Travel ReImagine A Nightmare Experience: My Travel ReImagine Review

Hi there! If you're reading this review, it's clear that you're doing your research about Travel ReImagine. And that's a great decision, because let me tell you, my experience with this company has been far from pleasant.

As a generally calm and patient person, I've never lost my cool when dealing with customer service over the phone. However, even with the utmost patience, I can say confidently that the service provided by Travel ReImagine is the worst I have ever received across all industries.

My tickets were initially booked without any issue, but upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed that the arrival location was incorrect. This seemed like an easy fix, but let me tell you, trying to make that correction has been nothing short of a nightmare. Day after day, I spent hours on the phone, just trying to make a simple change. And yet, every time I thought it was sorted, I would receive an email an hour later, telling me that my changes had been cancelled.

It's extremely frustrating to go through that process when you have other things to worry about. To add insult to injury, the tickets I had purchased were non-refundable, despite all the changes being made well in advance of the flight date. This was particularly irksome, given the inconvenience and frustration I had experienced.

As for the customer service I received, I really have no words. It was the most useless and frustrating service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's disappointing that a company offering a service like travel would make it so difficult for their customers to actually travel.

In summary, I would advise you to proceed with caution when considering using Travel ReImagine. Take it from someone who's been through the wringer with them - there may be better options out there.

Travel ReImagine Beware of Travel ReImagine: Dishonest Scammers Masquerading as Airline

As a concerned traveler, I had a disappointing experience with Travel ReImagine (travelreimagine.com), and I'd like to share my review to warn others about this company. I was lured by their seemingly affordable travel deals, but it turned out to be a scam. When it was just a few days before my flight, I received a message from them saying that my flight was overbooked, and they didn't provide me with a ticket number. I was left stranded, and I had to rebook my flight which made me lose a lot of money. I was frustrated because I was unable to find a solution even after seeking the help of the attorney general, credit card company among others.

The Better Business Bureau helped to some extent by sending me a phony check, but that didn't solve my problem. I regret trusting this company and being duped of close to $500. I'm not the only one who has been affected by their dishonest business practices, and some have lost a lot more.

I advise fellow travelers to be careful about who they book their travel services with. Travel ReImagine masquerades as an airline, but they are nothing more than scammers. If it sounds too good to be true, always check and choose wisely. Sometimes, it's better to book your travel services directly with the airline. I'm still waiting for my refund months later, and it's disheartening that no one is willing to help me.

This company deserves a zero-star rating, and it's surprising how they are still in business. I urge everyone to avoid them at all costs. I should have read reviews on SiteJabber before doing business with them, and I hope others do so too. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, don't give up. Consider taking legal action if it's worth it.

Travel ReImagine Disappointed and Frustrated: My Experience with Travel ReImagine

I recently had an experience with Travel ReImagine that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had booked a trip from Denver to Des Moines for myself and my 10 year old, and we had to stay overnight in Denver since we live in another city. On the day of our flight, we arrived at the airport two hours early, only to find that we were not on the plane. I immediately contacted the booking agency to try and figure out what had gone wrong, only to be informed that they had not reserved our seats.

Apparently, they had tried to reach me the day before to let me know that there were no available seats on our flight. However, I was surprised to hear this since they had sent me a reservation confirmation with a booking number a week earlier. When I asked why they did not send me an email instead of calling me, they said that they had tried calling me since they could not reach me via email. Unfortunately, I work in a building with poor cell service, so I never received their call.

After explaining the situation, the representative told me that he could offer me the same flight at an additional cost of $269. This offer was unacceptable to me, especially considering the circumstances. I declined their offer and decided to cancel the trip altogether. I took another Uber ride back to my city and had to deal with the hassle and inconvenience of rebooking my trip.

As a result of my experience with Travel ReImagine, I have to say that I cannot recommend them. I was disappointed in their lack of communication and accountability, and their solution to the problem was not satisfactory. Furthermore, the fact that they did not send me an email when they had already communicated with me using this method previously, is frustrating. I received a refund for the canceled trip, but I don't think I'll ever use their services again. Overall, I would give them two stars, which is a star away from bankruptcy.

Travel ReImagine Warning: Travel ReImagine - A Disappointing and Unethical Scam

As a consumer, I was excited to book my upcoming trip using Travel ReImagine. After purchasing my tickets in November, I received an email at the end of December stating that my airfare had gone up $25 and they needed my approval. I was disappointed to find out that this was the only email I had received from them, as I soon discovered that the flight had been cancelled.

Frustrated, I reached out to their customer service team and was told that they would refund my original flight purchase within 2 weeks. I decided to purchase a second round of tickets so that my trip could continue. However, during this time my original card was compromised and someone attempted to purchase $2800 worth of airfare. What a coincidence!

I contacted Travel ReImagine to request the refund be applied to a different card, but was informed that I needed to send an email to request this action. To my disbelief, their response was to have the refund go through on the same compromised card number! I contacted their customer service team once again and was told that they would have to send a check. Regrettably, as I reflect on my experience with Travel ReImagine I must admit that this has become an unfortunate scam.

As I research reviews from other consumers who have had similar experiences with this company, I strongly advise others to stay away from Travel ReImagine. My confidence has been shaken and I am still waiting for the refund check that was promised to me. It is disappointing to see dishonesty and unethical practices in a company that I had placed my trust in for planning my travel arrangements.

Travel ReImagine Poor Customer Service Experience with Travel ReImagine: A Disappointing Encounter

After engaging with Travel ReImagine, I was left with mixed emotions that I must express. Although I was hopeful at first, my experience changed when I spoke with three different representatives in one day who gave me different answers. The first representative, who went by the name of Jason, did not display a sense of professionalism that left me unsettled. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his handling of my inquiry, and he transferred me to his supervisor, but no one answered.

My second conversation was with Stanley, who informed me that they do not have a supervisor; his statement left me confused and doubting my decision to contact Travel ReImagine. The third representative I spoke with, John, made me feel a little better by promising to schedule a call back from their supervisor within 5 to 480 minutes. I requested that I be called back in three hours, which they agreed to do; however, I received no call.

To make matters worse, Jason debited my account without my authorization, and when I queried him about the charged fees, he could not provide a reasonable explanation. I was left dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received from Travel ReImagine. My experience makes me doubt their customer service ability; it was appalling and unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Travel ReImagine to anyone. Their customer service seems to be non-existent, and their service delivery is questionable. It is a shame that a company that promises so much could fail their customers so miserably.

Hello there! I recently had an experience with Travel ReImagine that I feel compelled to share. While I initially received an immediate email confirming my booking, it did take longer than promised for my ticket to arrive. However, I was pleased to receive a prompt response to my inquiry about the delay assuring me that my ticket would be sent within the following 24 hours.

When the ticket finally arrived, I was admittedly wary of its authenticity, despite its official appearance. My concerns were confirmed when I called the airline to verify the ticket and was told that the 6-digit code listed on the email was insufficient for verification. I soon discovered a host of similar customer experiences posted on both positive and negative reviews. It was clear that Travel ReImagine was a scam.

While I was fortunate enough to make my purchase with a credit card, I caution those considering the service to do the same. I have learned my lesson and will never make the mistake of not booking directly with the airline again. It's worth noting that the actual ticket price would have been only $20 more to do so.

Travel ReImagine Unprofessional customer service at Travel ReImagine when booking flights, and lack of empathy during refund process

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Travel ReImagine while booking two flights (FSON404267) on September 8, 2021. To my dismay, the system failed to generate the booking confirmation and provide us with our E-tickets. Naturally, I called to follow up the next day, only to find out that our bookings were not confirmed. I then asked the agent to cancel our booking, who assured me that I would be refunded in full without any penalties.

However, I am disappointed to say that the customer representative who dealt with my situation did not demonstrate any professionalism or empathy. They kept me on hold for over 15 minutes without any feedback, and I was even hung up on multiple times when trying to contact an agent. This lack of concern or acknowledgement is deeply concerning and frankly, unacceptable.

As a customer, I am tired of being toyed around and simply want my refund processed as soon as possible. It's disheartening to receive this type of customer service when I have entrusted my business to Travel ReImagine. I urge the company to take a closer look at their customer service practices and ensure that every customer's inquiries are treated with respect and attention to detail.

Travel ReImagine Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication from Travel ReImagine - Flight Cancellation and Refund Delay

Dear Travel ReImagine team,

I must express my strong disappointment with the service I received from your site. I had booked a flight on October 23,2021, from YQR to YYC, with a scheduled departure date for December 23,2021, with booking reference number FSON691824. However, despite booking my flight well in advance, I did not receive my e-ticket even after 10 days, which prompted me to call your customer service number to inquire about the delay.

Unfortunately, the answer I received from one of your agents was very concerning. He informed me that the flight had been cancelled by the airline, which was surprising because I had not received any such notification from your site. Worse still, the agent suggested that I book another flight with a higher price than the one I had already paid, which was USD 244.21 or CAD 310.09.

Naturally, I was very unhappy with this turn of events and decided not to book another flight with your agency due to the poor service I had already received. I was particularly disappointed that your team did not inform me earlier about the flight cancellation, which is a basic requirement for any reputable travel agency. I have attempted to contact your team via email on numerous occasions, but all I have received are generic responses promising to escalate the matter and get back to me.

It's now almost three months since your team promised to refund the amount I paid, but I have yet to receive any refund back to my account as promised. This delay in resolving the issue has only contributed further to my frustration and disappointment with your service.

I request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter and refund my payment without any further delay. I hope your team will take this matter seriously and demonstrate a greater commitment to customer satisfaction. I look forward to hearing back from you at the earliest.

Travel ReImagine Unhelpful Customer Service and Overdraft Fees: My Experience with Travel ReImagine

I recently booked two flights through Travel ReImagine, and found their booking process to be quick and easy, just what I was looking for when planning a special trip for Father's Day weekend with my husband. However, I had to cancel the flights shortly after booking them, and that's when my experience with Travel ReImagine took a turn for the worse.

Although I was able to reach a representative relatively quickly and cancel my flights over the phone, I soon discovered that my account had been charged for the flights and then overdrafted, which was incredibly frustrating. When I called Travel ReImagine back to enquire about the charges, I was met with unhelpful staff, including Amanda, who offered little assistance with the matter. She even went so far as to promise a return call from the support team that never came, creating even more frustration and annoyance for me.

To make matters worse, when I booked my flights initially, my refund was processed within 30 minutes of me calling to cancel, which I found to be incredibly fast and efficient. However, now I am being told that I won't receive a refund until 10 business days have passed, which is causing me additional stress and inconvenience as I try to find an alternate way to book travel for Father's Day weekend.

Overall, I can't recommend Travel ReImagine to others, as I found their customer service to be lacking in helpfulness and empathy. They seemed much more interested in taking my money than ensuring my satisfaction as a customer, and I ended up paying a steep price in terms of overdraft fees and inconvenience. If you want to book travel with a company that truly cares about its customers, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Travel ReImagine Travel ReImagine: A Deceitful and Unprofessional Experience to Avoid

I had a very disappointing experience with Travel ReImagine. After booking flights a month in advance and paying $543, I was informed just two days before my departure that my flights were never secured on the flight, and that the prices had tripled since I made the booking. I was shocked and frustrated, as I was never informed of this discrepancy, despite having already paid the originally quoted price.

Needless to say, as I had already made arrangements for my son's birthday, I was forced to pay the exorbitant fees that Travel ReImagine demanded. They told me that if I didn't pay, there was no guarantee that I would have a seat on the flight. I was put in an unfair position and had no choice but to agree. I later found out, after calling the airlines, that the price increase would only have amounted to $1,023.00, so I was grossly overcharged.

Furthermore, the customer service at Travel ReImagine was terrible. After being hung up on multiple times, I was finally able to speak to someone, who claimed to be the manager. This person was incredibly rude and made the situation worse by not listening to my concerns and not offering any solutions. It felt like they truly didn't care about my experience.

In hindsight, I regret not reading the reviews for Travel ReImagine before making my booking. I see now why they have such low ratings, and I have no doubt that they will eventually go out of business if they continue to treat customers so poorly. It is clear that their business practices are unethical, and they have no intention of providing a positive experience for their clients.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using Travel ReImagine, as they are deceitful and unprofessional. If you are looking for a stress-free travel experience, I recommend going directly through the airline or finding a reputable travel agency. Hold onto your money and don't be fooled by Travel ReImagine's false promises.

Travel ReImagine No refund on airline tickets cancelled.

I purchased air line tickets from this company in Feb 2024. When I realized it was USD I cancelled the transaction within 5 minutes. Money came out of account immediately with no tickets ever being received. Been trying to collect since Feb 2024. When I phoned the company, I got hung up on many times or an excuse given. Got the BBB involved, the company replied that I would get my money within 4-6 weeks. Nothing has been received and BBB tried contacting a second time and were unsuccessful.

Claimed loss: 1100

Desired outcome: FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY

Travel ReImagine Will not refund overpayment owed.

I ordered a round trip ticket from MyFlightSearch and they never produced a confirmation number for the flight to Canada. They cancelled that ticket and they reissued a round trip ticket thru TravelReImagine. MyFlightSearch has yet to refund the original ticket cost. TravelReImagine issued the ticket, Booking Number TRI856275. In correspondence dated November 10, 2022 they indicated I was overcharged and due a refund of $169.92. Both companies are under the same ownership outside of the US. After REPEATED calls to TravelReImagine they don't seem capable or willing to provide me the refund. They usually just act confused and hang up on me.

TravelReImagine is a scam as is MyFlightSearch.

Desired outcome: Refund my money.

Thats the scam i cant believe there still running the cancel first flight scam. I reported them 3 years ago and how there able to stay in business with hundreds of complaints is beyond me . Sorry to say kiss that money goodbye I went full bore against them they sent me a check problem being it bounced .

Let me start by saying that I had an unfortunate experience booking a flight through Travel ReImagine (travelreimagine.com). I had booked a flight two months in advance and paid $1300, only to arrive at the airport and find out that my flight had not been booked. It was incredibly frustrating to be standing there without any tickets and to find out that there were no available seats on the flight I had intended to take.

To add insult to injury, the representative I spoke with offered to book us on a different flight later that night, but at an additional cost of $700. I couldn't believe it - how could they expect us to pay even more money after they had already failed to book our original flight?

I decided to take matters into my own hands and booked four tickets for a same-day flight through Priceline. To my surprise, the cost was only $300 more than what I had originally paid with Travel ReImagine. I requested a refund from Travel ReImagine, but was met with resistance from the representative who refused to let me speak with a supervisor. He said that the refund would take 21-40 days to be processed, which only added to the frustration of the situation.

Overall, my experience with Travel ReImagine was extremely disappointing. I would caution anyone considering using their services to proceed with extreme caution, as my experience showed me that they are not a reliable option for booking travel.

Travel ReImagine Terrible Experience with Travel ReImagine: No Confirmation, No Flights, and No Refund

I had a very unpleasant experience with Travel ReImagine when I booked four round-trip tickets to visit my family for Easter in December 2021. Despite the website indicating that my flight was confirmed, I never received an email confirmation. Upon contacting Frontier Airlines, they confirmed that I had no flight reservation on record. In order to rectify the situation, I had to cancel my purchase via my bank card yesterday, and my bank was able to refund me promptly this morning.

Sadly, my experience with Travel ReImagine seems to be a common one - countless negative reviews demonstrate that many others are still waiting for their refunds. As such, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly urge other customers to do the same in order to hold Travel ReImagine accountable for their poor service.

To add insult to injury, the website also prevented me from attaching a photo of my transaction to share with others. I was left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed by the entire experience, and I regret ever placing my trust in Travel ReImagine. Overall, I cannot recommend this travel site to anyone, and I strongly advise others to seek alternative options when booking their travel plans.

Travel ReImagine Unreliable and Deceptive: Our Experience with Travel ReImagine

Our experience with Travel ReImagine was less than satisfactory. My husband had accidentally booked his flight through their website, without realizing the marked up ticket price of $65 compared to other websites. Additionally, when he tried to cancel within the 24-hour allotted window, they refused to honor the law.

As the travel date approached, we were left in disarray as we had yet to receive any email confirmation or ticket information. It wasn't until we took it upon ourselves to call the company that we found out that they had completely forgotten to book his ticket, leaving us scrambling to rectify the situation. Even though my husband knew that there were still available tickets through Alaska Airlines, Travel ReImagine insisted that he alter his travel time, leading to more confusion and frustration.

Despite our efforts to negotiate, they ultimately agreed to book the last-minute and more expensive tickets for us. Though Travel ReImagine finally came through for us, the overall experience left us with a bad taste in our mouths. My girlfriend and I had a very disappointing experience with Travel ReImagine. We initially booked flights to Las Vegas from San Jose and return flights, but unfortunately, we encountered an issue with our travel plans. Travel ReImagine stated that they could no longer offer us the return flights on the same airline and we had to switch and pay extra money. This was an unexpected and frustrating situation.

Our situation worsened when a week before we were set to embark on our trip, a family member exposed us to Covid. We reached out to Travel ReImagine to inquire about our options and were informed that we would be provided with travel vouchers instead so we could use them in the future. However, despite numerous follow-up attempts, we never received our vouchers and were continually hung up on whenever we tried to speak to an agent. It was a very frustrating experience, and we felt like our concerns were not being addressed.

When we finally managed to get through to someone, they stated that we never showed up for our flights, and so they could not provide us with a refund. We were extremely disappointed by this, especially given the circumstances in which we had to cancel our travel plans. It was very frustrating to feel like we were being taken advantage of, and our $700 investment felt like it was lost forever. Overall, we would not recommend Travel ReImagine to anyone looking to book travel plans anytime soon. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to help when things don't go as planned makes them a scam operation in our opinion.

My experience with Travel ReImagine was quite frustrating to say the least. Initially, I was excited to book my trip through them, as their website looked professional and offered competitive pricing.

However, I quickly found out that their policies were not transparent at all. I was misled by one of their agents about their cancellation policies, and this led to me being on the phone with the airline for a long time, only to be told that Travel ReImagine had all the power over my ticket. This was a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time.

To make matters worse, Travel ReImagine charged me $50 USD to cancel my ticket during the Covid pandemic, when the airline was actually offering credits with no fees. This seemed like an unnecessary expense, especially when I had already paid a service fee when I purchased the ticket in the first place.

Whenever I called Travel ReImagine, I found their staff to be less than helpful. They often seemed confused and unsure of what to do, which only added to my frustration. In fact, at one point I even felt uneasy about giving my credit card information over the phone, but I just wanted to cancel my ticket and never have to deal with them again.

Naturally, as anyone would be in my position, I was quite anxious and frustrated with this news.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to re-book the flight, I had to settle for a less-than-ideal time that didn't really suit my needs. But then I was informed that the re-booking had not gone through at all, and that I would be required to pay an additional $500 to secure my seat. This was despite the fact that I had already paid Travel ReImagine $229.00 to book the flight in the first place.

Their customer service team was less than helpful, and I found myself constantly going back-and-forth with them in order to rectify the situation. It was frustrating and incredibly inconvenient. All I wanted was to get on my flight and be able to visit my friend.

In the end, after much back-and-forth, I demanded a refund. I didn't really expect to receive one, but I did ultimately get my money back. I was relieved, but the entire experience was so stressful that I never want to go through anything like it again.

I don't know what's going on over at Travel ReImagine, but the way they handled my booking was definitely not okay. I would advise anyone to avoid dealing with them entirely. It's simply not worth the hassle and headache. Instead, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your travel needs.

Travel ReImagine Terrible experience with Travel ReImagine - Would not recommend them to anyone

I recently had an experience with Travel ReImagine that I would not wish on anyone. Although I did not intentionally choose them to book my flight, they somehow ended up being the ones to handle my booking. When I received my confirmation from them, I was surprised to see that they had booked me on a different airline than the one I had thought I was booking with. At first, I brushed it off because I didn't think it would be a big deal.

However, my opinion quickly changed when I attempted to check in for my flight a month later and discovered that Travel ReImagine had failed to actually book my tickets. I reached out to them to try to resolve the issue and was told that it would be fixed within an hour. Two hours later, I still had not received confirmation of my booking, so I contacted the airline directly.

It turns out that Travel ReImagine had not paid Southwest, the airline they had booked me on, for my ticket. I was relieved that Southwest was able to resolve the issue and get me booked for my flight. Unfortunately, when I reached out to Travel ReImagine for an explanation or solution, they simply hung up on me when I provided my booking number.

It is baffling to me that a company like Travel ReImagine can continue to operate with such blatant disregard for their customers. The experience was frustrating and stressful, and I would advise anyone considering using their services to think twice.

Travel ReImagine Disappointing Customer Experience with Travel ReImagine: Unfulfilled Reservations and Poor Communication

Travel ReImagine (travelreimagine.com) provided me with a less than satisfactory customer experience. Although I booked my ticket and paid for it via credit card on March 1st, my ticket had not arrived by March 10th, causing me to become increasingly frustrated. I emailed their customer service team, who informed me that my ticket was sent to my email, however, I checked my email repeatedly and was unable to locate it.
When I called their customer service team to discuss the matter, I was informed that they were processing the ticket and would send it to my email within an hour. However, after receiving an email stating that it was sent to my email address and still did not find it, I couldn't help but feel confused and frustrated due to the two conflicting statements.
Despite sending three consecutive follow-up emails, I received no response from the customer service team nor did I receive my ticket. As a result, I decided to cancel the booking and sent a fourth email, yet still received no response.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of response from Travel ReImagine's customer service team and the unfulfilled reservations, I had to contact my credit card company for dispute. Needless to say, my experience with Travel ReImagine has left me with a negative impression and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Travel ReImagine Travel ReImagine Review: Poor Customer Service and Unexpected Fees

I recently booked a flight with Travel ReImagine and unfortunately, there were some issues with the booking that caused me some distress. Despite entering the correct dates for my departure and return, the confirmation e-mail I received displayed incorrect dates. I reached out to their customer service team for assistance and was advised that I would be required to pay an additional $250 to have the dates corrected. This was an unexpected and frustrating charge, especially as the error was not my own fault.

What's more, I was told that as the original booking fell within a 7-day window, I was not allowed to cancel or change the dates for free. This was particularly challenging as the dates were only within the window due to a mistake on their end. As I raised my concerns, I was met with an extremely unhelpful and rude team member who then hung up on me. I attempted to contact them twice more but was met with the same discourteous behavior.

I was disappointed with my experience with Travel ReImagine, and upon further research of additional reviews online, it seems as though I am not alone. It was concerning to me that this company has a significant number of negative reviews, with other customers experiencing similar issues and lacking support from their customer service team.

Overall, I would not recommend supporting this company, as my experience left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. It is a shame that a travel company would treat its customers so poorly, and I hope that others will be aware of the potential risks before choosing to book with them.

Travel ReImagine Beware of Travel Reimagine: MyFlightSearch Nightmare

As a frequent traveler, I decided to book my flight through myflightsearch.com. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly, as I received a message indicating that my e-ticket would be sent to me once the funds were received. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Despite receiving a confirmation email, I never received my ticket, nor was I able to print it as the email stated.

Frustrated and concerned, I attempted to contact customer service, only to find that the company was listed as Travel Reimagine. My experience with them was far from satisfactory, as every time I called to inquire about my ticket, I was met with vague responses and unhelpful attitudes.

To make matters worse, my flight was rapidly approaching, and I had purchased my ticket in early October for a late November flight. Despite two full days prior to my departure date, I still had not received any confirmation or documentation of my purchase. After contacting the airline I was booked on, they were unable to locate me within their system, leading me to believe that there was no record of my supposed purchase.

At this point, I was understandably infuriated, and felt as though I had been duped by Travel Reimagine. I made the decision to contact my credit card company and report the company for fraud, in the hopes of receiving a refund for my purchase. Additionally, I began seeking legal counsel in order to pursue a lawsuit against this fraudulent company.

I cannot stress enough how important it is for buyers to be aware of the risks associated with doing business with Travel Reimagine. The lack of customer service, the blatant lies, and the complete lack of follow-through make this company a prime example of what to avoid when purchasing airline tickets online. I wholeheartedly advise anyone considering booking through them to steer clear and find a more reputable vendor.
