Tom Ford International LLC messed up big time when dealing with my warranty exchange claim. They flat out refused to replace my glasses that are still covered by the warranty. Can you believe that? I mean, come on!

I bought glasses for my prescription frames. I couldn't use my FSA card, so I paid with cash. My doctor won't accept frames from outside, so they have to be ordered through her office for insurance coverage. I returned the unworn frames within 24 hours, but they don't give cash refunds. They said they don't keep cash in the store, so they'll send me a check in 2-7 weeks. I can't track the check since there's no phone or tracking number. Cash shouldn't be refunded after a month.

It's been almost three weeks and I haven't heard anything about the return. I had to call them and talk to a representative. I explained that I sent the shoes back and the representative kept making excuses and lying to me, saying they hadn't received them and that it takes a long time. I had to send them a copy of the receipt and show them on their website that the items were delivered. Tom Ford has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's really disappointing considering they're a prestigious and high-end brand. Their customer service doesn't match up to their reputation and standards for customer satisfaction.

On January 26, 2022, I emailed *** to ask about the refund. They auto-replied that it would take about 10 days after receiving the item (keep in mind, 10 business days would have been February 8). On February 8, 2022, I checked my credit card statement and saw no refund, so I emailed *** again to check the refund status. Once again, I got the same auto-reply saying the refund would be processed within 10 business days. Today, February 14, 2022, I still haven't received the $402.22 refund. The customer service at this fancy brand is ridiculous and unacceptable.

On 7/7/22, I bought a pair of shoes from the *** website for $625. I didn't get any confirmation or receipt for my purchase, but luckily I used Affirm (Loan ID) and they have enough documentation. The shoes arrived on 7/14/22, but there was no paperwork or documentation with them. Even though I ordered a size larger, the shoes turned out to be too small. So, on 7/14/22, I called and talked to ***. I asked them to email me a receipt and requested an exchange for a bigger size. They said they would send the receipt right away via email and also mail a hard copy. But, until now, I haven't received the receipt. They also told me that I couldn't do an exchange, get a refund, or even get a store receipt. Now I'm stuck with these small shoes and out $625. If *** wants to sell expensive shoes online, they should at least offer exchanges, especially if their sizes run smaller than other European cuts and there's no way to try on a sample shoe. This policy feels like a trap. I doubt the retailer will admit that there was any mention of no exchange or store credit options in tiny print. I can understand no refunds, but to say there's no option for exchange or store credit is just not fair.
