Your courier. Decided to come in my building but not come to my door. And left it in the lobby. I was watching for my package all day on my phone. Noticed at 330 pm he delivered it at 1130 but did not notify me until 4 hours later. I have been trying to call customer service from Canada to Canada and it continues to hang up on me. I have 4 kids and these were xmas gifts and birthday gifts. I'm going to control contact you because I'd like to know why he couldn't come to my door if he was already in my building. ? I spent nearly $200 + on my package and was trying to watch for it. But how am I to know it was delivered if they didn't let me know. Until 4 hours later. I'm not happy with this out come. Now I have Temu re shipping me things. But some things are not available
Thanks alot. I plan ahead. I have too. And this was very un professional to think leaving it unattended in a lobby was going to be safe. 4 hrs later he let me know if was delivered. I could have gotten it if would have done his job right. If they see it an apartment and are let in to the building. Then they should have come to my door. I have had no problems before. But I would like to put a note into my file stating to come to my apt door or call me to let me know it's been released. I was waiting all day. When I finally clicked on tracking the driver that's when it came up he had left it Inside the lobby. Thank goodness for Temu being so kind. But now I have items that I wanted. That are no longer available. I am not happy when I spend a fair amount on my items. I expect the items to be left at my door. Not a free for all. Anyone could have tooken it. But not to let me know until 4 hrs that he delivered it. Thats where he went wrong. I WOULD LIKE ON MY FILE. TO COME TO MY DOOR. NOT RO BE LEFT INSIDE THE MAIN LOBBY FOR ANYONE! AND TO CALL TO CONFIRM BEFORE THEY ARRIVE. .This was un called for.
Desired outcome: To leave it at my front door and to msg me to notify me it was left. Is like to trust next time they will do this. I had to re issue my things. Well what's left.
