I found Topstitch on a local page when I was lookin for someone to make t-shirt quilts for my two children. Meagan was very nice and had great communication. After makin arrangements I sent her items from birth to 6th grade for my daughter and 7th to senior year for my son. I even forgot a couple of shirts and she allowed me to mail them to her. The process took longer than expected but she was in constant contact. I paid her half when I sent them and then on August*** she emailed to tell me they were ready and attached the invoice for the remainder of the balance. I paid it and waited. That's when all communication stopped. I have texted, called, emailed, and messaged with no response. After waiting quite a while I filled a compliant and got my money back through but my heart is broken that she will not respond about sending my personal items back to me. I have even offered to have someone go pick the items up so that she wouldn't be out any money. I just want my special memories back.

Then, in ***, they sent me an email to let me know what was up and were glad I wasn't bugging them about it since it was graduation season and they were busy. I didn't need the pillows right away, so I asked if they could have them ready */*. They said yes. */*, they sent me an invoice for payment, which I paid on */*. Then, on */*, they sent me an email saying that their husband had to have surgery and they were behind, but they could get me the pillows by noon the next day (when I was leaving). They didn't come through, though. On */*, they emailed me saying they could mail the pillows to me, but I said no since I'd be home that weekend. On */, I asked if they could deliver the next day and they said "yes ma'am". But they didn't come through again and now they won't answer any of my messages, texts, emails, or phone calls. I've been nice and asked if everything's okay and for an update, but they won't respond. They took my fabric and charged me for labor without giving me any product. I want my money and fabric back or money for the fabric, and I can show receipts to prove the value, or they can deliver my finished product. I did my part and paid, so they need to do theirs.
