A couple of days later, I received voicemails from a woman named Kim about my shipping address being different from my billing address. I didn't think much of it and assumed everything was sorted out. However, on July 7th, I received a call from a guy who answered the phone. I explained to him that my shipping address was correct and he assured me that the brake rotor would be shipped that day.
A few days later, I noticed that the money had not been deducted from my account. I called the Trailer Parts Depot to confirm whether my order had been shipped. Unfortunately, the guy who answered the phone was rude and told me that my order had been canceled. He claimed that they had made several attempts to contact me, but I never responded. I was shocked because I had spoken to someone on July 7th who assured me that the brake rotor would be shipped that day.
I explained this to the guy on the phone, and he said it was probably a miscommunication. He took my card number again and assured me that the brake rotor would be shipped that day. However, it's now July 20th, and there has been no money deducted from my account, no shipping notice, and no communication from the Trailer Parts Depot. I have since ordered the brake rotor from a different company.
The last guy I spoke to said his name was Isaac or Isiah. I have to say that this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called the company and they promised to take care of it the very next day, but nothing had arrived days after the initial shipment date.
But it didn't end there - upon inspection of the delivered U bolts, I found that two of them were completely different sizes than what I had ordered. As I was perplexed as to how such a mistake could be made, I delved further and eventually discovered that 20 of the 40 nuts were actually missing. I had paid for the full 40 nuts but only received 20, leaving me with a half-finished project.
Following up with the company, I was once again promised that my missing parts would be sent out soon. The promise, however, was empty and weak, as there was neither any email nor call, and the parts never showed up. Leaving me disappointed and feeling like the company has just taken my money without adequately providing me the goods.
