I sent money on my father name on 16.07.2019 to Jehangira UBL branch, but still dnt revived three time my father visited to UBL bank but they mentioned that our system is not working the same happens every month.
As you all are aware that we r sending money from abroad to fulfill our basic needs.
if we r not receiving the money on time its effects our life.

I am hugely furious with the poor performance of head office.Head office is responsible for all of the losses which i get alongwith.I am truly disoppointed to have such kind or irresponsiblity of Head Office.Small wit, great bosat fits for the UBL Head Office.
Yesterday on 17th of JULY 2019 round about in between 12:00 -2:00 p.m i activated my card for online session for upto 19 JULY 2019.ok.Today i used my card and the website replied that your card is unauthorised for this transaction.I got worried and talked to head office by 1;15 pm. and i was told that my card was not activated ...i was in the process of making my card active that i finished the credit in my phone.ok.Can you please believe that i lost a good amount of money on charging my phone only to make you calls.Whenever call, i have to wait for 3 minutes and during all 3 minutes which i used to call my phone dropped the funds and i have to recharge the phone again.This is pakistan and calling cards cost alot and give less...Now you people please tell me why you people enjoy to play fowl?I was about to win a project and tried to pay my fee but internet session did not promote me...Alas ! it effected my psyche...Because it is not for the first time it happened in past various times.I always thought the particular website is not supporting me but company said me to talk to my bank...Do you people in HALAAL earnings ?if it is so then please reply yn you people do all of the time with me...Y you people let the immature girls receive the calls and listen to serious issues?Now i am not going to call you.do something to get my card activated.Till the problem get solved i, ll keep on approaching the authorities. i, LL WAIT FOR A QUICK REPLY TO GET RESOLVED THE THINGS

My credit card is not deliver to me
My A/C No. is [protected] at UBL branch Gujranwala Pakistan.
I, was informed that my credit card deliver with in one or two days. But after seven days a message received that my credit card return and now contact on Helpline So after this direction I, try my best to tress the Helpline witch was so busy and recorded tap is playing contact is not possible. So I, have Two complaints with you.
(1) Why my credit card return without any reason.
(2) Why your Helpline is So busy with non-cooperative staff
Account blocked without prior notification and processes with worst customer support
I am a Non Resident Pakistani (NRP) living in UAE and perhaps the only example of an unfortunate person who has his both accounts in UBL bank.
UBL bank has blocked my accounts due to non verification of biometrics. I have not been informed of this requirement by email or sms or call on my registered primary contact number which is a UAE number (which should give UBL a fair idea that I am not living in Pakistan).
On top of this, when inquired, bank asks to send a declaration form by courier (not by email). Although other banks accept by email. And this form will only allow for only six months exemption. Then account will be blocked again. Is it not an enforcement that all UBL overseas Pakistani must travel to Pakistan in next six month.
Is it not an example of highly unplanned and misorganized bank that UBL dont offer biometric verification in local banks available in UAE. Rather each NRP must bear expense of sending the documents by courier.
It is already three days over since the documents reached bank but no single notification or acknowledgement has recieved. Any email to customer support must wait for atleast a day to be responded without any concrete answer.
I have been a victim of worst UBL customer support multiple times during last four years.
I literally wait to find an opportunity to leave UBL as soon as possible. Mainly because of their careless customer care services. UBL is no more the best bank.

My account in UBL is about 20 years old, on 28th June, 2019 I went to branch for preparation of two pay orders. Bank staff told me that there is some issue in your account, please wait we are talking to head office and emailing to resolve the issue . I waited there five hours, but the matter was not resolved. Next day I sent my staff for same matter and the bank staff told that the issue is still pending please wait. My staff waited till bank closure time but the issue was not resolved. Finally when my staff insisted to resolve the problem the bank staff misbehaved with him.

This is last time i am complaining if now my payment not return i will be finish all accounts of my family members.
your service is not appreciated. i have complained many time why deduct hidden charges from my account but many ubl customers told me that sir this is asthmatically deduction it will be return in 24 hours but still have not received my payment. This is over now. Even HBL users received deduction amount of atm charges from bank not own account. HBL provided 1400 and deduct 1100 Rs. for systematically charges. but ubl is not providing such good things.

I am complaining about biometric verification
Sir i have visited the concerned branch twice on 25 & 26th of June 2019 but staff denied for the biometric verification with reason that the biometric verification system is not working throughout the country since last three days. Staff said these words in the presence of the Branch Manager Kot khawaja Saeed Lahore. Then i approached to the cashier he also repeated same words. at the mean time i contacted with Tufail Road Br Lahore but they informed there is no news of system hang in country.
Previous Manager Sir Aslam Gondal was very nice man, he always dealt with respect and sincerety. Whereas present manager alongwith staff is liar. Now i have decided to stop the business with this Br

I am a UBL coustomer and my account is in UBL Railway road branch Shakargarh District Narowal. I visited my UBL branch 3 to 4 times for biometric verification and branch employees always said link is going down or not responding just visit any other day. Now my account has been temporarily blocked and i can not do any transaction further. So where is the fault..
Even employees said if you are not satisfied with this bank kindly go away and reopen an account to any other bank... I think this not fair to deal with customers
Kindly make a contact with the branch and investigate the matter its not only myside but people of the area.
I am complaining against excess debited of cancellation charges.
I am one of ubl Customer which has faced a lot of problem from the day 1st by getting credit card. the credit card department against lip cash on phone make me mad by debited excess charges. firstly they debit me Rs.75000/- against 37500/- due to which I have to deposit the loan amount lum sum but still they have not solved the issue, last week they settle down my issue, but now again they have charged me Rs.2019.56. I am very much disappointed with the sakhi hassan darbar branch. There is no fan and the air conditions are very old that they aren't working properly. When ever i visited there it's like i am in hell, suffocated poor sitting arrangements and very bad management. Supervisor not available around 9:05 am and the staff don't even know the name of the branch manager which is totally unacceptable very much pathetic. Please pay a random visit in morning around 9 to 9:15 and you'll be amazed how pathetic your branch is also they are not using any air freshener to reduce the suffocation. Please take notice. Thanks

Unethical way of staff and hurting customer service

R/sir it is stated that I am your customer as well as HBL and Meezan bank, but I have ever never been seen the unethical staff just like UBL kandiaro (OM), his language is abusing and criticizing, it was felt he was totally drunk, and he made me to visit 5-6 to UBL kandiaro and granted an account after lot of criticising and abuses and I took my salary and now on second month when I went they said your account is blocked without any purpose and warning notification, and I couldn't take my Eid salary which is so hurting for being your customer!
It is hoped you will take an immediate action on this!

As you all know that I am lunching complaints from April, 2019 for settlement of my balance issue yesterday my complaint from Banking mohtasib is also received to UbL Mr Danial sab assurd me that he will update my balance with in 2 days but still my balance is still not resolved. UBL do nothing about nothing complaint. They farwaded my complaint to one another but didn't resolved. My complaint were about for updating of my balance in which RS 37500/- is less showing and the other one is reversal of the debit entry transaction of RS.615. Now one of my complaint is showing closed in status but the amount is not reversed. Now after a long wait I demandes not only to resolve my issues also also demand a penalty to those who are responsible for that in shape of loss which I have beared may be reimbursed to me from the salary of those who are are responsible. Soon I will fax my queries regarding my complaints emails and my losses details which I have beared due to non settlement of my balance to Banking mohtasib and to UBL

Non-cooperation from bank to find plot slip
i am Ahtsham Ahmad, holding UBL account # 0482-[protected]. In March 2017, i submitted my 4th bahriya plot installment slip in subject UBL mentioned branch. Each slip has 3 copies; bank copy, customer copy, and bahriya copy. Bank kept its bank slip on that date while i couriered bahriya slip to the bahriya office but unfortunately i lost my customer slip copy.
A couple of months back when i got my plot statement and was amazed that they have not updated that 4th installment. I contacted them and they said they have not received it. Since i have already lost my customer copy and lost my WhatsApp back up as well where a scan of the slip was there, the only way was to get bank copy. I have been requesting from the bank from past 2 months but unable to get fruitful results. Please find an attached email sent to bank team sent about 2 months back where I requested the bank to please pull out their old hard record and please get me to slip copy.
I authorized one of my friends to coordinate and get slip since i am currently studying in the USA but he is unable to get any required cooperation.
I would appreciate if you can please direct them for necessary actions. I would have personally visited bank but since i am studying in the USA, therefore cannot reach. Although i have given my email address, below where i can be reached out.

I have been continuously following for my account to activate but since than the transaction is not yet been made form your side.
Please credit/debit my account in Edhi foundation so my account gets activated.

Branch banking staff
Dear sir i am account holder of your bank. Today I went to ubl Bank Military Road Sukkur branch in order to credit its wheat bill. Clearing Staff said that this bill would not take you. I said why he said meet the operation manager. I went to operation manager i said sir clearing officer not taken my wheat bill manager operations said you go to the Manara Road branch i can't take your bill, I said that it is UBL bank so why i go to the other bank then badly say I said that if you do not want to take the bill then write me why you will not take this bill and write it to cause reason.
I hope you take a legal action against the relevant people by ordering a inquiry into this matter clearly.
If you did not take action on this matter, then I am going to take this matter to court or to the Federal Ombudsman.

The last date for cashline repayment of UBL was 20 April 2019 which was Saturday and holiday. I deposit the installment amount Rs. 2050/- on next working day i.e. 22 April. now in the may 2019 statement there are late fee charges of Rs. 1450/- imposed upon me. it is totally unjustifiable and undue burdon on the customer. The bank can not impose such penalty or charges when a customer is regularly paying monthly installments. Plz direct the bank to correct the statement for the month may 2019.
