No standard process for returns. Seems to be on a case by case basis, making up different refund policies and certain percentages of the amount that will be refunded when in fact you're entitled to the full amount if you're still within the 90 days. They ask that you return the parcel to a random address however the parcel will then be refused by the recipient, leaving you having paid for the item plus the shipping cost. They will then act puzzled as to why this occurred, then "appear" to be working with the shipping company to resolve the issue and then request that you send the parcel yet again to a different address. I've never experienced such a bogus refund process, such as COD, which is done purposely so you do not receive what you are owed. Ulike is dishonest about their refund process because their is no set process. They will give you the run around until you probably give up. They do not stand by their 90 day money back guarantee, instead they offer you 40%, as in my situation to keep the product, or 50% or even 10% from what other reviews have mentioned. This is unacceptable and an appalling practice within Ulikes customer service department and in time, more reviews like this will contribute to the demise of the company as their will be absolutely no trust in your products, service and word. My initial request for a refund was sent on September 8 due to a severe skin reaction after using the Ulike Sapphire Air3 IPL Hair Removal Handset. I'm still waiting for a full refund as I'm within the 90 days however I've been jumping through hoops, as explained in my review. I've been communicating with someone by the name of Iris. Perhaps this review will deter you from purchasing from this company and hopefully save you from being taken advantage of and enduring an immense amount of stress.
