I'm very sad. Made an appointment 11/30/23 for rotation of tires and alignment. Usually I drop the vehicle off, today I waited. I was first one in appointment of 7:45 AM. I sat in the waiting room in front of camera and watched. To my surprise no one worked on my car. Checked the pressure, no tires taken off. I should of went to the desk then but thought maybe they do that in the next bay. They backed it out, drove to end bay, drove in put it up on lift. No tires taken off. Backed it out and I watched him park it. As he was walking in, he told me it's all set. I said the tires were to be rotated. He checked with desk; they were. I said I watched the camera the whole time, not one tire was taken off. He got the manager, I told him, he looked at paperwork, said they were. I said look back at the footage, he walked out and came back in. He said his supervisor said it was done. Again, I said, I'm telling you, no tires were removed. He said I don't know what to tell you my guy wouldn't lie to my face. So, tell me that means I'm lying? Why would I do that? He said, I can bring it back in and have them rotated "AGAIN". It was right then and there, I knew, I wouldn't be back. I'm so disappointed, I trusted their business, I've gotten new tires for years on all our vehicles, got their credit card, and would never have guessed business was done this way. Breaks my heart, because I really liked this Manager, and trusted these guys and this place. Not much they can do to fix this unfortunately, as I saw it with my own eyes. Why does corporate have live cameras in waiting area? Shouldn't management be able to go back and search footage when there is a complaint such as this? Cutting up my card and will warn others, it's like a breakup. I'm heartbroken, bummer.
Claimed loss: Trust now lost.
Desired outcome: Get a system where footage is taped and can be searched by time and date.
