I bought several items from the Temu on-line store, two packages were stolen and I never got my refund for my purchases
I bought a few items from the on-line stores Temu and Shein. Two of my packages that were supposed to be delivered by Temu mail courier to my home in New York were stolen because the mail courier driver was leaving my packages outside even though I told them multiple times not to leave my packages outside and to call me when they were coming into my building. They never called me when they came and one UniUni driver came to my home around 11:35 P.M.
They promised that they were going to refund me but they are not sending me the refund for the two packages that were stolen from me. The refund is less than $8 US Dollars but they are not sending me the refund that they promised.
I sent them the receipts that they requested by email and I have requested this refund request since the beginning of November and it is already January 21st.
I haven't got the refund yet. They are also ignoring my email messages and my requests for a phone call back.
They are also ignoring my phone calls and email messages. I don't think they want to send me the refund and they are waiting for me to be tired and to give up. This is very wrong from this mail courier company.
Claimed loss: $8 Dollars.
Desired outcome: Refund of $8 for my lost merchandise.
