Lying, sneaky, i wouldd give zero stars if possile. Takes advantage of seniors
I worked with elle braddock for 1 week inquiring about aetna medicare advantege plan. My chief conern was if my medicaiotns would be covered. She said they would and stated she even called aetna. I wasn't sure still about changing plans and she transferred me to heer ciwirjer to verify the cahnge. It was too much and too may statments being read so i said forget it and humg up on the guy. My insurance was changed any way. The first day on the aetna plan i went to get my medicines. They were not covered and required a prior authorization. My docotro provided it. I had been on this medicine for near a year. Aetna deined the medicine.I told aetna i wanted my old insurance back because all of this had beenillegal and a lie. They said they could not seto-p tnhier insurance for 7-10days and when i called my old insurance, they said i could not get my old insurance back for 30 days. April 1. No wi have an important orto appt tomorrow and i have to pay a huge co pay. I can't get my diabetic medicine for 30 days and was told by aetna you will have to go the emergency room for insulin. All of this because this company lied to me and changed the insuranc over after i told them to forget it. I have two witness who were on the call with me.
Recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY/ DO NOT TAKE ON ANY AETNA INURSANCE OR TRUST ANYTHING ANYONE TELLS YOU WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOU TO CHANGE FROM STRIAGHT MEDICARE TO AN ADVANTEGE PLAN.

This company did not provide requested info on the status of the application despite repeated telephone and emails all thru Nov and Dec. I would give this company "zero" score.and warn potential clients of their sloppy client services.
Wanted to let you know a couple of your employees took advantage of me, their names being *** B (the insurance salesperson) , & ***. I desired dental coverage added onto my ***, *** was the one who assisted me in acquiring a dental option plan added to my plan. Before the end of the 1st session, I verifed twice that I now had dental, she said I did. When I went to use my dental benefits; they couldn't pull me up on the *** portal, so I had to pay over $600 out of pocket. I called *** demanding to speak to ***'s supervisor (***.). He provided *** help, instead he tried to transfer me over to another department so I could enroll in a dental plan, IN WHICH I *** HAVE HAD IN THE BEGINNING. I know all sessions are recorded (which will solidify my complaint). I want reimbursement for the out of pocket expenses I incurred & I want these 2 employees removed from their positions. I've notified *** & filed a complaint. I will also file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com & anyone else I'm advised to contact. These people think they can make mistakes & just shove it under the customer's rug & blame up, but they will not do it to me. I'm a former police officer & veteran, I know procedure!"

My father received an unsolicited call from this company on [protected], and his Humana policy which he has had his entire adult life was changed to a Community account with Humana. He has different doctors, hospital, and general care that he is not comfortable with. He is 91 years old and has Alzheimer's disease. We are talking to our lawyer about this as I type.
They seem to have salespeople with little or no guidance. After I mistakenly entered information on their misleading website, two calls were made to me that I ignored. Shortly thereafter, a third call was received where I requested they stop calling. That did not stop them as there were both a fourth and fifth call. I requested to speak with a supervisor on the fifth call but the representative would not connect me to one. They promised that I would be put on a no-call list but it may take up to 30 days to be effective.
Ploy to solicit products. Total deceit. You probably responded to Omaha life Insurance and then "TZ Insurance Solutions" called you and asked your permission to get texts and calls from them. Not calling to offer Life Insurance Total deceit Don't be a victim Don't say yes
All day this company has been calling me. I am not interested in anything that they sell. I finally told them that I would report this company. Seems they don't listen.
We made the mistake of asking for *** Medicare coverage information via a web link that did not clearly identify that you were contacting a 3rd party insurance company that is not connected in any way with ***. They are now calling my cell number nonstop, several times a day. I have now blocked the number. I have since found out through *** Medicare information line that TZ Insurance is not a 3rd party broker for any *** plan.

TZ insurance told me they would make sure my 2020 medicare would not be canceled until my new ins was in place
TZ insurance told me they would make sure my 2020 medicare would not be canceled until my new ins was in place. WRONG they canceled my medicare and did not sign me up for the new insurance. Did not contact me, did not return my calls. I left 7 messages never heard from them. My husband was contacted by them in November and everything sounded great and his insurance was to start on December 1 so he stopped his insurance thru his employer on that date. As of today, 12/15, we have not heard a word from the agent, or Aetna as to whether or not he is covered by them. Now we have passed the window to enroll in this type of supplemental insurance without a hefty fee and my husband is without insurance. We have left numerous VM and have sent emails, but no response is received. When I call, because my husband can't while he is at work, they won't even tell me if he has a policy or if his medical card has been mailed. They say it is a HIPAA violation. THAT'S BS! I'm not asking for protected medical information, we just want to know if he has insurance. THEY ARE HORRIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE! On [protected] at 1:12 p.m., our TZ agent informed us that our applications were submitted and being processed. After further consideration/discussion, my wife and I decided to stay with United Healthcare. We informed our TZ agent on [protected], at 3:26 p.m., of our intentions and asked her to rescind our applications. The TZ agent complained about how this "hurt...really hurt." She then ignored our cancellation instructions, the applications were processed, policies were issued, and Aetna hit our checking account for the premium amounts. She obviously did not want to miss a commission generating event, and our want/needs as mere customers/consumers meant nothing. Steer clear of TZ Insurance Solutions. They deserve zero stars.

We erred in requesting Medicare coverage info through an ambiguous web link, leading to contact with an independent insurance firm unaffiliated with Medicare. They began calling my cell incessantly. I've blocked the number and confirmed via the official Medicare line that TZ Insurance isn't an authorized broker for any Medicare plan.

I had the BEST service and solution to Medicare Insurance! My agent, Jill, was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, yet totally professional. She did NOT try to SELL me anything, rather imparted so much knowledge about maneuvering Medicare Advantages vs. Supplemental Insurance. I thought I had done my homework, but what I thought I was secure in in this area was sorely lacking. After learning about ALL the options available and what is best for ME, I purchased a plan. Much to my delight, I mentioned the name of the insurance company to friends. They ALL said that this company is actually rated # 1 along with just ONE other company. Happy? You bet I am!

I can relate to just about each complaint. I'm also on the, Do Not Call list. TZ does not care. So, I now have RoboCall app. So, I dont hear the ring now. But, they have called 3 times already today. But, I have an app for that. With all the medicare calls since October. In which don't leave messages, so when I called several numbers back, guess what, the phones were all out of business, Suprise! In one day I had received 47 calls of this type. Something needs done with these aggravating Medicare calls. This is what TZ was calling for. Every year from September 15 till November 7 the calls are unreal. Maybe 10 has left messages. The other 500 dont. Help the senior citizens before, fall of 2021, PLEASE

The number they called from was *** The calls started immediately and went into the night. first by a man then a woman. Each time I blocked the call they called from a different number,I am on the the national Do not call registry. I was also contacted by medicare that someone was fishing for information. Today is Monday and I will begin with Medicare. Tz is committing fraud, does anyone know what they are capable of? Their are 32 reviews on here, how many does it take? Issue with employees not providing promised dental coverage
Wanted to let you know a couple of your employees took advantage of me, their names being the insurance salesperson and another colleague. I desired dental coverage added onto my plan, and the salesperson assisted me in acquiring a dental option. I verified twice that I had dental coverage, and she confirmed. However, when I tried to use my dental benefits, I wasn't in the system and had to pay over $600 out of pocket. I called to speak to the salesperson's supervisor, but instead of assistance, he attempted to transfer me to enroll in a new dental plan, which I should have had initially. I expect sessions are recorded, which will support my complaint. I want reimbursement for my expenses and these employees to be held accountable. I've notified the appropriate parties and filed a complaint. I will also reach out to Complaintsboard.com and any recommended contacts. As a former police officer and veteran, I am familiar with proper procedures and will not accept this mistake being ignored.

I have had that experience and it was not pleasant. I looked high and low for an email address. I had a nice letter written to them. Now I am upset. I was taking care of an elderly parent when they called a bit ago. Please put me on the DO NOT CALL registry. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, LD

I hesitated but then I said yes I will get it, Then she came back and said I was not eligible for it. she explained that I was not on mediaid or getting support from anyone. she then said she would call October so that I could get it then. I have received several annoying automatic dialed phone calls from Tranzact in violation of the TCPA. These calls are coming in to my phone number that has been on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since 2006. These are spoofed calls as they show on my Caller ID that they coming from my Southern California local area code (***). I have no relationship with Tranzact and have not provided Tranzact written consent to call as is required for them to call me. At first, when the calls began, I informed them to put me on their do not call list without asking who they were hoping they would stop calling, but that did not work. Then, in order to find out exactly who they were so I could take some action to stop the calls, I stayed on one of the calls. On February 29 at 11:46 am I received a call from "Trubridge " as it reads on my Caller ID and spoke with a representative named Jason S who told me that he was calling from Tranzact in Ohio (definitely not my local area code 714) about Medicare insurance benefits. During the call Jason confirmed to me that that Tranzact's headquarters was in Fort Lee, NJ and that Tranzact was recently purchased by *** among other things.

I contacted health insurance, a man signed me up and advised to call back if no package in two weeks.
I reached out for health insurance and was assisted by a representative who enrolled me. He instructed that if my welcome package didn't arrive within two weeks, I should call back. It's been almost a month of calling with no success; I only encounter voicemail, promising a callback within 24 hours that never comes. The direct number provided doesn't work without an unknown extension, leaving me unable to pay for my medication. Without insurance, my medication costs nearly $500.

TODAY JUNE 17,2021 RECEIVED A CALL FROM TZ INS AND IT'S NOT THE FIRST ONE..I HAVE BEEN GETTING SEVERAL CALL SAYING THEY ARE *** HELPLINES ( NOT TRUE) THEY ALSO ADVERTISE ON TV..*** KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THEM..SOME OF THE CALLS HAVE STOPPED OR SLOWED DOWN BUT THEN TZ INS STARTED CALLING, I DID NOT REQUEST THEM TO CALL ME, NOW THEY CALL AND WHEN YOU ASK WHO THEY ARE OR REQUEST THEM TO STOP CALLING THEY IMMEDIATELY TURN YOU OVER TO ONE OF THEIR SO CALLED SPECIALISTS..I DID NOT REQUEST THIS AND THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO AND SAY WHAT THEY DO..I TOO AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST..THIS IS HARRASSMENT PLUS IT MAKES YOU NOT ABLE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE..THIS HAS TO STOP..DO I HAVE TO DISCONTINUE MY PHONE SERVICE SINCE IT SEEMS OUT OF CONTROL WITH TZ INS...YES I HAVE SOME OF THE RECORDED MESSAGES THEY HAVE LEFT...I HAVE READ SOME OF THE COMPLAINTS AND I FEEL TZ INS IS BLOWING EVERYONE OFF AND LYING.I KNOW I AM ONE OF THEIR VICTIMS...M.

TZ Insurance Solutions promotes their ownership and provision of insurance for final expenses with guaranteed acceptance for ages 45-85 through TV and online ads. The business name is only revealed in the ad's closing seconds, and the website URL changes upon visitation. Detailed information about the actual product being whole life insurance and the company's role as an intermediary is only found in fine print. Additionally, the advertised guaranteed acceptance is contingent upon insurer approval, contrary to initial claims.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have received several annoying automatic dialed phone calls from Tranzact in violation of the TCPA
I have received several annoying automatic dialed phone calls from Tranzact in violation of the TCPA. These calls are coming in to my phone number that has been on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since 2006. These are spoofed calls as they show on my Caller ID that they coming from my Southern California local area code (***). I have no relationship with Tranzact and have not provided Tranzact written consent to call as is required for them to call me. At first, when the calls began, I informed them to put me on their do not call list without asking who they were hoping they would stop calling, but that did not work. Then, in order to find out exactly who they were so I could take some action to stop the calls, I stayed on one of the calls. On February 29 at 11:46 am I received a call from "Trubridge " as it reads on my Caller ID and spoke with a representative named Jason S who told me that he was calling from Tranzact in Ohio (definitely not my local area code 714) about Medicare insurance benefits. During the call Jason confirmed to me that that Tranzact's headquarters was in Fort Lee, NJ and that Tranzact was recently purchased by *** among other things.
