Horrendous Company
I ordered a TV via the company's website for Black Friday. After a week and a half of the order not being processed, I had to phone to inquire as to why my order was not being process. It took approximately 45 minutes on the phone to get any sort of answer. Upon discussion with the customer service rep, I was told that they would execute the order within one business day.
The next day I checked my order online to see the progress only to find that my item was backordered and there was no date in which to expect the TV. Again, I spent another 30+ minutes on the phone with their customer service team because I received no communication regarding my TV being on backorder. It was during this call that due to TSC's failure to execute the order, that they over sold the product, and it was no longer available. The customer service rep promised to investigate the issue and resolve it. I was also promised that the issue would be rectified, and I would receive a call the next day. However, no call was received. The only communication I received was a template email the following day that the item wasn't available and instructing me to call in to cancel the order. The customer service rep simply stated that it’s not their problem and effectively stated tough luck. They offered no options for resolution. I therefore had to spend another 30+ minutes on the phone trying to cancel the order.

TSC Review: Uncomfortable Shoes and Disappointing Refund Policy

But, the person I talked to said I didn't have any options. I was pretty surprised by that. I mean, TSC is the one choosing which carrier to use, right? So why can't they choose a different one if I'm not happy with the one they picked?

I recently purchased a gold edition 56 inch chest type tool box from TSC in Lebanon, TN back in July of 2022. The gold edition caught my eye because it came with a 5 year warranty that was plastered all over the side of the box. However, after months of searching for the recipient with the phone number in tow, I finally found them. The phone number never showed any of my previous purchases from TSC, such as chainsaws or propane tanks. I was left wondering why they even bother asking for your phone number at the register if it can't find anything that way.
After an hour on the phone with customer service and ACS, I was told that I had to buy more insurance for the warranty to work. This was a complete joke! TSC advertised a 5 year warranty all over the box, but now I had to jump through even more hoops to get it. It was frustrating to say the least. It's false advertising, deceptive labeling, and a complete lack of accountability that has led me to write this review.
If it says 5 year warranty, it should mean a 5 year warranty. Not 30 days! And to make matters worse, the box I paid for is still in two pieces because I simply could not get into it when I needed to most. So the box only lasted maybe 4 months and I'm still waiting on another company to decide if the warranty will be any good. This has been going on for over 3 months now and I'm beyond frustrated.
Overall, I would not recommend TSC to anyone looking for a reliable tool box or any other product for that matter. The lack of accountability and false advertising is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I called the customer service line and spoke to 3 people. I have two of your water pumps one was bought in 2018 and I purchased an extended warranty that has expired on that one, but the second one was purchased dec 2021 or jan 2022 time frame. She kept saying you have 21 pages of purchases I can't find anything. I can not understand why it is so difficult to find that receipt, I am wondering if that pump is just not showing.
