We have spent many weeks trying to set up the correct SPF and DMARC records for this and our other 50+ domains hosted with TSOHOST/PARAGON INTERNET, that are hosted with them. They have removed all telephone support (the number you publish for them no longer works) and their purported "live chat" system does not exist.
In fact, their "Live Chat" option has never worked, so we must resort to opening support tickets with them, which take several days to be responded to. This wastes an incredible amount of time. The responses are invariably fobbing-off exercises, with no help at all.
The situation is that every single one of our domains are suffering the problem of having emails rejected by receiving servers due to SPF and DMARC errors. We have exchanged numerous emails with TSOHOST/PARAGON and every one has been responded to by a different staff member, who clearly does not look at previous emails or what has been tried. Many of their staff also simply fob us off as they clearly do not want to help us.
The feeling that we get is either of being fobbed off, wasting a great deal of time, or being given conflucting information by different members of their staff. This has happened many times in the past and eventually, when their supervisors see this, we get an apologetic email, however it takes weeks. This situation is becoming ridiculous.
We host both the websites and mail for ALL of the domains we have with their company on our own servers as they can clearly see from all of the custom DNS records we have set up on their domain servers.
What we need to know, STEP-BY-STEP, is EXACTLY what needs to be done to ensure that the SPF records are set up correctly and the DMARC records are set up correctly. We have been experimenting with the [edited] domains and every single thing we try, both at their support staff's suggestions and our own research, does not work.
We do not want to have to transfer all of our domains to another provider because we are getting no help from them, and all we want is for them to deal with our request for reasonable support with the utmost urgency as we are not able to send messages reliably on ANY of the 50+ domains we have hosted with their company.
We need all of our domains to be working fully as a matter of extreme urgency as our business is suffering financial loss.

Web Page Hosting
I need to pay to renew my web site that you host - kinderbeerbarrel.org.uk - But I do not have my password and when I go to enter my mothers maiden name it won't accept it. There is no option to continue and re-set without this and there is no e-mail or phone number anywhere on your site, or the internet, to allow me to phone / e-mail you to arrange payment. Very frustrating!

Email hosting
I have been using TSOHost standard hosting of email for many years. I used it purely for email hosting. It was easy to use and was very happy with the facilities . I had registered many domains with them and the straightforward way the user interface was designed enabled me to easily set up and manage many email addresses and forward email to a large variety of different places. Pricing was good too. I had planned to continue with them and work with lots of email addresses.
Around August 2021 I received indications they were planning to move me across to a newly designed platform which they claimed was significantly improved and would perform even better, but gave no details of what it would look like. Then around the second half of September 2021 they sent me an email telling me I had been switched to the new platform with a fanfare suggesting it would be the best ever. As I logged on I discovered the new platform was called "cPanel Maximum". It looked extremely complicated and nothing like the previous platform. It is difficult, if not impossible, for me to navigate and gain access to the large email address database I had set up. To my horror I soon found that they had lost the vast majority (several hundred) of my email addresses and effectively totally wrecked my email database making it virtually impossible for me to communicate with anyone by email. I immediately contacted their support asking what had gone wrong and it soon emerged that the transfer to cPanel Maximum had been a total disaster. I requested to be transferred back to my previous well tried and very user friendly standard hosting package. They refused and were unable to explain why almost my whole database had been wiped out. They evidently had made the slightest effort to check the transfer process before implementing it on their unsuspecting users. They demanded I give them a full and complete list of all my data but I explained this was not instantly available as it would be far easier for me to be permitted to log into my previous product where I could retrieve all the data easily. They continued to bluntly refuse this and indicated they were not the slightest bit interested in the devastation they had caused me. I again requested to be put back into my previous standard hosting for at least long enough to enable them to correct the disaterous trasfer into "cPanel Maximum". which is useless to me.
Just to make this disastrous situation even worse that they will be going to charge me huge extra annual fees (amounting about 6 times what I've been paying). No indication of any kind was given to me prior to when they abruptly moved me to the useless "cPanel Maximum" what I was in for and I certainly had not been given the appropriate information prior them abruptly tossing me into the "cPanel Maximum". disaster. I indicated I wanted to raise a formal complaint but they have totally ignored that. despite my request to be given detail of their complaints procedure they have totally ignored me. I even wonder if they know what the word "complaint" means.
I'm now stuck in chaos with this lot of useless and totally uninterested bunch of layabouts who aren't prepared to help me in any way but still expect to me to pay 6 times the price for a system which is useless to me.
Desired outcome: I want to be reverted to standard hosting platform which worked for me for many years

Used to be Daily.co.uk before these people took them over. With them for several years and never a problem
Now Tsohost have taken them over there are various problems. IN particular and currently (Sep 2019)
They seem to have upset Microsoft and all mail to hotmail addresses is bounced
This has been the case for well over a month
Support is unhelpful:
Question: When can I send emails to homtail accounts
Answer: Dont know. Its not out fault. MS wont take us off their blacklist
Question: How did you get on their blacklist in the first place

All of a sudden my email was blocked for no reason.
Saying this because I know it for sure, I do nothing illegal and don't break their policies. However, they just did what they did.
I called their customer support and they were talking like they were on drugs or something. They said that they don't understand what I want and asked me to write an email.
Well, ok, I did.
I got a scripted email with strange instructions that had nothing to do with my issue. I would never call them if the problem was small or if I could fix it by myself...
It's been 2 weeks, I am still with no email trying to get in touch with their clueless service, which is horrible.
