I took my car to get fixed after a crash at Certified Collision Center, which was recommended by my auto insurance provider
I took my car to get fixed after a crash at Certified Collision Center, which was recommended by my auto insurance provider. I dropped my car off twice for proper fixing, but there were still a few problems. When I called them up for the third time, the manager, Mr., rudely told me that my car would never be perfect, even if I brought it back ten times. They charged the full amount from my insurance and my deductible, but they said it's not going to be perfect. I'm highly doubtful that they used the original paint and original parts that were installed on my car. They're not providing me with any invoice or other papers that show what repairs they made to my car.
I got hit from behind and brought my ride to Certified Collision Center in Stockton for fixing
I got hit from behind and brought my ride to Certified Collision Center in Stockton for fixing. When I got it back, there's a new light on my dashboard that warns me about my headlights. This wasn't there before and they didn't say anything about it when they gave me the quote. They had my car for 2 weeks and I just got it back today with this new issue. I talked to Joe and he said they didn't touch that part of my car even though they did electrical work in the back. My left blinker doesn't work anymore and he told me to get a new bulb. He won't fix it and said they didn't do it, but he offered to give me a $97 discount to fix it. I reckon they made this problem and they should fix it for free since there was no warning light before.
Took my car to Certified Collision in Stockton on April 5th
Took my car to Certified Collision in Stockton on April 5th. They transferred it to the Lodi facility, where it's been for over 3 months. They haven't finished the work on my car yet. Every time I call to get information, they keep telling me that the parts are backordered. It's been 3 months now, and they keep telling me the same thing over and over. I spoke to the manager, Jason, on 6/11, and he said I could pick up my car that day. But they would have to put the old parts back on, and I still have to pay my $500 deductible before they release the vehicle. This company has had my car for 3 months, and I need it back. They're just giving me the runaround. Parts have been backordered for three months now. I need this problem solved. Can you please contact them to find out why it's taking so long to fix my vehicle? Thank you.

I had my car inspected at Stockton Kia on 8/30
I had my car inspected at Stockton Kia on 8/30. It took them 4 hours to complete the inspection, which was a real hassle. I think this could have been avoided if Certified Collision had communicated with me earlier. They didn't contact me until 8/17, after 3:30PM, to let me know that the car was ready. I was charged $175.00 out-of-pocket, which really upset me. On 8/17, the adjuster left me a voicemail saying that everything was fine with the alignment. But when I called on 9/16 to request the business license for Certified Collision, I found that the person I spoke to, ***, was not very helpful. She seemed agitated and gave me the wrong license number (#[protected]). The correct number is actually 267340.
I took my car to Certified collision center on Franklin **** for fixin'
I took my car to Certified collision center on Franklin *** for fixin'. They gave it back to me on February 11th, sayin' it was fixed. But when I tried to turn on the air conditioner two weeks later, it wouldn't blow cold air. I called 'em on February 28th, but didn't get through to anyone until March 8th. They told me to bring it in on March 11th to check it out. They gave it back to me later that day sayin' they didn't know what was wrong with it and to take it somewhere else for a diagnostic test. I took it to another shop on March 14th and they said it wasn't their fault it wasn't workin' no more. I want my air conditioner fixed like it was before I took it to Certified, but I want it done by a different shop 'cause I don't trust 'em no more.
I had a car accident in May and my insurance sent me to Certified Collision in a local town.
I had a car accident in May and my insurance company, Allstate, sent me to Certified Collision in a local town. The technician who assisted me mentioned my car might be considered a total loss due to high repair costs, but they eventually decided to repair it. The repairs took about six weeks. Post-repair, I found issues with brakes, alignment, and sensors but hesitated to complain to avoid repercussions for the staff. In February 2022, experiencing brake failures on the freeway, I reported it. The manager offered a rental during the reevaluation, but I ended up paying for it. After the service, they retained my spare key.
