I arranged a booking with Transdirect 4/10/2023 to pick up 1 skid 63cm x 38cm x 30cm total weight = 98kg total cost $107.14 from Renolds Chains, Mulgrave, VIC to SA Urethanes, Lonsdale, SA, the carrier was TNT overnight.

18/10/2023 I receive an underclared collection notice from Transdirect, claiming that the weight of the consignment was 184KG and not 98KG they agreed that the sizes were correct. I have questioned this with Transdirect as there was 4 boxes on a small skid which each weighed 23.74KG (copy of box with weight sent to Transdirect.

Transdirect have not sent any proof and have deducted the additional funds $69.14 from my account, I have tried to resolve this matter with them, they claim that I need toi send a photo of the pallet on scales but this is not possible when they advise me 2 weeks after delivery

My proof:

* Suppiers email with sizes, weights and copy of suppliers invoice

* Suppliers photo of 1 box with weight = 23.74 KG there was 4 boxes on a 63cm x 38 cm soft wood skid, there is no way that skid weighed 96KG

Claimed loss: $69.14

Desired outcome: Transdirect to refund $69.14
