United Consumer Financial Services Mismanagement of account

This company has mismanaged my account from day 1. I have been on autopay for years. They don't bother to take the funds out of my bank so they can charge late fees. They do not report on-time payments to the credit bureaus, but report every late payment. I submitted a payment for the balance on my account just so I can get rid of them. They emailed me saying that my payment was declined, which my bank does not agree with. I submitted another payment. Now both show as pending. I tried to cancel one. Wouldn't you know it? I can't I get an error message. They do not communicate at all, either.

Desired outcome: Close account without charging me twice. Refund late fees.

United Consumer Financial Services Service and Product

This company partnered with Petland Dallas to scam consumers out of high priced puppies. They used the puppy as collateral, even though the puppy wasn't yet purchased. Petland lied as if the credit was through them. But, it was through this consumer company with high interest rates. Petland distracts you with the happiness of a new puppy and tell you to sign away. Now UCFS continues to report negatively on my credit and refuse to settle the account.

Desired outcome: Settlement

United Consumer Financial Services kirby vacuum

I purchased the Kirby back on April and was told that I could get for $40 per month and made arrangement with my bank to have automatically removed from my account... I realize that this was scam when they told me the cost is now $55 I need to pay them but they were not honest salepersons ... the people never gave their family a vacuum and if I can pay $40per month I should be able to and get the assistance to make sure this doesn't happen again... I spoke to other people who are only paying $1200 I am paying 2x's as much
