I sent my resume to the website www.topresume.com, but they told me that it was really bad. They offered me that they would write resume for me, and I needed to pay $200, because it was fast. I paid money and got the resume, which looked like mine, which I sent them before. I have no proof that they copied it, but I wouldn’t recommend you to use this website. I think they cheat and steal money from people. Share this info and post comments.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Definitely a SCAM! I paid over $200 for the company to rewrite my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile.
What a waste of money! I did not receive the draft of the resume within 48 hours, mind you I paid a $50 fee for expedited service. When I received it, it was filled with grammatical errors, major accomplishments were not showcased and vital information was omitted. I honestly would have done a better job of writing it myself. At this point, if I am not given a refund, there is nothing at this point that this inexperienced writer can do for me. When I get a corrected copy from a reputable service, I only plan to use the link to blast post my resume on the many job boards. Oh yes, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB! Sure wish I had done my homework and checked the reviews because I wasted my money. It is a shame you guys are taking advantage of clients who have put their faith in your product.
Katie Warren from TopResume sent me a resume evaluation after applied for a sales position at 24 hour fitness. I didn't ask for the evaluation of my resume' nor did I find it helpful. It was downright rude, intrusive and a gimmick to get money out of you in exchange for supposed "help" with resume' building.

Debit Card Debit TOPRESUME USPROD [protected] NY #1297 in the amount of $75 was paid for expedited services that were not provided. The company as of today as not provided any of the services paid for or communication to resolve the matter.
I paid for a service to review my resume, gave multiple examples, and specifics on where I wanted to see updates. What I got back was unusable and/or the exact language I already had. I contacted the writer, their automated bot, and the customer service email address to no response. This service is a scam... BUYER BEWARE.
