I purchased a warranty from Total Auto Protect and cancelled within 30 days.with company and sales (Sam@totalautoprotect and 302-295-0229). He promise
I have followed up with over 20 calls, numerous voice mails and emails.
Now the calls won't even go to voice mail (is it a blocked number by them?).
This is fraud on their part for not standing up to their contract. It is such a disappointment that they can take advantage of people and not be held accountable.
I appreciate your help. I have all the supporting documents as well.

Raise the issue with the bank or the credit card provider. Explain to them the fact that the contract has not been fulfilled. Make sure that you collect everything that will make your case stronger. If necessary, you can move the issue a step further and file a complaint to appropriate consumer protection agencies or legal entities.
