via email. The cost for the show is $25.00. I would like a refund .

The show was cancelled due to corona virus outbreak and the company became aware this fact on March . It took me several emails to finally reach an agent who finally told me that I cannot get a refund until the company issues a "Premium Voucher". After the company issues a voucher, I have to email them within 10 days to receive a refund instead of the voucher. Finally, on April *** Todaytix issued a voucher, after 3-4 emails back and forth. Well, after that I sent 3(!) emails asking for a refund instead of this voucher and I got no response. They are just ignoring my emails. Buyer beware! They are in the business of stealing customer's money.

We were notified of the inability to fulfill our order 104 business hours past our order time which is a violation of the Terms of Service and the "100% Authentic and Guaranteed" claim on our tickets was not true. Please update terms of service and remove invalid guarantees.

Given the recent surge in COVID-19 cases in the tri-state area, we're uncomfortable attending the performances. One show, Moulin Rouge, canceled recent performances due to a cast member's positive test. With daily cases skyrocketing, the risk of exposure at a show is too great. We can't risk our family's health, especially with elderly relatives. We asked TodayTix for a refund but were advised to resell the tickets. However, due to the serious risks, especially to our older family members, we're requesting a full refund since a voucher only delays the inevitable amidst this unpredictable pandemic.

Only after seeing on the credit card that I was charged twice by them, I wrote them and they answered that I made two separate (but identical) orders. Which is not true at all - there is no way I could have placed another order in less than one minute (the time difference between the two confirmation emails). Only the processing time is longer and Ill have to choose the show, the day, the sitting area, my information.. its impossible for me to do so, also why would I? The two orders where completely identical.. obviously a technical mistake of some sort.Todaytix keeps claiming Ive made two separate orders and at some point stopped answering my emails.. didnt explain to me how it would be possible for me to place two orders is such a short amount of time.Also second email with confirmation number far less visible than the first!
