So far, my experience with Forward2Me has been extremely disappointing. They gave me an address to use for shipping in Japan, then they changed it without telling me. I had already shipped $300 worth of merchandise, and Forward2Me has done nothing to help me resolve the issue. Instead, I've been going back and forth between them, the shipper and the courier to try and figure out what happened to my package. The courier said that they could redirect the shipment to the correct address, but despite the fact that Forward2Me got me into this situation, they refused to help facilitate the redirect. Now my package has been delivered to the old address and I'm waiting to here back from Forward2Me, but they have not responded with any updates. I'll update my review if anything changes, but right now I'd strongly suggest staying away from this company so you don't lose money due to their poor communication and customer service.

I am so disappointed in Forward2Me. They don't want to take responsibility, and they have been wasting my time. I lost about $150 in all of this just before the holiday. It was a gift for my kid, and I feel terrible. I just wanted to share my experience so that others won't have to go through the same thing.

To make matters worse, forward2me refused to forward me any of my parcels, which they were still accepting from my customers after closing my account. This left me in a serious dilemma, as I don’t know who returned their orders, and I am unable to issue refunds to them because forward2me has taken possession of their returned items. Furthermore, I can't access my forward2me account to figure out who has returned what.

They asked me to provide proof of payment for the parcels, but all parcels are returns that have been sent by my UK customers for a refund, there is no proof of payment. This response is causing me a lot of problems because the return process is now jammed and the refunds are not being issued.

Still, the senders of the parcels are returning orders for a refund, and they won't get their refund due to forward2me’s ignorant behavior.
