Don't buy from this company!
Don't buy from this company! I got a "bean bag" that was messed up. Because it's so big, the delivery people won't take it back. The company told me to send back all the fabric. I did that, but I couldn't send back the main part because there's too much stuffing (little foam pieces). I've been arguing with the company and *** for almost a month now. Do yourself a favor and get a Love sack instead.

I got 2 5000 sacks and a footstool from Ultimate Sack, LLC. I set up one of the sacks like the instructions said, but it wasn't as good as they said on the website. I knew what the material was, but I didn't think I'd have to keep adjusting it to be comfy. I decided to keep one sack and return the other one that I didn't open. It was hard to reach their customer support. The toll-free number always goes to voicemail during business hours. I emailed and tweeted them, but no response yet. I don't know what their plan is. I should have known before I bought it, but oh well. They shipped it fast and the quality is okay, but their customer service isn't good.

I got a 5000 beanbag chair from Ultimate Sack and it was a bad experience. The quality of the product is very bad. It's not filled with one bean... it's filled with chunks of dirty foam that make the bag lumpy and uncomfortable. I had to return it and that was the worst experience I've ever had with a merchant. I was told I could remove all of the foam and just return the liner and the cover. Wow, what a huge mistake that was. The foam went on for days and got all over my house and garage. I had to go out and buy 40 gallon trash bags and it took me and my husband 2 hours to clean it up. I was also concerned about all of the dust I was breathing in. Who knows where this foam came from. I didn't end up emptying all of the foam from the liner because of the mess and decided to put it back in the box and send it back. The shipping cost was $97. I asked the owner to help me cover the cost because of my poor experience and she refused. I explained my frustration and she barely responded - no apologies. I just hope to get the purchase price back.

I bought a big bag from Ultimate Sack on May 31, 2022. The website said it weighed a certain amount, but when I got it, it was lighter. I emailed customer service and someone named Marketing replied that the weight can vary based on the foam inside and that the bag will expand in a few days. I asked why they aren't honest about the weight and they just said the bag will expand. They sent me more foam, but it's not as good as the original foam. I compared Ultimate Sack to other brands and chose them because they said their bag was heavier, but it's not. I asked to speak to a manager about the false advertising and ethical concerns, but no one has responded after a week.

I shot 'em an email on 12/15, but all I got back was an auto-reply sayin' they got my message. Ain't heard nothin' since. And when I try to call 'em up, I just get a message sayin' the mailbox ain't set up. I just wanna return this thing, man.

They also said that I would get an email from FedEx in 1-2 days with tracking info. But I never got any email from FedEx even after 2 weeks (I know Covid 19 is a thing, so I gave them some time). I called them on December 5th and left a message, but they never called back. Every time I call them now, I get a message that says the mailbox for this account is not set up. On December 9th, I sent them an email through their website, and they sent me an automated message saying that they got my email and would respond. But I still haven't heard back from them.
